The place is clean and modern, and Dr. Max was so calm, gentle, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I usually get a bit nervous with dental stuff, but they made the whole process really smooth. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dr Michelle Fittler was AMAZING with our 2 y.o daughter, Daisy. Michelle showed Daisy & explained what each tool was used for, let Daisy try everything & made her first visit fun. Dais left with plenty of stickers & a huge smile! Proactive as a whole clinic was super comfortable & didnt have that sterile feel that most dental clinics can have - very welcoming. Daisy is already excited to return in 6 months - thanks team!

Fantastic experience: I had the most terrible pain I have ever experienced on the weekend as I had an infection in one of the nerves in my teeth. I made and appointment for the Monday to see Dr Vicky which is wasn't looking forward to because of the pain. This was the first time I had seen Dr Vicky and let me tell you she made me feel so much better and was so compassionate and gentle. I never even felt the needles she had given me. I can't recommend her and her assistant high enough. So please don't be scared she is AMAZING

Fantastic experience: Written by 10yr old daughter - (scarlet) I suggest this dentist for any one because it is open to all ages. Firstly they offer water or tea make it your own and they also have a therapy dog, they have good music and nice working TVs, one of my favourite was the relaxation paper where you can ask for a stress ball, a heated blanket, a neck pillow, and a therapy dog. In the room for the kids there is a lovely dentist called Michelle, Who I strongly suggest. They also gave me a teeth brushing pack and has a little pac man game for other children coming. lastly they have a tv inside on the roof of the dentist room for you to watch.

Fantastic experience: My son had an appointment this morning to get a filling, and Michelle was absolutely amazing with him. She explained everything she was going to do and showed him the tools on his hand before putting it in his mouth. She made him feel comfortable and the whole experience was very positive. The room was also well set up for kids with a tv on the roof to distract and keep him entertained whilst Michelle did what she needed to do. Will definitely be doing our regular visits here for all 3 of my kids! The therapy dog onsite was also an added bonus, my son loved giving him pats before his appointment

Positive experience: What a wonderful experience. The kind staff gave great advice and caring service recently when I needed an urgent extraction of a large back molar. I was worried it was going to be painful and worrisome but I could not have hoped for a better outcome. It was made extra special by being greeted by their on-site service dog "Winston", who is there to comfort those who need that bit of re-assurance that "everything will be ok". Fantastic experience: It was a rainy Tuesday, I had a wire brake on my retainer. I phone called at 8:30 in the morning and lovely receptionist lady called Isabelle answered the phone. I explain my situation and she got me in to an appointment that day with out any hesitation. I can’t thank Isabelle and the team at proactive dental enough for fixing the problem at hand at such and affordable price. I will be back.

Fantastic experience: Proactive Dental are hands down the best around. Dr Div is very thorough and has such a kind nature that really puts you at ease. I have never felt comfortable at the dentist and always avoided going but with the support of the staff at Proactive and Dr Div I have completed my treatment plan and it feels less daunting knowing I will be in good hands. Fantastic experience: I cannot express the high level of care I received at Proactive Dental, Burpengary East!!! Dr Div & your staff, from reception to technician make such a great team, Dr Div is an absolutely incredible dentist and an even more incredible human. They all showed nothing but genuine care & Dr Div is so confident and knowledgeable which makes high anxious people like myself feel so more at ease with going to the dentist. I’m so very grateful and cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I’m absolutely over the moon with my experience. I was given a heated blanket, noise canceling headphones & watched my favourite tv show whilst Dr Div took care of my teeth. Unfortunately the Winston, the therapy dog was out having his pamper day, but I didn’t mind, he deserves to have some care for himself as he comforts hundreds of anxious patients like me!! Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed by dr Richard and he communicated the entire procedure really well and he expertly removed the tooth effortlessly in a short period of time which was amazing as the other wisdom tooth which removed many years ago by another dentist took two hours and I had to take a week off work because of the immense pain. Dr Richard did such a good job and I have minimum post operative pain I am really impressed thank you

The beautiful practice manager gave me so many options to try and calm my nerves she was a total Gem. Dr Harmohan Singh explained everything to me down to what I would feel as he was doing it. If you have a fear of Dentist’s or are just looking for a good one, I highly recommend the team at proactive Dental Care. Fantastic experience: If I could give 1000 stars I would! From the very first appointment I had with Dr Harmohan as a smile consultation for my very decayed teeth, he was just so kind and understanding. I have C-PTSD so any type of medical work usually puts me into a huge attack. Today I had to make an emergency appointment as I had an infected molar which was causing me incredible pain. I was already in a tizz when I got into the chair but he told me everything he was doing as he was doing it, even though I had a completely awful panic attack during the excision, he cheered me on! I'll be forever grateful to Dr Harmohan and the lovely team at Proactive Dental, I am very excited to complete my entire smile makeover with Dr Harmohan, thank you all again!

Fantastic experience: When do you ever say you love a dentist? couldn’t say enough about my experience here. I avoided getting my wisdom teeth removed out of pure fear for too long that I was adamant I was going under before we even started. The lovely lady who I saw for a clean and general check up explained the process, answered my any query and booked me in with doctor Robert. Upon arrival I was an absolute mess with angst and nerves and crying at the drop of a hat and the staff were so accomodating to the fact. I was offered tea, coffee, water, tissues and not made to feel like a burden. I had my 4 wisdoms removed and doctor Robert made it very clear he would discuss any concern or irrational question I had, he talked me through everything to the point where he extracted my teeth and I wasn’t even aware he had yet. His dental assistant was absolutely beautiful and didn’t mind holding my hand when I needed her too. I walked out thanking them. Now I’m home and 24 hours later am still yet to take a Panadol as I am genuinely currently in zero pain. One tooth was also broken down and they charged me less for the fact, when most dentists would take the bill and run. Apologies for the short novel but 1000% recommend this dentist, can’t wait to come back and will tell everyone I know about the exceptional Experience I had. THANK YOU.

Fantastic experience: My appointment with Adi and Tiah was on time without any delays. Adi explained what the procedure required and then set about the extraction of my front upper teeth x 2 explaining everything as he proceeded. To be honest, Dr Ardi and Nurse Tiah made me so relaxed that it was all over in a few minutes and I had no idea that the extractions were finished. I highly recommending this Dental Practice and their caring staff to you.

Fantastic experience: Took my 2 and 3 year old girls to the dentist and could not recommend Dr.Michelle enough! She was absolutely incredible with my kids (one would barely open her mouth). She was so friendly, fun, patient and handled them incredibly well. If you have kids, don’t bother looking around book in with Dr. Michelle - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: Nadine- hands down the most beautiful, gentle and professional dentist around. Wonderful with kiddies- my son had to have his first needle and Nadine accomplished this first experience wonderfully, handling a very nervous and scared child with ease. Fantastic experience: Dr Harmahon is patient and understanding with my daughter who is diagnosed with ADHD and can be difficult at times. All staff are warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Last year I had a root canal done by Dr. Ari at Proactive Dental Surgery. It was completed in 3 visits without any pain after each treatment. I was contacted by the surgery the day after each visit to see how I was. I was very surprised that I had no pain at all. At the end of my treatment Dr. Ari explained that my tooth may take some time to feel normal again. It did take a couple of months, but as I was aware of it I was not concerned. I found the service I received was very good.
