Fantastic experience: A good dentist is like a good mechanic. Once you find one - you stay! I have been going to Dr Jason for several years and while I feared dentist visits in the past I can say I look forward to my check ups now. When I have needed a filling or other work, Dr. Jason ensures that I am comfortable and only uses the necessary numbing agent whereas in the past some dentists I went to would use too much and leave you number for hours after! Also good value for money especially if you are with Medibank Private. Highly recommended if you are looking for a new dentist on the coast

Fantastic experience: I recently swapped to this practice, partially because of their Medibank relationship but mostly because a close friend gave stellar recommendations. From my very first call, Anne and Deidre were so helpful and kind. They even call after each treatment to check in on me. Making an appointment is really easy and I’ve always found a park on the little carpark out the front. I claim Medibank on the spot and only have to pay the gap. I see Dr Jason Mitchell and he has been so very patient and gentle with me- it was an easy choice to move my kids to under his care too. I am incredibly anxious with dentists and up until this week, have always had some kind of sedative for my visits. This week, I had no other option but to visit by my self, and the team were wonderful with me! Everything was explained, and Dr Mitchell went nice and slow and let me have frequent little breaks. I’m booked to go back for some more work in two weeks . See you next week team!

Fantastic experience: I first went to see Dr Jason at 1300smiles for aligners as he was recommended to me. The entire process and pricing was great, I then became a client for my regular clean and check ups and any other concerns. Also convinced my son to make the switch and see Jason, he’s really happy with him. All of the staff are super friendly and inviting, I never have any issues making or changing appointments. Sometimes going to the dentist can be daunting, even just sitting in the waiting room but I always feel really comfortable there. Definitely recommend!

But everything went very smoothly the ladies on the front desk were lovely and had already entered my details and transferred my dental records. Fantastic experience: My experience of your practice from the start has been very positive. When I first walked into the clinic the atmosphere was very pleasant and inviting and made me feel at ease! When the dental nurse and dentist invited me into the treatment room I was very reassured by the manner in which the upcoming procedure was explained to me on a step by step basis. The process of pain mitigation was very comforting and seamless as I was continually asked if there was any pain or discomfort while at the same time keeping me appraised of the process which I found to be most reassuring. I would also like to say that the cost of the procedure was quite reasonable. I was referred to the clinic and the recommendation definitely stood the test.
