Fantastic experience: Great friendly visit with Gavin Coles, who took the time and trouble to explain everything to me that I needed to be done. I've since returned for my first appointment and had a very good experience once again. Gavin made me feel at ease before a tooth extraction. Would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: I'll admit, not a big fan of going to a dentist but having broken a tooth didn't have much option. 2 visits in 2 weeks, 2 different dentist. Figured I'd book the first appointment of the day, 8:00am. Unfortunately, the both dentist thought that's what time they rock up to work. Leaving me waiting for 10 to 15 minutes (actually 20 to 25 mins as I was there by 7:50am for my appointment).

Fantastic experience: Hosai and Katie were perfect with my daughter. They made her feel calm and distracted for the whole procedure and didnt ignore her concerns or questions. 100% will be going back there.

Negative experience: Total rip off! They fix a tooth for you, and when you go back having problems with the tooth that they have done for you, they charge for fixing their own mess. They did a crown for me, which cost me over $5k, and the tooth just simply broke and fell off in less than a year. They fixed a tooth for my mother, and they kept charging us for fixing their mess! I will never go back to this money driven poor quality practice again. They had a couple of good dentists in the past, which all left, which this is not a big surprise! DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY AND RISK YOUR ORAL HEALTH BY GOING TO THIS PRACTICE!

Fantastic experience: Dentist WA was the only place that could fit me in short notice, and having not been to the dentist for a few years, Dr Rajaa Chiri was so lovely to deal with! She made me feel very comfortable, was knowledgeable and gentle throughout the whole clean and consult, allowing breaks as needed. I also dealt with Mikayla at reception - she was super efficient, emailing through my receipt and details straight away after my call! Overall happy with my experience, new dental clinic and great staff, I will be going again!

But as soon as I walked in the reception team was warm and friendly Dr Gavin explained everything to me and did one of the best scale and cleans I have ever had done. Fantastic experience: Dentist WA Canning Vale I have just attended my six monthly visit to Dentist WA Canning Vale I again received exceptional service from Dr Sean Ferdinands, the receptionist, and Dental Nurse. My appointment was very punctal - I saw Dr Sean Ferdinands within 5 minutes of my appointment time. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE HIGHLY ENOUGH. This practice is a Known Gap Provider for HCF ie they only charge the agreed dental fees & you know your out of pocket expense before you attend. They also use HICAPS to claim directly from your fund.

Fantastic experience: I was in the process of having bridgework done at another practice, Dr Jasmine Li was performing the work. When Dr Li moved to full time at Dentist WA I followed her across to this practice as I was so impressed with her approach to dentistry, she is very supportive, explains the procedures to allay any concern and approaches her work in a practical but professional manner. Fantastic experience: My husband Radhakrishna visited Dr Gavin Coles with severe pain today. He was really afraid of visiting a dentist, but I can say he came back all smiling. He said only pain he felt was when he was given the injection. He didn’t know when the tooth was out. Everything was explained perfectly, calmed my husband down when Gavin noticed he was bit worried. He even praised Gavin’s assistant when she offered a napkin to wipe his tears. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: I had need for some attention and able to see Dr Coles within a couple of hours. After the initial inspection there were several issues identified, and a plan made to address. Whilst I had a "relaxed" attitude to dental health it would appear this combined with maybe not proper action or advice from my previous dentist has contributed to the issues. Dr Coles has clearly explained what I need to do address and maintain better care.

Positive experience: Dentist WA Team, After years and years of attending your practice in Canningvale, I've never had a traumatic or even a bad thing to say about any of the visits however today, even hours after a visit, it's still upsetting to see my partner so anxious and upset. Was it truly necessary to be so abrupt, rude, dismissive, and just plain unkind during her appointment? Everyone whom visits with a Dentist is already anxious especially if they suspect they may need major Dental Work done, but to speak the way the Dentist did today (not going to mention any names) was really uncomfortable and unpleasant. To say to a patient, "Your wasting my time" or "You've brought this on yourself," took a lot for me to sit & say nothing except to comfort my partner, who ended in tears. Your bedside manner towards your patient today was terrible. You're having a bad day..? Suck it up, you're meant to be helping a patient, not making them feel even worse. I honestly was very disappointed and have now even given a 2nd thought to wanting to return myself. Even my partner feels the same. Whatever happened today.... shouldn't have happened. You clearly weren't happy, and the way you spoke to your assistant as well as your patient left a lot of questions. Cancellation of appointments as you brought up were always given plenty of notice, a cancer scare and being hospitalised was a valid reason for not attending, a preference for a female Dentist instead was another reason for a cancellation at one time.... All valid reasons without needing massive explanation.

Fantastic experience: The crown on my tooth fell off in the morning, so I made an emergency appointment and came in the afternoon. Dr Susan Cai treated me professionally and thoroughly, and I am very satisfied with the results. The staff were all friendly too. If you ask me if I visit next time, I will definitely say yes~!!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency tooth extraction with Dr Alan Chau. I couldn't recommend him higher. He gave me all my options, explained everything as he worked and had the tooth out in ten minutes. I'm feeling tender but virtually free of pain only one day later.

