Fantastic experience: My first experience was great. I was accommodated very nicely and the serviced I needed that time was properly given. The second time with Dr. Neha was also a very positive one. She was very patient with me and I really appreciated her for showing up for my emergency tooth problem. For someone who is afraid of dental procedures, the clinic is something I can recommend for you to feel safe and satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I was welcomed by a warm and accomodating front staff and I had a great experience with my dentist. She gave me valuable insights about my teeth, gum health, and gave me recommendations on how to improve my brushing routine.

Fantastic experience: My English is not good but they try to understand me and use easy word to explain what they're gonna do. In addition, there's no pain and very quick. I was nervous about my first hospital in a foreign country, but after it was over I'm very satisfied.

Negative experience: Edit: came here yesterday as my tooth I had fixed in November, just a few months ago was hurting again. I was told by another dentist that both my back teeth need to be removed as the fillings done have huge cavities behind them. Obviously shocked I said no and left for a second opinion. I went to another dentist a d it turns out that most of the fillings I jave had done at this dentist need replacing and am up for thousands of dollars as most of them have not been done properly. I had a $700 splint done that does not fit and is now useless aswell. I am so disappointed as I trusted these people. I will be looking into how I can get my money back and how I can get compensation to help cover the costs of having my teeth fixed. So angry and disappointed. Don't go here unless you want cheap patch jobs and still have to have it fixed. This is the old review.... i take all of this back and hope noone has been here and this happen to them because of my review. Best dentist I have ever been to!. It was actually a pleasure to attend this appointment. I have high anxiety, generally and from bad experiences with other dentists. I was immediately at ease and talked through the whole process, listened to and understood. Everything was explained to me in depth and the procedure I had was painless and gentle. I had an honest explanation of what i needed done and why and all costing up front which was no where near as much as I was expecting, which I was pleasantly surprised by. I honestly can not speak highly enough of new smiles dental. I will never go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I suddenly had a throbbing pain in my lower right set of teeth and gums, so I booked the soonest appointment in the area I could find. I appreciate this dentistry being open on a Sunday as it seemed like they were the only ones. The dentist who looked after me here was very welcoming and I felt comfortable in her hands, but unfortunately I have wasted my money as they treated none of the comments I made about pain, and only gave me a clean? So as expected, my pain never went away and this appointment felt pointless. So two days later while still in agonising pain, I booked elsewhere in Preston for a second opinion, very quickly this dentist was able to identify pus where my gums were sore and I was advised the deep clean I received at this clinic had done much more harm due to not being done correctly or in absolute. I was advised that they did not clean the pained area completely and that could lead to much more damage and severe problems. Preston New Smiles Dental neglected the comments I made about the extreme pain I was in and it frustrates me that they didn’t attempt to investigate the area of pain, especially how visible the swelling in my cheek and gums were and considering how fast the second dentist I saw found the issue. Had this clinic done their job correctly, they too could have determined the actual issue. I thankfully got the answers for the pain and antibiotics for the infection after going to the second opinion, but have now had to face double the bill due to New Smile Dental Preston not being thorough or doing their job correctly. Very disappointed, and I wish I could have my money back for this kind of negligence. I won’t ever return here.

Fantastic experience: Prompt, professional, clean and relaxed vibe. Clients will feel at ease with the latest equipment and orderly settings, especially for kids. The reception area only has a one or two people at a time, gives clients discretion and shows their focus on attention to clients rather than volume business. Dentists here works nicely with kids to keep them at ease.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency where I knew I would have to have an extraction. From the moment I walked in service from the dental nurse and dentist were great. They were efficient, quick and thorough. We discussed possible complications which I was initially concerned about but I was quickly reassured by Dr Neha and in the end, had 2 successful extractions! Happy I’ve found my new dentist and very happy knowing my oral care is being well looked after.

I first came to this dentist for a root canal procedure and a crown, i wanted to go somewhere with good reviews because i was a bit scared about my tooth. They performed the procedure so well and made me feel very comfortable and i havent had any major issues with that tooth since. I now go here for regular cleans and i live 30 minutes away to travel. The girls are always Lovely aswell!
