Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few dentists around the area but honestly nobody compares to Dr Hassan. The moment we met he was engaged and determined to help me with my anxieties and worries. It was like my problems were now his problems. He made me feel instantly like it’s okay, no judgement, we are in this together when discussing my dental plan. I left my appointment relieved and excited for my next appointment, considering my usual fear of dentists this is HUGE. I’m immediately booking my kids to come and see him & recommending my family to him. What was a general check up appointment felt like I’d paid thousands because that’s how caring and thorough he was. I didn’t know dentists like this existed and wish I’d found him sooner. 10/10 thank you Dr Hassan. Your time and care has left a mark on me.

Negative experience: I found it ridiculous that they send you a message about your appointment 24 hours before to cancel or attend in a text message then they rudely call you to lecture you that the cancellation is 48 hours and you have to pay a fee. This place seems like a scam.

Fantastic experience: I had a warm welcoming experience at the day of my appointment with Dr. Hassan On top of that, my toddler son had been entertained by entire team while Hassan was fixing my tooth professionally. The level of satisfactory has reached its peak. Well done

Fantastic experience: Dr Hassan and his team are absolutely amazing at what they do . Booked a last minute appointment yesterday to get a deep gum clean and they were able to be very proactive and book me in with their hygienist Dharma . I must say it was the best gum clean I’ve had in my life . Dharma and the dental nurse Sandra were very thorough in explaining the whole process of the clean and ensured I felt very comfortable the whole way while being 38 weeks pregnant. Furthermore before starting treatment Dr Hassan came over to cross check the procedure and gave me assurance alongside dharma to any questions or concerns . The clean was very detailed and pain free and I walked out with 100% satisfaction. In fact I even got a comment from one of the other waiting patients saying “ you don’t usually walk out of the dentist smiling! “ Keep up the great work team , the outstanding service is definitely like no other and the professionalism in what you do will definitely have me coming back and recommending it to others , thank you !!!

Negative experience: It was very disappointing that this practice sent me a text message 24 hour before my appointment to reply with a 'yes' or 'no' about attending so I replied with a 'no' and tried to reschedule by calling and the lady on the phone told me rudely that they need 48 hour cancellation notice. Maybe fix this problem by informing patients about this when they make an appointment or give them a chance to cancel in time by actually sending the text message 48 hours and not 24 hours before their appointment. I did not appreciate the unfair treatment and attitude about the systematic glitch or purposeful mistake to get money out of me like that. I will not use this place.

Fantastic experience: Had a dental appointment with Dr.Ankur. She is good and patient. Explained clearly what is wrong and what options i have. Been to 3 doctors for getting checked. No doctor spent that much time on first inspection and also charged less compared to others.

He was compassionate, knowledgeable, gentle and personable. It was genuinely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Fantastic experience: I got my 2 right wisdom teeth removed by Dr Hassan a week ago now, and I am still so happy and grateful for the support and understanding I received. Being a very anxious patient when it comes to extractions, the reception staff were very upfront and knowledgeable about my options, and I was able to use penthrox during my extraction which was really great for getting me through it. Dr Hassan and the dental nurse on duty during my procedure took the time to talk me through the procedure and were incredibly patient and kind to me throughout my post procedure nerves. During the procedure Dr Hassan was gentle and talked me through the process which helped so much. I don’t think I’ll ever be going to another dental practice again after this!!

Fantastic experience: I've never liked going to the dentist but one session with Dr Hassan and his team has completely changed my mind. I came in to extract two wisdom teeth, painkiller injections didn't even hurt which was amazing and then less then 20 minutes to extract both teeth with no pain and a smile on my face getting put of the chair. Looking forward to my next appointment and will book in my whole family for regular check ups with Dr Hassan and his team and will be recommending to family and friends. Did i mention prices were very reasonable too?

Fantastic experience: I was so anxious coming to the dentist, I had tried two different places trying to get an appointment one place didn't even answer the phone, the other had some not great reviews. From first call the receptionist (Emily I think!) was so friendly and understanding. The nurses made me feel so much less anxious and tried their best to keep me calm. They were so nice. Dr Hussan was so so so great. Immediately made me feel 10x better about getting my wisdom teeth and another tooth pulled. I've used the text service for any questions and the response is so fast.
