Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist was always a scary and traumatic event when we were young. How times have changed. Having been a patient of Dr. Larry Benge for many years I continue to be a patient of Next Smile. This clinic makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Most unusual. I am presently under the care of Dr. Shivam Rishi whose expertise, skill and professionalism whilst listening to my needs and understanding them is certainly appreciated. All Dental staff are very professional, friendly and efficient. The atmosphere at Next Smile is calm, and the practice modern and very clean.Appointments are on time and there is free parking just over the road. Puts a smile on my face! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with Jeremy, part of the team at Next Smile. We discovered, recently, that I grind my teeth, so actions have been taken with fitting me with a night guard.. So far I seem to be still at it.. Dr Jeremy discussed the use of Botox injections into my jaw muscles to relax them, so as to correct the pressure I use whilst clenching my teeth. Then we discussed other ways of relaxing the muscles and de-stressing in general. I came away with some alternative ideas to try.. Jeremy was very clear & calming in his approach.. In fact all the staff at Next Smile have been the loveliest individuals that I have interacted with in all my experiences in personal dentistry. I can't recommend them highly enough. I actually look forward to all my appointments....never ever thought I would say that!! Debbi

Fantastic experience: To whom it may concern, On October 22nd 2024 Dr Larry Benge from Next Smile Australia changed my life forever. Dr Benge and his colleagues performed the (All On Four) procedure and I have not looked back. I can tell you all that I was very impressed with the talents. There was almost no pain involved at all. Dr Benge genuinely cares and is passionate about what he does !! I felt , heard and valued as a human being rather than just another number !! I walked in thinking there was no way I could proceed but I will just get a second opinion to confirm this . Well - I was sooo wrong and am absolutely ecstatic to be booked in to start my implant journey next month !! I am incredibly grateful and words seem too primitive to express just how professional and caring Dr Benge , Maggie and allll the staff are !! Fantastic experience: Three words; they’re absolutely fantastic. Lauren was awesome and explained everything in perfect detail as did Maggie. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I have a little bit of swelling the next day but to my surprise, no pain. I’ll be able to smile and laugh now without desperately trying to keep my mouth closed which has been the case for years. Fantastic experience: I had done the All-On-4 implants this year on my upper and lower arch by Dr Larry Benge and was very happy with the experience. I had three meetings with Larry and Courtney Murray before I decided to go ahead with the procedure. The team were very patient with me and explained the process to me in great detail and helped me to fill out all the paperwork. I never at any point in the process felt pressured to go ahead with the procedure - Larry and Courtney were very supportive and understanding and all my initial consultations with them were free of charge. I was extremely pleased with Dr Danny Raiz and the anaesthetics team who took a very detailed medical history before the procedure and made sure I was fit to go ahead with the implants. Dr Fiachra Maher and Dr Cormac Keating who looked after me after the procedure were excellent and are extremely well trained dentists. Peter Kerfoot was very helpful and gave me suggestions on how to design my teeth so they looked natural and sat well in my mouth. Svetlana Willer then bought these teeth to life and they look absolutely phenomenal - I am very impressed by the talent of the prosthetists at Next Smile. Overall, this was money very well spent and I would recommend NextSmile Melbourne to anyone looking to get a new smile! I am extremely happy with my new teeth. Thank you to everyone! Petr Juricka

I recently had surgery for the upper all on four and having had the lower all on four completed several years back, I wanted to share with you, that I have had many appointments and meetings with many professionals throughout my personal and professional life as I worked around the globe over 39 years. I have never experienced such a professional team of people as I have with everyone associated with my dental work over the past 4 years at Next Smile . It is an absolute credit to you all and it is the attention to detail that has made all the difference. I sit here tapping out this e:mail without having to have had pain killers of any kind, no irritated nose or throat and completely at ease. I have had fillings more painful than this. The staff have been exceptionally courteous and accommodating, multiple juggling of appointments, follow up phone calls and well fare checks and thorough in their after care and in the details about how to manage myself post - surgery. Dr Larry, my personal thanks to you for a great job, my mouth / teeth have never felt better in my life and they feel robust enough to chew through a kitchen table. Peter the Scotsman has a particular set of skills, that of a craftsman where near enough is not good enough, it has to be spot on. He reminds me of the movie “TAKEN”. Dr David the anaesthetist, made several calls ahead of my surgery, one to try and avoid additional costs by having to hire an after care nurse, and another closer to the day to see if I had questions and to step me through the procedure of the day. This displays the compassion and care that in a lot cases you rarely see in main stream medical professionals these days. I did meet a few different faces on the day of the appointment and I wish to thank them also. Dr Larry, you have the recipe right in your organisation with all the right people, as always it is a continuous cycle of improvement and if I were to be critical, I remember as child the dentist had jelly beans on hand. I have a couple more appts before I am finished, but I wanted to share my thoughts and appreciation before life gets too busy and things slide off the radar. Positive experience: Overall Experience was ok but I was never shown the actual teeth before they were put in & they were different to what I had & what I was shown. There was no after care when the implant posts were put in, no call back & staff had no knowledge of what happens after surgery especially when you have stitches in for 6 months & I thought I may have had an infection. Larry was professional but Lauren was not & Lieing to a patient after bad workmanship from a hygienist is far from professional or ok. What really annoyed me was I just had the new teeth in & had a question while at reception & that was a big effort for her & considering the amount I paid that's just disrespectful. I would educate staff more & also don't damage teeth or gums to make more money. It's happened twice....
