Fantastic experience: Excellent! My first visit here and from the moment I walked in I felt welcome and comfortable. The reception staff made everything easy and hassle free. The reception area is lovely with coffee and water facilities - there is even a phone charger! Dr Nav and dental assistant Deb explained things clearly, laid out options, advice and a plan for further work next week. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and (much to my delight) hilarious My teeth were cleaned and scaled without pain and I was relaxed and confident that I was in excellent hands. Thank you so much to the entire team. A visit to the dentist is always a little bit . The professionalism and kindness from all staff is a great example of how a good, local business should be!

The fit out is amazing, I love what you’ve done with the remodelling of the old Place One Restaurant. As scary as some people can find going to the dentist, I found the waiting room in here quite relaxing, it is very Zen! Fantastic experience: Dr Ravneet and team provided timely advise and great service. Getting a crown over the tooth was costly, not expensive, but given the turnaround time of 1hr for the crown and same day implant was very well worth it. Also to mention the advice to get the crown in the first place saved me multiple trips for re-filling the tooth cavity adding longevity to the fragile tooth.

Fantastic experience: Five stars, the staff were amazing! They made my 9 year old feel so comfortable and relaxed. I would most definitely recommend them for children particularly if your child is neurodivergent or simply nervous or anxious about visiting the dentist. A big thumbs up

Fantastic experience: Dr Zoe and her assistant were absolutely amazing with my very nervous 4 and 6 year old. Dr Zoe has such a calm vibe and this carried throughout the entire appointment. I felt very reassured after our visit, as she really cared for our children’s feelings about visiting the dentist and protecting them from any fear surrounding that. The team at reception were so lovely and knowledgable as well. We are relatively new to the area and so relieved to have found a great dental practice for our family.

Fantastic experience: I attended Tooth N Care today for the first time and saw Dr Ravneet. My last visit to a dentist was at a large "chain practice in Greenhills" and was nothing short of a horrific and painful experience. Dr Ravneet was aware of my anxiety and she was very gentle and reassuring which resulted in a much more pleasant visit than with my previous dentist. All the staff were very friendly and I cannot recommend this practice enough.

I had a crown and 3 fillings today, when you think of the dentist, painless and I got to watch a movie through the entire process. Thank you for making each visit wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Haven't been to a dentist in many years so got the scary thoughts about going again. The wire on the back of my teeth was broken and the glue missing in spots. The orthodontist was very kind and gentle, he talked me through everything before he did any work and was super kind. The day after my appointment the front staff were kind enough to check in and see how I was going, which gave me the chance to say that where the wire was broken it was cutting open my tongue. They promptly got me back in and even called me a little earlier than my appointment saying they were ready. I was in and out within 5 minutes with no worries. Thank you so very much tooth and care staff for being as great as you are. I'd highly recommend coming here if and when you need any oral health care.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have ever been to! In the last few months I had a check up & clean with Zoe, she was amazing and so kind. I have just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed with Dr Nish & he is also incredible. So informative from start to finish & very gentle and caring. All of the staff are beautiful, Holly in reception and Jorja the Dental Assistant always make me feel welcome. Thanks guys, I no longer dread going to the dentist :)

I hate needles and drilling for fillings and because of this I have been avoiding going to the dentists for over 3 years. My daughter had tooth ache which make me look for a local dentist. Looking at reviews Tooth N Care has great reviews. Ravneet and Zoe were great, very patient, and caring. The rest of my family will be going for a check-up there and I will certainly be going back.

Fantastic experience: After a clumsy incident with a microphone, Dr Nav was able to see me at short notice, and saved my front tooth. Then again at short notice Dr Nish was able to fix up that saving brace when it began to loosen. All with a professional and friendly smile. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Took my son who had stained teeth from iron supplement. Short notice appointment on a Saturday. Zoe was amazing. Gentle, kind and understanding. Also very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend and am considering making them our regular dentist even though there are several much closer.

Fantastic experience: Wisdom Teeth Removal: Dr Nish and the team are AMAZING. The front desk ladies are very helpful and had time for all of my questions and anxiety over it. Particularly Holly who was so lovely and patient with all my questions and a follow up issue with medication nausea. I have ZERO pain tolerance and this was a very quick, relaxing and positive experience. I would definitely recommend them for any dental procedure.

