Fantastic experience: I chose Australia Dental Clontarf after i had a tooth break and i used the Government Public Dental Services for people on a Pension. Got a emergency voucher to use at most dentists. I read some reviews on Google and that helped me make my decision. I have bad anxiety and chose to use the Green Whistle. Dr Ralph Elsissi was fantastic, he understood how anxious i was, so he would ask if im ready, he also mentioned to me each step in the process. He and his assistant also did there work standing up, i like that idea, i think they get a better view and also can reach easier. I will be making Australia Dental at Clontarf my regular dentist and would be happy to see Dr Ralph Elsissi again

Fantastic experience: Staff great! Dentist Dr Tiffany fantastic, broke a tooth and was able to be seen quite quickly after trying 5 other dentist's in the area. Problem fixed and biting away and hour being fixed. I have made this practise my new Dental Home moving recently to Redcliffe and having a positive experience straight away.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I booked online to the moment I left the Australia Dental Clontarf office I was very impressed. I am normally very anxious when going to the dentist due to past unpleasant experiences. Sitting in the wait area listening to the workings of staff I got the impression that they really care about their patients, which settled some of my nerves. My actual sitting with the dentist was very surprising, they were quick, attentive and had me feeling calm with the process of having two fillings. A huge thanks to the staff for taking care of the patients they way you do. I will definitely be recommending this dental surgery and I am actually not nervous with my next appointment.

Negative experience: Hi I'm very happy with my teeth they look great. On a separate issue I would like to formally complain about something that happened. The dental assistant continuously bumped the chair several times while I had a needle in my mouth and didn't even apologize. The dentist apologized on her behalf. I understand these things happen however it's very dangerous and unsafe to be so unaware of your surroundings especially when the risks are so high. I had to ask her myself to please stop bumping me while simultaneously the needed was injected into my mouth. This appointment was $3,000 I can honestly say that I certainly didn't get a $3,000 experience or treatment. Although I happy with my teeth results from the dentist whom was lovely and did an amazing job. The assistant really upset me especially because I'm a recovering from long standing exposure to domestic violence from as early as before I was born (fetus) to as recently as February this year. This is something that I feel must be addressed as this dental assistant continuously bumped me and I had no opinion but to say please stop bumping my chair I have a needle in my mouth. Dr Jay was so patient, kind and gentle throughout the procedure, and explained carefully every step she was making to put me at ease. I had my top wisdom removed yesterday and I have real bad anxiety with dentist and my teeth had a little panic attack Ralph and the assistant was so amazing making me feel comfortable and safe and then within about 40 second my tooth was out and I was smiling with no pain at all. They even called today to check up on how I was going. Highly recommend, amazing staff, quick, painless and great didn't break my wallet as I was able to after pay the fee at the end.

Will think seriously about returning- too rushed and too pushed - As though I was in a Coles or Woolies checkout. NO "Personal Interaction" except for inane chatter about inconsequential subjects. Then advice that I should purchase an Electric Toothbrush - the best thing ever !!! Then when my tooth gets to hurting badly enough to make an appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent first experience with Australia Dental. I have been seeing another dentist and my problems were going from bad to worse. It took their dentist all of five minutes to diagnose that the tooth, which was supposed to be "dead" was still experiencing sensation thanks to what can only be a botched root canal (for which I paid a small fortune and underwent serious pain) so it was a relief to learn that it's absolutely still hurting and not all in my head (figuratively not literally).

Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff. I was treated well. The review above reflects my first visit. Since then, I have needed to make a couple of visits so this is an update. I am always impressed with the welcome and excellent service I receive.However, this week, when I had a very painful tooth, Dr Ralph and Taylah made great efforts to bring my appointment forward so I could be treated immediately. I know this was not easy as the surgery was very busy. I had the extraction and it was as good as such an experience could be. I cannot sufficiently express my gratitude for the professional care I received and with the follow-up call the next day. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I have the worst phobia of dentists or anything in my mouth & blood as I hemrigded 5 times at age 22 from my tonsil op. I was rushed to surgery & the phobia stems from there. Tiffiny & her assistant were so beautiful & patient with me. I've had a few teeth taken out at Caboolture hospital dental & never again. They were rude & just made my fear worse..
