Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a dentist in about 35-40 years. Had tooth pain and finally had to go. So glad I chose the dental hub. The staff there are so caring and helpful. Had to get a tooth extracted and they were great. Definitely recommend them and I will be going back there for future work.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment online at 2am due to severe tooth ache and was surprised when I got an appointment for 10am as every other place I tried was closed (Christmas Eve). I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist but the girl on reception was lovely when she greeted me. I ended up having to wait over 30mins for my appointment which only grew my anxiety till I had tears, the girl on reception kindly kept apologising and reassuring me it wouldn’t be much longer. When I was called in I now understand why there was a bit of a wait. Dr Gurminder Kaur was absolutely amazing! She understood my anxiety and took the time to talk with me before doing anything. She walked me through every step she was doing before doing it and made sure I was comfortable. I ended up needing a tooth extracted (I knew it would be) and again she was so patient with me - making sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain, the dental assistant even found me a squishy toy to squeeze to help ease my anxiety. The moment she thought I looked uncomfortable she stopped without me having to say anything and reassured me again. My tooth extraction went well, I didn’t feel anything and I am so grateful for how caring and understanding Dr Gurminder was, she made sure my experience was a positive one. for the first time in a very long time I felt comfortable at the dentist. The whole place just had a calm feel from the moment I walked in. Thank you Kallangur Dental Hub for being the type of Dentist everyone needs!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Surekhaa Saran recently and am satisfied with her services. She was gentle and caring and fixed my wisdom tooth issue. The whole team was very professional. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Negative experience: Went in for a last minute check up due to sudden tooth ache. Dentist told me that three teeth in the area I was experiencing pain required fillings, two of which required root canals and she tried to convince me to have the root canals done there on the spot. Thankfully I refused and visited my regular dentist two day later who took proper x-rays (Kallangur took x-rays which did not show clear pictures at all). My regular dentist advised - and showed me on the xray- that ONE of my teeth had a MINOR cavity and would require a Non-urgent filling!!!!! Do not go to this dentist. They are horrible and make up issues to try and make you pay more.

Negative experience: Having been to Kallangur dental Hub and had what i thought was great service I was sent away with a dental treatment plan involving the apparent replacement of filings. I thought it was a little strange as the fillings were not that old, But I am not the expert and I'd had nothing but positive experience with the dentist there. So I didn't think to question what was needed. I ended up moving from the area before I started this treatment plan and have just recently been to new dentist. After a very thorough exam and x rays I asked my new dentist about the new fillings I was going to need. She looked at me shocked and said I didn't need to replace any fillings as mine were all absolutely fine. Shocking rip off attempt by Kallangur Dental Hub

Negative experience: Very dissapointing place. Unorganised and constantly calling to make sure its confirmed. A bit pricier than other dentists so thought that the treatment would be good. I only went in cause they had openned on Saturdays. 175 for consult, minimal clean and half - that they wont do all the necessary xrays on. They kept confirming the appointment despite me calling back to confirm it multiple times and then changed my appointment times when its convenient for them. When I did go on the appointment at the exact time they had moved it to - they said I needed to txt back to confirm it before again - and said only 20 mins more to go. After over an hour of waiting and 3 people before me being treated....I had to leave as I have a kid at home and appointments that needed to be done. Quite disappointing. I dont mind a 15 mins to 30 mins wait but when the procedure I was hoping to take might take 2 hours...not many people can make 3 hours - so thay I can wait for an hour no question ask - cause I didnt confirm multipke ways by txt, call and etc

Fantastic experience: Not only did I get an appointment with one day’s notice but it was a Saturday. The staff were great and the dentist and her assistant were extremely professional and nice. The dentist explained everything she was doing while doing it and answered my questions. Also the premises were brand new and extremely clean. I really recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: I made a last minute emergency appointment - I was in a lot of pain and very anxious. Both Dr Gurminder and her dental assistant (I think she said Taylor but I was so nervous it has slipped my mind - I’m sorry), were both so lovely and so comforting. Dr Gurminder explained all the processes to me as we went along and gave me options as well, not just the most expensive one.

The lady Dentist Dr Gurminder and her assistant Jess are both lovely and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They were very thorough in their work on my teeth and gave me informative information on how my teeth were going, including showing me great photos of all my teeth and their condition. Thank you.

Negative experience: I had a filling between 2 teeth here. Everyone was nice in the clinic, but I didn't have a great experience. I have never had to sign such a massive waiver at a dentist before! So that was a red flag. I was told I would need antibiotics prescribed when i arrived and got all the way home before remembering that was mentioned...so called back and they said they forgot, and I had to go back down in work hours with my face numb up to my eye to pick up the script. When I tried to eat food the next day, I was unable to eat any solids as none of my other teeth met at all as the filling was not shaped properly. I did not feel comfortable going back there...so I found a new dentist who shaped the filling properly AND buffed it. The dentist at Esteem left it unbuffed meaning it was gritty feeling in my mouth. I can't even tell I had a filling since going elsewhere. The new dentist properly explained everything to me in great detail and I felt a lot better having seen someone else (did not feel like Esteem took time to explain after care in great detail). Hard to believe this clinic only has 5 star reviews. Goes to show you mustn't rely on Google reviews all the time! I have provided this feedback to Esteem.

Fantastic experience: Attended this dentist today and couldn’t be more happier. I have severe anxiety about dentists and have been putting it off for years. Finally bit the bullet and went due to severe pain and infection. They Removed my painful wisdom tooth in chair with a numbing injection and I did not feel a thing. It’s so good to be pain free. Affordable treatment as well. Back in 4 weeks for the next treatment. Thanks for your help.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy about my experience with Esteem dental in kallangur, I was very anxious about going to the dentist for fear of judgement. However when I arrived I knew straight away I would be comfortable. They made me feel welcome and kept me comfortable through out the whole ordeal. I had an extraction done and although my dentist couldn’t remove the whole tooth she made a plan with me to investigate further with another X-ray to make sure when we do remove the remaining piece that we won’t compromise any facial nerve, and we are on the way to a full recovery soon. My tooth was very stubborn and HUGE. I had stitches. But all in all I feel so much better then before. Now just got to stick to the plan and I shall be right. Thanks Esteem Dental Kallangur , I will see you at my follow up in 3 weeks.

Fantastic experience: It's never easy going to the dentist but I had part upper and lower dentures with some tooth decay happening. I discussed full dentures with the dentist . Dr. Surekhaa Saran, who walked me through the steps to be done to achieve this, she had a hard time pulling my teeth but placated my fears and we finally had success. She allowed me a payment plan and by the time my dentures were ready to fit I was raring to go. I saw her for the last time today until my ne t 6 months visit and we were both elated with the outcome. She is a very patient person and genuine. Her staff were always ready with a smile and encouraging words. Never had to wait for my appointment. This place is worth the time. Thanks for everything, I feel great and don't look too bad either.
