We also clarified that X-ray referrals can be provided once a consultation appointment is taken, allowing you the option to obtain X-rays from a radiology provider at your discretion.

Additionally, we discussed that our pricing aligns with industry standards and is, in some cases, lower than that of many clinics. However, since these services are not covered by Medicare, patients without private health insurance may need to pay out of pocket. While we regret that this was not fully clarified before your treatment began, we want to emphasize that all aspects of treatment planning and pricing were carried out correctly and transparently. We understand that expectations can vary, and we always strive to provide the best possible care while adhering to professional guidelines.

Our clinic has been proudly serving families since 2011, and we have had the privilege of seeing toddlers grow into adults who now bring their own children to us for care.
