Fantastic experience: Dr Linda and Yulieth did an amazing job today for my husband's 3 teeth implants! My husband said they are very patient and very detailed, observing and communicating really well as a team. He had a really great follow up plan and guidance on how to take care of the teeth after the implant surgery and we also had a phone call follow up after hours to check on how he is doing (he's resting but he asked me to convey all his thoughts before I write this review!). From the beginning to the end, the team at Plenty Smiles really deserve an applaud from us which we have never experienced before, from the receptionists to all the doctors working there. We still have a few appointments to go until the crowns are in place, and if you are really in need of implants and great advice with excellent care, Dr.Linda and the team can do no wrong.

She was incredibly gentle while doing my filling—I barely felt anything, and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. What I appreciated even more was how clearly she explained the All-on-4 implants. I had a lot of questions, and she took her time walking me through everything step by step, without rushing or pushing anything. I left feeling informed and at ease about the options ahead. Fantastic experience: This is an updated version of my previous review. After 11 years of going to Plenty Smiles I still give them 5 stars, however since then a lot of the staff have changed so I must give credit, where credit is due. Everyone that works in the clinic is amazing, from the receptionist, to the dental staff. There is no problem that Linda and Ana María can't fix and Adriana is the best hygienist I have ever had. She not only gives an excellent clean, but also educates you on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums, all whilst we have amazing conversations! This is the only dentist I will ever go to!

She took the time to careful explain things and provide options and recommendations. Fantastic experience: I had Sara both times to do a deep clean, I’m someone who is extremely nervous and anxious about visiting the dentist not to mention having something like a deep clean done. From start to finish Sara’s approach was so gentle, calm and reassuring. She was so caring and making sure I was ok and comfortable every step of the way and also made me feel like I was in full control. If I wanted to stop or needed a break she was fine with it. I have never had a clean like this in all my years, would not be letting anyone else touch my teeth again unless it’s Sara. I highly recommend her especially if your someone like me who even trembles at the sound of the drill.

Fantastic experience: My journey Began with plenty smiles 2 and a half years ago. Thanks to Dr Manuel and Dr Linda, it became possible for me to get the all on 4 treatment, which has changed my life forever. Moving forward 2 years post surgery, they have provided me with regular and exceptional continuity of care, even slotting me at last minute to provide advice and a check up after a recent medical diagnosis. Attending the office yesterday, the receptionist team so welcoming and friendly, Yulieth made sure I was comfy and feeling good, and turned music of choice on and kept checking in to ensure I was ok, and Dr. Linda discussed my concerns and answered my questions, checked something here, adjusted something there. Even Dr Manuel and Adriana popped their heads in, with big smiles, to see how I was going. They have unwaveringly committed their expertise, time and passion into my treatment, and I always come away feeling reassured and truly cared for. Thank you Plenty Smiles. I’m so glad I picked you.

Fantastic experience: I had my appointment with Dr Linda and Julia and they were both amazing. I have issue with my gag reflex, which other dentists in the past didn’t really take seriously and caused me to be afraid to visit the dentist all together. But today, both Dr Linda and Julia were so patient and understanding, which helped me feel more relaxed and comfortable throughout the visit.

Fantastic experience: Honestly can’t say enough good things about the care my dad received during his recent dental implant surgery here! What we initially thought would be a daunting experience ended up being so incredibly smooth and comfortable - all thanks to the exceptional care delivered by Dr Linda and Yulieth. Dr Linda was outstanding. She was calm, warm, super thorough and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. At every step, she took the time to explain everything clearly which made my dad and myself feel informed, involved and totally at ease. There was no sense of rushing. Recovery was great with minimal pain and very clear post care instructions. From start to finish, they went above and beyond. If you are even the slightest bit nervous about any dental work, this is exactly the team you would want looking after you!

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr Linda for a dental implant in one of my front teeth. As you can imagine, I was very anxious about the procedure because of it being a front tooth. Linda was very reassuring, she explained everything well, including what to expect before and after the procedure. I left with a temporary tooth that looks amazing. It's been a long journey since I lost my tooth due to a traumatic injury. After the removal, I underwent 2 years of orthodontic treatment, followed by wearing a retainer with a false tooth for 3 months before taking the plunge and deciding to get my implant. I'm so happy that I chose Plenty Smiles. I've been self conscious about smiling for more than 3 years and now I can't stop! 5*

Fantastic experience: Manuel’s team at Plenty Smiles done an excellent job on my implants from day one of assessment (very nice people) explaining the prons & cons, the customer service processed all the paperwork for me, the day of procedure, put in the temps the second day, visits on refining the details of the temps while my gums still on a healing process and that is to ensure the final teeth is the final fit. These process were 3+ months in the making and I am so happy with the results yesterday (12th Dec 2024) when I got my final teeth. Manuel himself won’t give up until he’s satisfied interms of fitment, alignment, colour, etc that will rest assure his patients satisfaction which is a legit professionalism. He is very meticulous & perfectionist. I already spread the word across my workplace and eventually one of my colleagues will be getting his next year after the Christmas holiday. I am personally impressed & happy with the quality of my final teeth and thanking Manuel and his team for an execellent job on my journey. Greetings to all & happy holidays. Fantastic experience: “Very happy with my result, very professional staff, I definitely recommend them!❤️

Negative experience: Be totally aware of the pure greed of these guys. I had all on 4 done (top level only). I will say that he did do a good job, no problem there. The issue is the pure greed. These are the costs you will be faced with(they have no mention of costs on their website at all). The procedure itself is $27,500 plus a further $6,500 paid separately to the anaesthesiest. They claim that they'll give you 10% off if paid up front. But here's the catch, i asked manuel about this abd he said yeah but it has to be cash. WOW how dodgy is that. so i had to carry $25,000 in cash with me. The other $6,500 was paid by eft transfer to the anaesthesiest. From the time my teeth were removed and replaced with the porcelain was around 7 months to allow for healing and shrinkage. Thats fine but here's the catch. That's where the goodwill totally finishes. 4 months later they made me an appointment for a teeth clean and charged me $437 for it. I was totally disgusted in it and did voice it to them as i always speak my mind. When someone forks out that sort of cash, they would at least expect some goodwill for the first 12 months afterwards. So basically they see their customers as money on legs and have no concept of the current climate that alot of people are facing. On top of all that, they'll actually refuse to transfer your records to another dentist and will ring you and demand the reason you are leaving them. This is exactly what they did to my son recently. Totally disgraceful and unethical.

I arrived at my appointment and was greeted by the loveliest receptionist Rita who did her best to make me feel comfortable and at east to for my consultation.
