Fantastic experience: I waited a little while before writing this review so I could find the time to give proper feedback—and believe me, they deserve it. I first started going to Reservoir Smiles over five years ago, mainly because it was close to home and had great reviews. Safe to say, it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. Jack and his team are not only incredibly professional, but also genuinely kind-hearted and down-to-earth. Jack isn’t one of those dentists who sees patients as walking dollar signs—he treats you like a real human being who just needs a bit of help (or in my case, a lot!). Despite being on the younger side, he carries the empathy, professionalism, and wisdom of someone far beyond his years. And he always welcomes you with a warm smile—even when he’s just moments away from wielding a tiny drill in my mouth! Now, I never thought I’d say this, but somehow I actually feel calm and relaxed at the dentist… except for the injections, of course. Let’s not get too carried away. I’ve had some long-standing, complex issues with my teeth, and Jack not only helped me work through them—he gave me my smile back. He’s thorough, honest, and if something is outside his scope, he’s quick to offer a referral—no ego, no nonsense. And I can’t forget Jane—his sister and business partner—who’s equally brilliant. Her optimism and sense of humor are absolutely contagious, and her skills are second to none. The entire team, including the lovely reception staff, are welcoming, polite, and professional. If you’re looking for a place to get your teeth sorted and maybe even have a few laughs along the way, I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Thank you, Jack and Jane—you’ve made going to the dentist something I actually look forward to. (Well… mostly!)

He was patient and took the time to ask me questions, explain things and allowed me to ask my own questions without judgement. We Followed Dentist Jane from previous work place to Reservoir as we were both comfortable with Jane & now also Susie . All the staff at Reservoir smiles are professional , knowledgeable & lovely . My daughter recently had to have 4 extraction's on 2 separate app which Jane performed. She allowed ample time for the this procedure to be done and made sure my daughter was informed, relaxed & comfortable ( due to severe anxiety) . Jane you were amazing we Thank you so much for making the process a smooth one.

Fantastic experience: The ethic and vibe in the clinic is professional many female dentists which what i was looking for. Jane treats and explains without being pushy of options and is understanding if you feeling nervous and is very patient with explaining treatment options. I have been seeing jane for a few years now at the reservoir smile clinic.

Fantastic experience: I really liked this place. The dentist who cleaned my teeth was very nice and explained things thoroughly, things that my previous dentists have not. The process was generally very comfortable and not anxiety inducing, and the fluoride they used was very good, it didn't leave an uncomfortable aftertaste in my mouth even though I have very sensitive taste buds. I also liked the receptionist, he had a nice looking face and the expressions he made were amusing. Another notable quality is that it's much quieter compared to other dentists I've previously been to. Overall very good, I was going to ask my mother that we always come here in the future, but it turns out that was already the plan which I'm happy about. She also liked this place a lot (specifically that it was quiet).

Negative experience: Reservoir smiles is the worst clinic in all of Melbourne. They care more about money than their patients. They didn’t offer to let me transfer my records, which are only 4 months old, and insisted on doing their own examination instead. This would have exposed me to unnecessary radiation, which they didn’t seem to care about. It’s clear they’re just trying to make extra money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Jane for many years. She is professional, honest and so gentle. She makes you feel comfortable and delivers the best service.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely HATE going to the dentist and have been avoiding for years, but after the last few visits with Dr Su Min Lee I'll be getting my checks done yearly with no fuss! I can't recommend this clinic enough, just had my wisdom teeth pulled out yesterday and was so painless, done in half the time expected, and they were so nice to answer all my questions and reassure me. The music in the background is so nice when your sitting in the chair too! Well done to the whole team there, you're all doing an amazing job :)

Negative experience: Had an appointment today scheduled for a deep clean and they scheduled a regular clean. They rebooked my appointment for another time so I’m having to waste my time to come back next year. Not happy with the service received considering I have been a customer here for sometime :(

Fantastic experience: Have been to see Jack twice now. First one was an emergency extraction which was a dream compared to the trauma I’d had with wisdom teeth in the 80’s - my tooth was out in 10-15 minutes and Jack has the most amazing gentle way about him, explaining exactly what’s happening and what he’ll be doing. I just went on the weekend again for a cracked tooth and fillin repair, once again, he was amazing!!!! Was in and out in 40-50 mins and my teeth are perfect. The last dentist I used took three visits and a lot of discomfort in between before they got the levels of the fillings correct - Jack is an expert perfectionist. Highly recommend Reservoir smiles - best dentists I’ve seen in decades and now that I’ve found them will hopefully be going there for a long time - my family three kids and wife will also benefit from this great practice. Highly recommended !!!!!

Fantastic experience: I was so lucky to find Reservoir Smiles Dental Clinic last year. Dr Jack has been amazing and looking after me, being it the check-ups, the night-guard he made( spending a lot of time adjusting it), or removing my wisdom teeth. He also take time to give me a lot of great advice while I was overseas and having dental issues. Oh and Dr. Jane as well, she is also incredibly amazing. He is really thorough but gentle and I appreciate the way he takes the time to explain everything and also gives the body the opportunity to heal where appropriate before rushing into invasive procedures like other dentists often want to. Fantastic experience: Jane has been my dentist for over a year. I refuse to go to any other dental clinics and make a long travel to Reservoir Smiles. Jane is always so welcoming and keeps me accountable for my teeth, taking before and after photos. The receptionist are also very professional and organised with their bookings. The only negative thing i’ll have to say is that i didn’t discover this place earlier!!

Negative experience: Terrible clinics. Dentists always late. They make you wait 45min. Tells us they didn't know they have emergency surgery. Don't book to this clinic they will waste your time waiting!

Fantastic experience: Best Dentists I have ever been to. I cannot recommend highly enough. The staff are so friendly and kind. I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist and have a lot of oral issues because I put off going. I have always felt so at ease with the calm and gentle manner of Dr Jack and other staff. They always try to do the best by their clients especially if you are on a budget. I have never felt judged for the many issues with my teeth. I’m so glad I found them because I now I feel I can start fixing my teeth and gain some confidence back.

Fantastic experience: I travel 30km each way to attend Reservoir Smiles. Jane is gentle, professional and efficient. I'd recommend her to everyone but I don't want to as I want appointments to be available when I need them.

Fantastic experience: Went in there today for a tooth extraction. All the staff were absolutely outstanding.

Negative experience: I went in to get my teeth cleaned today and was told I need 4 seasons at a $160 a pop. I didn't now it costs $640 to get your teeth cleaned. Okay I know I need a deep clean but it's not the first time iam getting them cleaned and it never took 4 visits wow it only took 1 visit. Now if that's not highway robbery I don't know what is.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. Jack and Dr. Jane regularly both are very professional and friendly. Recently I have a root canal done by Dr. Jack and there is no pain at all. He explained clearly the procedurea and stages involved before start of the treatment which makes me feel confident. If you are looking for a good dentist I recommend Reservoir Smiles.
