The dentists and staff are absolutely incredible - so caring, patient, and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure every visit is comfortable and positive, especially for children. My daughter actually enjoys coming to the dentist because they take the time to make her feel safe, happy, and cared for. Not every clinic shows this level of genuine compassion, and it really makes a difference. If you’re looking for a dental practice where you and your family will be treated with kindest, respect, and expert care, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Fantastic experience: Me and my family have been going to beyond 32 dental for the past 9 - 10 years. Dr Jen was lovely, kind, empathetic and wonderful. Back in 2019 when I was 14 years old, I got my braces on and had them removed in 2021. Having them on for 1 year and 2 months is insane. She was a maestro. Can’t say the same with Dr Jeff with the X ray. Last year, my little brother ‘Nimuthu’, had an additional tooth growing out of place but Dr Leazelle was also amazing as well since she removed it and his opening wound later healed a couple of days. A week later, I had her for a check up and she was also kind, knowledgeable and empathetic.

I found Beyond 32 dental, its on the corner of Pennant Hills road just down from the train station and across the road from The Pennant Hills hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Dr Jeff guided me through the process of botox injections to alleviate my grinding. My symptoms have improved significantly since Saturday. If your looking for a great family dentist near or in the Pennant Hills area Beyond 32 dental won't disappoint. Very Impressed.

Fantastic experience: Jen has been my dentist at Beyond32 since early 2023. I think she's been my most helpful, thorough and thoughtful dentist, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and the practice. My partner was really happy with her and he used to really shy away from regular dental appointments. So he recommended her after I wasn't happy with my previous dentist. We actually both found the service so good that when we moved suburbs to the inner city we stayed with Jen and Beyond 32. She's helped me significantly improve some tooth sensitivity I had and even when I had to return to make some adjustments on a filling she was understanding. I feel a lot more knowledgeable about what solutions suit my teeth from everyday things like using an electric toothbrush to less harmful whitening toothpastes to longer term things like Invisalign for overcrowding and plaque/tartar control. I often have a lot of questions and with Jen's patient and helpful guidance and actually doing what she recommends my teeth have been in the best condition they've ever been in. Whenever I have doubts or questions about dental decisions I feel a lot more confident to proceed with the explanations and information I'm given here. Fantastic experience: When I started going to Beyond 32 in 2018, I was one of those people who'd avoided going to the dentist for years (mainly out of fear). Now I go every 6 months for my check-up, and it's in no small part due to how kind, human, and thorough everyone there is. Dr Jen is very clear when explaining otherwise complicated dental concepts/interventions, and she and her assistants always create a friendly vibe during appointments. In addition to some fillings, I've also had more major procedures done at Beyond 32 (wisdom teeth removal), and was very happy with the service and aftercare I received. My teeth are definitely happier since those dentist-fearing days of yesteryear, and I'm optimistic about my pearly whites' future too.

I have been following Dr Jennifer Chung since her Cherrybrook shop, to now pennant hills area, which is 1h drive for me. The place is absolutely beautiful and always super clean. Dr Jen is always running on time and super accomodating with bookings, she has the patience of an angel, the touch of a feather and is incredibly considerate with my needs and fears Every.Single.Time!! Like many others, I used to be terrified of getting my teeth looked at/ cleaned/ inspected. These days I am always looking forward to visiting the cabinet and the team. After almost a year of orthodontist treatment with Spark (clear aligners), I couldn’t believe seeing the before and after pictures. Not only I can smile without feeling like a horse anymore, it brought some confidence back in me. My teeth are straight, the overbite is gone, and it was all pain free. Moreover, my gums have drastically improved which was a bonus surprise for both of us. It honestly feels like I won the lottery the day I met Dr Jen!
