Fantastic experience: My last visit to the Rochester Dental Clinic was for me traumatic, as I was not looking forward to the procedure to be done. The staff and especially the doctor were very patient and professional in their approach to my problem. The procedure went well with no discomfort and no pain. The prescription for pain did not have to be used. There service as claimed is 5 star. Thank You Guys.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with our experience today and our experiences in the past. The kids really enjoy their trip, the staff really help them to feel comfortable and they are very thorough. My eldest knocked his baby tooth during play and it had shifted, they even did an xray to put our minds at ease that no damage was done. My kids always ring the bell as they leave to show they were happy with the service

I also don't enjoy the dentist but these guys are amazing at making you comfortable and relaxed in the situation. They are also honest and won't do anything over the top to cost you any more than what's required.

Iv had a severe fear of dentist i’m 20 and haven’t been to one since being in primary school, i had a broken tooth which was infected and forced me to go to the dentist. I was treated by Dr Griva who had a smile on her face from the moment i walked in, she was bubbly, kind, patient and jokes around with you!! I went back this morning to get my stitches out and i never thought i’d walk into a dental clinic with a smile on my face the girls at the desk along with Dr Griva were welcoming and happy. I won’t go to another dentist!!

Fantastic experience: Easy to get an appointment at Rochester Dental Clinic. The appointment was efficient and done with great care (wisdom tooth extraction). Healed well. Recommend +++.

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank the ladies enough. After getting very nervous about a tooth being pulled the friendly staff assured me it sounds worse than it is. 10 minutes later it was all sorted! Zero hickups had me asking to pull the rest out while we were there.

Fantastic experience: I had broken my tooth. I rang Rochester Dental and they could fit me in within a week, but they waitlisted me as well. Due to a cancellation I was able to get in the next day. The staff have been so helpful and professional . The dentist explained the procedure. They ensured my comfort especially with pain. And post surgery have also checked on my well being. Extremely satisfied with Rochester Dental and highly recommend them. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I had a phobia about dentists which stemmed from a bad experience when I was a child, i found the staff very understanding and patient with me. I can now say that I'm not as worried about going to the dentist as I used to be, this is all thanks to the wonderful staff that I encountered on my visits. Fantastic experience: Have been going to Moama and Rochester clinic since we moved 5 years ago. Dr Arnup Shenai and his amazing team are very caring and professional. I have had extensive work done on my teeth and have always felt calm and relaxed. Work to be done is explained in detail with options. Both Dental Clinics have up to date equipment which made my crowns and bridge work easy. Follow up care is excellent. Thank you.

All staff including receptionists, nurse and doctor exceptional with patient care and follow up. Will definitely use this clinic as my regular dentist.
