Fantastic experience: I was having some concerns about changes to the enamel in my teeth and the possibilities of them being cavities, so I called asking if they could help. The receptionist, Emily, was compassionate, polite, and professional. She eased my worries, talked me through some optioned and helped me book an appointment. The office itself was clean and clinic but felt welcoming. For one of the first times, I didn’t feel additional nervousness sitting in the waiting room. Once in, Dr Shilpa was understanding and informative. She welcomed me in, heard my concerns, talked me through what she was doing as she examined my teeth, and then explained what she found and what could be done. Overall, between the feel of the clinic, the lovely reception lady, and the knowledgeable and understanding doctors, I think I have found a dentist clinic I can attend without fear. My most genuine thank you to the team at Stones Corner dental.

Negative experience: i booked an appointment just for it to be rescheduled due to a rostering error. receptionist was quite rude and when i asked to speak to a practice manager about the issue and her attitude she told me i just wanted to "vent". she also tried to guilt me by saying "i never know" and the dentist "could have had a death on the family" when she had already told me there had been a mixup with when a new dentist was available to work. i was told the owner would be in touch with me before close but i never received a call. unsure if it wasn't passed on or if the whole practice is just really unprofessional.

Negative experience: Crystal and Dr Shilpa are amazing. But Emily the other admin/receptionist attitude really stands out for me. First is ignoring a patient who is in pain after a treatment, this I let to slide off. Then on the day of my appointment to try and fix the pain EMILY was late and we ended up waiting for her, then when she arrived she stated she over slept, this she stated to me and to the dentist, this I let slide off too. And today, i called as i recieved an sms stating i need to rebooked my husband's appoitnment which i booked 2 months ago to ensure my husband get the earliest saturday appointment with Dr Shilpa, upon calling in EMILY gave me the rudest anwer stating she cannot control the saturday that doctor would work and no remarks of being apologetic on mixing up the Saturday's that Dr Shilpa works. Well I was hoping she has better plan for my husband whether she can fit my husband on the earliest saturday or not but rather she tells me dr shilpa is fully booked on the next saturday for March as well. Emily was also the one I spoke with 2 months ago to book my husband's appointment on the 15th of february which she made sure that Dr Shilpa will be available on that saturday. Dear EMILY just to let you know directly, that you should not mess with other people's time. If you value your time, you should value other time too. You are the most arrogant receptionist I have encountered in a medical team you are also never apologetic on your rude behaviours.

Calming music and TV on ceiling above to distract if you need it. Clear communication through the whole process and was given opportunity to raise my hand for a pause during the clean. Fantastic experience: I've been to a lot of dentists and had several teeth removed. Yes, I'm like most men who don't do anything about oral care until it's too late. Believe me when I say the experience that I encountered here at Stones Corner was and still is the best yet. I ran into complications. They were remained there ready to assist at every turn. The bedside manner was not only informative and helpful but relaxing and genuine. They cared about me, i felt it. There was not a lot left on this tooth, but they took their time and got it without breaking. Amazing. If you're scared and avoiding the dentist for the standard reasons, come here. My partner has avoided the dentist her whole life, now she is still apprehensive, but filled with hope after experiencing second hand the level of care and service that I was provided. Fantastic experience: Wonderful dentist clinic, probably best I’ve ever been too. All stuff were super friendly and knowledgeable and the clinic has very reasonable prices. I felt welcome and looked after. Dr Shilpa was extremely gentle and continuity checked on my comfort and pain level. She took the time to explain everything and has an amazing technique, I felt no pain with teeth cleaning. Highly recommend this practice for everyone and especially for those who are scared of dentist visits.

Negative experience: I was happy initially with the heath cleaning until I realised they rushed and did a poor job, teeth still had a grainy feel. I have had much better cleaning jobs and do not recommend this business if you care about your teeth. Also promised a gift if I left a review, never received. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Shilpa Raju for grinding issues and she was able to do a quick scan of my teeth (no messy impressions) and I received the splint within 2 weeks! The prices at Stones Corner Dental are by far the cheapest I have come across and the quality of the care from the dentists here is unmatchable. I also saw Dr Divya Nair for extractions of my upper wisdom teeth. The numbing gel that was used ensured I didn’t feel the injection at all. Dr Nair removed both teeth without any complications and the assistant ensured I was as comfortable as possible during my treatment. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the thorough communication and reminder texts for my appointments and the call following my extraction to see how everything was going. I would highly recommend Stones Corner Dental to anyone especially those with dental anxieties as the team goes above and beyond to reassure any worries you may have. Thank you Dr Shilpa, Dr Divya and team for making my treatment as comfortable, easy and affordable as possible.
