Fantastic experience: Dr. Karim, along with his dental assistant and receptionist, treated me with calmness and care. He thoroughly explained the procedure before starting. Dr. Karim’s professionalism was evident throughout the process. You can truly feel the expertise of the entire team. They were a perfect team, and I was very happy with their service.

Fantastic experience: I have to rave about my wisdom teeth extraction experience - I got all 4 removed yesterday, 2 of which were impacted and required minor surgery on my jaw. I had been extremely nervous about the risks and complications, seeing things like nicked facial nerves, major bruising/swelling and even dislocated jaws! I had none of that, in fact, the procedure went so smoothly it went ahead of time and now have little to no swelling or pain. I’d like to pass my regards to Dr Sam who performed the surgery, who had a calm, understanding nature, as well as Dr Bree, the anaesthetist. The level of professionalism is unmatched at Dental Square, I’ve known since Dr Karim worked his magic on my teeth years ago! Thank you team, keep up the terrific work!

Fantastic experience: If you are considering getting composite bonding or veneers I would highly recommend Dr Karim at Dental Square . He is patient , knowledgeable and has incredible attention to detail . The whole experience from the consultation through to the actual procedure was pleasant and non stressful . I had 8 teeth done and this took about 3hrs. A long procedure but plenty of breaks and you get to watch Netflix so the time passes quickly. I would highly recommend Dental Square and Dr Karim !

Never having to wait. As I have a big phobia from dentists, The best part about my experience was the gentleness and professionalism of Karim. He did my daughters teeth and I was so happy to see how great her teeth were and I wanted to use him as well. He was very qualified and he made sure he delivered amazing work on my teeth. Not only was I satisfied but he also had to be 100 percent satisfied on the beautiful work he did. Several of my friends went overseas to get their teeth done as they said it was much cheaper and then they had issues with their teeth. They ended up going back overseas. Anyway I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. I know that if anything ever was to go wrong, he would fit me in the next day. I love his caring attitude too and how explains each prices. Fantastic experience: Dr. Karim assisted me in the extraction of a tooth with a failed root canal from a previous dentist and guided me through the preparation and fitment of a dental bridge and seperate veneer. Fantastic experience: I recently had porcelain veneers fitted by Dr Karim, my goal being to achieve a natural and improved smile. Although most dental visits would not be considered pleasurable, especially for major dental work, I found my visits to Dental Square for each part of the process to be very reassuring with much support offered by Dr Karim. He was calming, patient and comprehensive in answering all my questions. I am very excited and happy with the end result and very grateful to Dr Karim for his sound advice, guidance and professionalism. As someone who is normally terrified of the dentist, I was walking into my veneer journey nervous and apprehensive but Dr Karim made it such a smooth and easy process, and made me feel comfortable along the way. Negative experience: Very rude reception staff.. please hire some new people. It honestly brings down the whole experience. I'm actually choosing to move to another dentist because of how rude the staff are here. In response to the clinic: I am sure I have the right practice, I'm hiding behind an anonymous profile as I'd like to protect my identity, as I had a feeling you would try and look me up in your system. I also don't appreciate the condescending response, I had a poor experience with your staff who were incredibly rude and dismissive. Your response to this post saying "as you can see..", "I suspect you have the wrong clinic", just proves my exact point.. rude and dismissive. Other people's reviews don't take away from my negative experience with your staff.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Dr Habib did a fantastic job on my top 8 (composite) front teeth! So natuarl just the way I wated them! Big smiles :)

Negative experience: I had a very unpleasant dental clean experience at Dental Square. The job was the roughest I've ever experienced. In addition, the dentist made me take three X-Ray tests for a basic check up and clean up, without any explanation or follow up - I've been visiting dentists for decades and have never been asked for so many x-rays. My guess is that this will let her claim more funds from my insurance cover. I believe that this is unprofessional as it takes advantage of the healthcare system. I won't be coming back and I can only give a 2 star rating for this service.
