Fantastic experience: Warmly welcomed and checked in by reception girls. Liked being able to watch tv while we had a very short wait. Jess was great and explained our options to us. She was gentle and caring to my son who didn’t like having needles. I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a warm, professional experience with reasonable rates.

Positive experience: Went in for a chipped tooth. Jess was fantastic and friendly. Only critique is maybe explaining what procedure you are going to do beforehand. Did not realise needles were going to be involved in the procedure which gave me a bit of anxiety Other then that would happily recommend to friends and family

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist at all in my adult life and I called them after visiting a different dental clinic and they did not help me at all. These guys fit me in the same day and they were excellent, so caring even when I was bawling my eyes out. They took out the two teeth that were hurting me and the dentist took out a wisdom while he was there which had relieved more of the pain that I had been having for weeks. Even the day after the surgery I was completely out of pain apart from a bit of muscle discomfort from having my mouth open for so long. I can’t recommend them enough! Honestly thank you I have some quality of life back

Fantastic experience: I have been going to dentists for over sixty years and Dr Sun is one of the best dentists who has worked on my teeth in that time. Strongly recommended, particularly for those who prefer to avoid having a local anaesthetic where possible.

Fantastic experience: I had not been to a dentist for nearly 20 years! I was so nervous and scared but Dr Raihan As'ad made the experience so comforting and professional. I was extremely embarrassed and needed emergency treatment. His work and profession manner were perfect. The front ladies were so polite, kind and understanding. Definalty the place to go for any dental needs. I will be back and now look forward to receiving treatment and fixing what I have put off for years. This would not of been possible it it weren't for firstly the Dr and assistant and reception staff. Thankyou immensely all for all your service and inviting nature. My health was suffering but you have all lifted that barrier for me

The doctor seens to have completed the work at a very high standard. It is only one week later as i write this but i am very impressed with all of the people that i interacted with at your practice.

Fantastic experience: Unsure if I want to write this review as I don't want my dentist forever booked up but ive been seeing Charles for about 5 years and have only great things to say. So gentle and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable. Takes time to explain my options and always checks up on me a day or two after any procedure. The ladies at the desk are lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: My longtime dentist was closed for the Christmas Break and I was in chronic pain for over one week with a dry socket after a wisdom tooth removal. I had lived on pain killers waiting for any dentist to reopen after Christmas and by a stroke of luck got an appointment with Dr Charlie. First of all he CAME OUT of his surgery to apologise for being 10 minutes behind (he squeezed me in after his last appointment of the day might I add!) and to introduce himself and assure me he would only be a few more minutes. Once in the chair his treatment was so professional, caring and personal. He organised a follow up appointment before I left for first thing after our next public holiday with clear instructions to return the following morning if I was still in pain and he would see me! A Christmas Miracle- woke up today with no throbbing and no more pain killers. Thanks Charlie and also lovely lady on reception. Needless to say I have found my new family dentist

Fantastic experience: Dr Sun and the Team at Eaton Family Dental, look after me and my teeth very well!!! Dr Sun always discusses my dental treatment thoroughly with me, and applies the same degree of rigour to my actual treatment.

Fantastic experience: My visit yesterday was just for a chat (review my scans) and to get a quote for some work that I need doing and everything was explained thoroughly to me. I went out to reception to make the next appointment and DR Sun said if at all I couldn’t wait until that appointment he’d fit me in within 24hrs so I couldn’t ask for better service. I’d definitely recommend. I was very happy with my treatment yesterday. I even got a follow up phone call this morning to see how I was going if I was in any pain at all. Never had that before

Fantastic experience: Walked in, the receptionists were very friendly, the doctor was very friendly, I nearly fell asleep 3 times listening to some cool tunes while she dug for an hour to remove broken bits of root from my skull. No pain at all, until I got into my car and started to drive home. It felt like a nice people place. I was the last patient at the end of the day and not an easy job. Doctor would have been happy to I nock off I bet!
