Before meeting Dr Prakash, I had an unpleasant past memory of extracting my wisdom tooth with my previous dentist, so after knowing that I need to take more teeth out, I feared I had to feel the pain all over again. But thankfully Dr Prakash made sure I was calm and comfortable throughout the process, and everything was done within minutes. Friendly and welcoming environment and will make sure patients are feeling comfortable. Dr Prakash is thorough when doing the examination and he always make sure treatments were not rushed and is also very patient with young children. Staff even helped rocking my baby in the pram when I was on the chair (thanks Mobin!). She made me feel so relax when I came into the center. On the other hand, thank you for Dr. Prakash professional check up and solved my sore gum problem and found out another story on my teeth. Dr did an examination and was so professional, caring and gentle explaining me through everything related to wisdom tooth removal. I came to them with a tooth that needed to be pulled and Dr. Prakash made sure the process went smoothly and was gentle..I am scared of needles in my mouth. But the team were understanding and took it slow. At my check up, Dr Prakash recommended Invisalign. I begun to go every 2 weeks until my teeth straightened. They were very professional and even helped me uber some aligners to my work when I couldn't go in! Dr Prakash explains everything and makes it easy to understand. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for almost 15 years, which says it all as endorsement. I have never had anything but professional care from the front-desk to the treatment room. From regular cleanings to surgery to crowns and veneers. They always make sure you're informed about what they do - and what it's going to cost. Whether it's really necessary or can be put off or is optional. Especially important: if you are already jittery about injections, the good folks must have special training. Not in all my long years have I felt numbing shots so little! :-)
