Everything was so well explained to my children - they have both enjoyed their dentist visits and are looking forward to the next visit! I’ve been many times and they are well priced, the staff are amazing and the dentists do such a great job at explaining their process and making you feel calm. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: amazing

Negative experience: My first appointment at this practice was over 20 minutes late. The second appointment was so bad that I left after waiting more than 25 minutes past my scheduled time. While waiting, I noticed several issues. The carpet leading from the front door to the receptionist’s door was filthy and needed a thorough cleaning. It was a light-colored carpet with a dark brown trail. The receptionist desk had flickering lights and multiple ceiling lights that weren’t working. The toilet was also dirty and needed a clean. I also found it strange that four notices to clients about billing and other matters were placed under the reception desk, where they were out of sight and not even visible if clients had to look. Additionally, the radio was playing over the sound system, and the TV hanging on the wall was muted and positioned so that only a small portion of clients could see it clearly. If I hadn’t been kept waiting so long and if the young staff members hadn’t been walking around on their mobile phones, I might not have noticed these problems. I understand that this may sound like a complaint, but as a patient, I expect to visit a professional and clean clinic. I'd suggest replacing the fake, cheap-looking phalaenopsis on the reception desk with a real one.

Fantastic experience: Again the Smile team way exceeded expectations. A huge chunk fell off a back tooth Wednesdy night and by 4pm Thursday the tooth has had a full restoration. Service that could not have been improved. Healthcare in the Southwest is not all bad. Thank you Smile

Positive experience: Their dental work seemed fine. But one time they called to cancel an appointment at the last minute when I had already driven half an hour to attend. Things go wrong in life - apparently the dentist was unwell - so I didn't make an issue of it. Then, next time, I called ahead of time to check if the appointment was going ahead, but they didn't answer the phone multiple times and I left several messages asking them to call back. I didn't want to waste an hour driving there and back again, so I was in a quandary as to whether to attend. Eventually, they called me 15 minutes before my appointment to see if I was on my way - they clearly hadn't listened to any of my messages - and I explained the situation and how I was quite happy to fly there immediately but would now be 15 minutes late. They said that wasn't possible to see me then, and that I would have to reschedule and pay a $50 cancellation fee. I explained that the only reason I hadn't made it by 12:30 was because they hadn't answered the phone multiple times that morning during business hours and hadn't returned my calls. They said 'Sorry, we're understaffed', but still demanded the $50 no matter how many times I tried to explain how unfair it was. The staff member said I should have emailed or texted as well. One would think multiple phone calls and messages would be sufficient. I ultimately decided to take the business of my remaining teeth elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: This practice was able to fit me in very quickly. I also appreciate the kind and humorous personality of the team. A welcome distraction for my nerves.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from Dr. Katie Joo and technician Sienna - I visited here last week for 4 wisdom tooth extractions and I could not recommend more highly. All the staff at the clinic were extremely welcoming, and Katie made me feel fully at ease and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I left feeling confident and prepared for the recovery process and a few days post-surgery am feeling amazing so far. 10/10 professional service and would highly recommend!

If you are afraid of painful numbing injections, don't worry, his injections never hurt ☺️ he is very friendly, efficient, and great at what he does. I highly recommend him as a dentist. While I may be down a tooth, now I am very happy with the service and treatment. Deserves more than 5 stars.

Negative experience: Had an absolutely awful experience. I had a tooth removed and all it caused me was grief. After four days the pain was meant to subside, but it didn’t. Unfortunately due to a bad practice and no emergency number. I was left in agony for the weekend. This lead me to another dentist I was able to contact on a Sunday afternoon. I had a massive infection in my face. This required antibiotics. After this infection, I’ve picked 6 pieces of bone out of my jaw after the removal of the tooth and Never again will I return to that practice.

From the wonderful Piper who took my original call, who was very considerate and caring, to Phoebe who was also very understanding, to the impressive Dr Chris & his fine assistant in the room, my experience was both reassuring & a vast contrast to my uncertainty leading up to my appointment. I'm back in May and I'll be feeling much less nervous in my subsequent visits.

This is his review: ‘my mummy took me in because I banged my mouth cruising the coffee table. I think smile dental is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I was so excited they put on ‘miss Rachel for babies’ in the waiting room for me so I didn’t have a tantrum waiting. The dentist was kind and funny and I even let him feel around my toothy pegs without biting him like I would have for anyone else. Fantastic experience: Had an old filling come out which was replaced by a modern day one - looks and feels good so far -Dentist Explained how everything was going on with X-ray etc- the place is clean, nice and bright - everyone seems friendly - Prices are about the same as any Dentist (expensive lol) oh, the first time i rang up no one answered and it said the massage bank was full so it just hung up on me - forgot to mention this when i was in! - Thanks Guys! , see you next year!

Positive experience: Started going here because i bought myself private health insurance and they link with the company I chose. Whether i get a decent amount back ill never know if its worth it. Anyhow everyone hates going to a dentist but the girls at the front are beautiful, Bubbly & helpful. Love seeing especially piper she is always smiles on the phone or in person. Now that we’ve figured out a way to reduce the fainting. Heres hoping someday I can get a smile I am proud to show off.
