Fantastic experience: Having a broken tooth, my experience was very positive, the reception staff booked me in quickly, Colin spoke to me about the best options with me and once that was settled upon the procedure was carried out with efficiency and very much pain free. I have been with them for over 15 years and with a few of their dentists. I would recommend them to anyone if asked.

I'm so touched that you did that for me today, bless you all xxx 7th Aug 2024 Update Love love love my top 4 veneers 1 year on and I take good care of them. 3rd June 2025 Update Now having Invisalign on my bottom row to straighten them. This process is almost complete and has been painless. The staff here really make going to the dentist a pleasure. I have had all works done over a 2 year period with handy payment plans they have on offer like Zip Pay. Redlands Gentle Dental Care has a second branch in addition to the Victoria Point office. They operate a Capalaba Dental Clinic at 149 Old Cleveland Road, Capalaba QLD 4157 Both have free onsite parking.

Fantastic experience: I will not go to a dentist unless I have absolutely no choice , I went & saw Dr Snighada & she & her assistant were excellent no pain looked after me awesomely ,she has taken alot of the fear from when I have to go next time,still don't like dentists but Dr S was the best. The ladies at reception were awesome in the way they treated & looked after me as well, if you have bad fears of dentists like I do I would highly recommend going here. I still hate going but the staff all helped with easying my fears.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency on Saturday and had called several other dentists who were listed as open on Saturdays but were not. I was relieved to have my call answered by a lovely receptionist at their Victoria Point location. Fantastic experience: Have a disposition and history to make me very nervous with dentist but everything went Great gentle dentist treatment of a large filling. Unfortunately they don’t support my health fund so a bit more price then I hoped but the gave me a senior discount do this helped a bit

After a very traumatic experience with another dentist elsewhere in the past I was very scared and anxious. Everyone was amazing. Took me hours to call after my tooth broke as I was petrified. Fantastic experience: They were true to their name. I was looked after today by Dr Colin and Bethany. They were very respectful and transparent with me the entire time. They had a little extra time today so as well as my check up and clean they were able to fit in a filling as well. When I asked for an estimated price before we proceeded they kindly stopped what we were doing and got a quote from the nice ladies out the front. I was happy with the price and we continued. Dr Colin cleverly numbed my mouth half way way through the cleaning so that by the time that it came to my filling I didn't feel a thing. One thing that I appreciated right at the start when I filled in my details was that they had a little tick box for if we wanted to talk about improving our smile. I think that getting to opt in or out of that kind of talk before we even see the dentist is a very patient-first approach.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and was heading to the Redlands Dental Hospital but when I arrive the Dentist had called in sick. I was given a referral and huge list of other dentists to contact. Redlands Gentle Dental Care at Victoria Point stood out (I liked the sound of 'Gentle' ☺️) I rang and they were happy to fit me in - and very quickly. The staff there were just lovely and the clinic (including reception area) were very clean and tidy - and quiet. The Dentist and Assistant that tended to me were absolutely wonderful. Everything was explained - beforehand, and along the way, and they were able to deal with my emergency issue, right there and then. And... they certainly live up to their name 'Gentle'. I was sent home with well explained aftercare instructions in place, and a prescription for antibiotics. I also received a follow up call the next morning to check on me. Thank you so much to everyone at Redlands Gentle Dental Care, I appreciate your kindness and professionalism, and would highly recommend you to absolutely anyone. Thank You. ☺️
