They made me feel welcome and didn’t try to upsell anything or make anything sound bad. Totally different office feeling. Wonderful staff. Open and honest.

Fantastic experience: We needed a new dentist for my 16 year old son, and decided to book with The Smile Factory. I sent through an email request enquiry, and received a very prompt response from Nicole in reception and we had a booking for the following day. The clinic is beautiful, and everyone there was fabulous. My son is due to get his braces off this month, and they advised a plan for after he finishes his orthodontic treatment to maintain his beautiful new smile. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Superb care as usual but this time I was billed more than usual for a standard clean and it wasn't given an invoice explaining what was done. As I am a regular customer, I know what the extra cost was I think, but it would have been helpful to have it briefly explained by staff at some stage.

The dental nurses and reception staff have been wonderful as well. Tv and headphones to watch Netflix during procedures is a great distraction!

Fantastic experience: I cant speak high enough of Hitesh, Jordan and the team. When I found these guys on facebook I was a bit sus at first as you would expect but dont worry people these guys have been the best fot me getting 6 bridges. Hitesh could of told me I needed implants at double what I paid for the Bridges but guided me towards the Bridges as I still had some good teeth. I can totally recommend this place for treatment. The only reason I give em 5 stars cause there were’nt anymore to give. Thankyou Hitesh, Jordy and team for what you have and the way you treated me.

Fantastic experience: All of the dentists I saw at smile factory were amazing. I had all on four implants on the top arch and surgeon Cameron was so caring and gentle and Dentist Ben created the perfect set of teeth. I had huge anxiety at the start and they were so caring and understanding, now I look forward to my visits. The reception girls are amazing also and nothing is a problem. Can’t recommend highly enough. I used to be embarrassed to smile, now I can’t stop :)

Fantastic experience: I was always so very scared to go to the Dentist after a very bad childhood experience, but when I started going to Hatish many years ago he understood my fear and had always made me feel comfortable and very trusting in everything he has done for me Dental wise . I have followed him to Broadmeadow and now to the new Smile Factory just down the road . The place is amazing with very friendly staff from when you walk in to when you walk out . I recommend Hatish and all his team I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental needs .

The reception girls are just beautiful! So welcoming! I am so happy they put me in with Jess. She is everything I had hoped for. Jess is so lovely. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the Smile Factory enough. As a person who was reluctant to go to the dentist due to fear, the staff have helped me to overcome this fear. All the staff are professional, friendly and all work carried out by the dentists/hygienists is of the highest level.

Fantastic experience: Despite being “the dentist” I’ve only had good experiences here. I went the first time with a broken tooth filled with dread and fear. From the beautiful lady on reception to the dentists to the dental hygienists- everyone is so empathetic and understanding. Such a good practice. The big, new premises looks great too.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. I made myself available for an earlier appointment, but this wasn’t communicated to the team, leaving me waiting for 50 minutes. When I was finally seen, the consultation consisted of basic information I could have easily found online—nothing helpful or personalized. To make matters worse, they couldn’t even do the x-ray I needed because their machine had been "broken all week," something they failed to mention beforehand. I then had to wait again for the dentist to return, which ended up taking up my entire lunch break. I was originally told the appointment would be quick—just 30 minutes in and out—but that was far from the truth. Additionally, the quote I was given over the phone was completely inaccurate and misleading. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience at The Smile Factory. I really struggle at the dentist due to sensory issues but they have noise cancelling headphones available and the dentists and assistants are all so lovely and caring. Today when their own noise cancelling headphones weren’t available, they encouraged me to get my own from my car which was super helpful. They are also highly professional and skilled- noticing problems that previous dentists(at a different practice) just ignored/didn’t mention at all. Highly, highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I called to explain I had debilitating pain, and was able to be squeezed in on the same day. The compassion and professionalism of the staff from the front counter to the dentist chair and through to being discharged was of the highest standard. I felt truly cared for and understood. I saw Mandy who was able to assess my condition very quickly and provide immediate relief. Mandy also corrected what I now see as bad advice from my previous dentist, and provide me with all my options. At no point did I feel railroaded into a decision, and I felt Mandy had my best interest at heart when coming up with a treatment plan. Thankyou to the entire team at The Smile Factory, I can't recommend you highly enough (5 Stars).

Fantastic experience: With a mouth full of teeth that look like I chew rocks, and a fear of dentists like they are the banjo playing mountain men from deliverance, I never imagined that i would ever make the following statements... 1. Every single staff member at The Smile Factory is a legend. 2. My dentists don't hurt (and are gentle). 3. I feel like a rock star going to The Smile Factory. 4. The appointment flexibility is second to none. 5. First dentists i have ever been to that aren't nerds. 6. The integration of technology is nuts. 7. I get to watch TV, laugh and forget i have power tools active inside my mouth. If Dr Hitesh Is the brains behind The Smile Factory, then Dr Mandy, Dr Ben, and Dr Cameron have to be the limbs whilst Amy, Helen, Abby, and all the other girls are the heart and vital organs. I read a couple of comments before where the people subtracted stars from TSF because: 1. Had to wait 10-15 minutes 2. Appointments were hard to get If i have to wait, it is because the dentists are taking extra time to do a good job, something which would further translate to me if i needed it. The Smile Factory isn't some hack sausage factory who churn and burn clients - That's why Pacific Smiles was invented. Have you ever been to an empty restaurant in peak dining time? Let me tell you, there is always a reason for it... It is either the product or the service that sucks. Next time at a shopping centre food court, have a closer look at the empty food vendor - there’s always one and you'll see the reason why. I would rather wait a tiny bit longer for a premium dentist, than have some work experience garage dentist hack into my mouth immediately. Short version - I am terrified of dentists, My teeth are rank, The Smile factory are fixing both my anxiety and smile. If you are looking around don't bother going anywhere else. TSF have the staff, technology, experience, confidence, and results to achieve everything you are wanting and more.

Mandy always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed which I’m not normally when visiting the dentist. I now live in Sydney and travel to Newcastle for my regular checkup’s with Mandy. I had hygienist Charley, she was amazing and thorough with her exam. She made the whole experience enjoyable, and ensured I felt comfortable at each step. Fantastic experience: Seen Jan the Hygienist today for my 3 & 5yr old. Not only were the reception staff warm and welcoming (as always) Jan made our girls comfortable from the get go! Straight into the chair with no issues, and playfully explained and demonstrated all the tools being used and made the girls feel comfortable and happy to sit still for the check up and clean.