Fantastic experience: My wife hates the dentist visits but came away from Tooth and Care with a smile and a comment of "they were so lovely." The dentist and his staff made it so easy for my wife who is wheelchair bound, she was treated with care and concern for he health. Thank you to all who looked after her.

Negative experience: Very poor experience. Some months back had made appointment for Monday 6/11/23. On 28 September last, received text from them requesting contact about this appt. Did that 29 September, and at their request, appt changed to today 9/11 @10am. Got confirmatory text from them about this change also on 29/9. Went today for appt, told no appt on their system, I was mistaken and appointment actually for Friday 24/11 at 12.15pm. This despite having copies of their texts etc. Absolute joke and the most frustrating thing about it all is they simply do not accept any appointment was scheduled for today, again, despite me having copies of their text. Hate how now as customers we are the problem. So be careful when making making appointments with them, their systems not too good. Since my review Owner, Nish, has been in touch and confirmed they have experienced some software issues and system failure resulting in multiple patients not receiving updated confirmatory texts when their original appointments rescheduled. Glad they have identified and hopefully resolved these issues.

I called around and tooth n care we’re able to fit me in the same day to assess. They were so welcoming and comforting after a bad experience and managed to fix the issue without any discomfort after 3 weeks of constant pain and irritation. The team are completely professional, they call, send text reminders, are understanding when needing to rebook. Dr Nav is an awesome Dr, fun and easy going, kind and understanding. Positive experience: The dentists are great here, especially Dr Nish but the reception staff I always seem to have issues with, firstly with them contacting my emergency contact just to confirm an appointment that I wasn’t notified of because they had somehow removed my number as my point of contact and replaced it with my next of kins number; I still don’t even know how they justified contacting my emergency contact for such a minor issue, but anyway. My second gripe with them as I was 4 minutes late for an appointment and they called me and I was literally getting out of my car out the front of the dentist, only to make me wait 15 minutes as Nish was with another patient. Literally feels as though their reception staff is suffocating me.

Fantastic experience: Far less expensive then I had expected it to be. I went in with an enormous cavity and the dentist made the tooth look like there had never even been a cavity. Also drew me up a plan for future wisdom teeth removal and straightening/ cleaning and the entire plan includes a discount for booking ahead and is far less expensive than expected. Dentist was non judgemental and friendly.

Tooth and care treated me very well. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and the dentists are professional. Fantastic experience: I LOVE THIS DENTIST! I am almost 30 and petrified of the dentist. That easily doubles when I know I need to have actual work done. It then doubles again if it involves a needle coming anywhere near me. I let the lovely ladies at the desk know this and when I arrived for my first appointment they looked after me well. Made sure I was as relaxed and calm as I could be. So kind the whole time! Dr Navneet then attended to my dental issue and all I can say is he is AMAZING! He was so patient with me and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. The dental nurse assisting was also very kind and caring, thank you for being there for me. After this first experience I was actually able to work up the courage to go to my follow up BY MYSELF for the first time in my life. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Dr Navneet and the whole team! Simply the best. I have now made them my dentist FOR LIFE and will actually attend the dentist as I should. Thank you team for being so kind to me and so patient as I am still tackling my fear. Fantastic experience: Dr Rav and the team have given me pain free teeth after years of discomfort. The whole experience was so much better than any other dentist I’ve been to. Their equipment is clean, modern and the team are pleasant as well as understanding. I didn’t sit around for hours and you are treated as a person not a number. Nothing was a problem and I even had a massage in a massage chair watching TV while my crown was being made on the spot in a state of the art machine. I’ve taken my children here as well and they were initially worried about going to the dentist but they were at ease quickly and treated so well. Do not hesitate if you need to see a dentist, Tooth and Care are the best by far.

Dr Nav tailored a personal treatment plan to return my teeth a state of dental fitness. He is lovely and just a friendly, casual kind of guy whilst remaining professional. Reception staff are warm and welcoming. Nav seems like an honest person who takes the time to explain and to listen - not another dentist just looking to charge for unnecessary treatment.