Everywhere I called sounded very uninterested or couldn't help to give more information on the price. But when I phoned up this place, the receptionist was so lovely and helpful, and I am sorry that I cannot remeber her name. She was also the receptionist today when I went in. Fantastic experience: Attended my first visit at Dentist WA. The reception team have been great at keeping in contact and offering alternative appointments which I've appreciated. I was apprehensive about my visit as I haven't been to the dentist in some time but Dr Jasmine Li was non-judgemental and I was pleased that minimal work is needed given the time passed. Dr Li explained required and recommended treatments thoroughly and visually which was helpful. She checked in regularly during my initial treatment to ensure I was comfortable and she and the hygienist were attentive and professional. Other bonuses are plenty of parking on site which is always helpful in relieving the stress of attending appointments and also a really calming reception area with just the right type of decor!

Dr Ferdinand was absolutely brilliant and the check up and cleaning carried out as well as advice was thorough and expertly conducted. I really recommend this dentist!

Negative experience: Very disappointed as they cancelled my appointment (that was booked 6 months before) just 3 days before the appointment (just because they decided to close early) without offering me a similar time appointment, causing me not to be able to use my health insurance benefits at their place or elsewhere as I wasn't able to book an appointment before the end of the year, which shows that they didn't consider the financial effects. While they mentioned in the same cancellation email about a cancellation fee if it is me cancelling close to the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jasmine Li is very experienced! Her simple remedy resolved my sensitive tooth issue which lasted for more than two months and also saved me money by taking unnecessary treatments. Her skill is also very impressive to precisely inject the anaesthetic as needed to minimise the numbness afterwards. Dr. Jasmine Li is wonderful! A few simple words can summarise our experience with her: kind, patient, gentle and thorough! Plus, her multilingual skill helps effective communication with my elderly parents and retired me as the interpreter.

Fantastic experience: Highly professional service. I had an incident in north west regional WA and required emergency dental work in Perth. Dr Tim Maxwell squeezed me in, and with assistance from Jess got a scan sorted for me, got relevant paperwork arranged and completed, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Dental work completed to what I can say is an extremely high standard given the mess I had in my mouth. Cannot recommend enough. I will have follow up treatment and look forward to visiting Perth again knowing Dr Maxwell, Jess and team are there to assist in a highly professional capacity. It's so nice to get professional and streamlined medical service!

Fantastic experience: The BEST of the BEST - Dr Tim Maxwell. I recently had a wisdom tooth surgery and was extremely lucky to have chosen Dr Maxwell as my Dental surgeon. The entire experience went above and beyond my expectations - from the time I walked in for the surgery, during the the actual surgery and to the time I left the room. Dr Maxwell made every effort to check in a few times during the surgery to ensure I was comfortable and was not in any pain. A special thanks to the Dental nurse who was also present during the surgery. It was also wonderful to get a follow up call from the clinic to check if I was recovering well after the surgery. Thanks once again, Dr Maxwell and the amazing dental team at Queensgate.

Negative experience: They just wasted half my day preparing and a whole hour waiting for this appointment only to be told, "we're too busy to see you, come back in 2 hours". They even called me a couple hours before my appointment to get more information, so one would assume they were prepared for my arrival. Very bad first impression, will not be coming back! Ps, the dentist I was meant to see was Dr Yousr Kanbour.

Fantastic experience: At 56 I have seen my fair share of dentists over the years but I have to say that Dr. Sean Ferdinands at Dentist WA Canning Vale is the best I've come across. Great at his craft, shows excellent care and has superb manners to make you feel that everything is under control at all times. His assisting team is also friendly and capable. Negative experience: Very very bad experience This was my second appointment for standard general teeth cleaning. I book an appointment for general teeth clean but was given “ Periodental debridement” as per the receipt which they charge me $606 which i felt was a general clean as it felt no difference to my previous general clean. THE WORST PART IS “ I was never informed re i was having this periodental debridement as no consent was taken from me by “Dr Ching Wen Tan” When I informed the reception as I was not informed they lied and said I was informed. What a worst service I received and I recommend everyone to never ever make a mistake to go to this facility ever

Fantastic experience: This morning I got up and started looking for a Dentist that could help with my Toothache. well up popped up Dentist WA. It was a great place to be in loved the welcome that I received from a new receptionist that was trying to do her best around the system. I had marked to see Dr Sean Ferdinand and his assistant (which I forgot her name apologies) took X-rays and showed me what the issue was. and it was seamless and no pain. thank you again. Negative experience: Good dentist. Just never on time. Always at least 20 min late. If you take off work for an appointment, every minute matters.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in a while so was a bit nervous but Dr. Alex Park was great. So friendly, gentle and made me feel at ease. Dr Yeshani Chandraweera was also amazing with my kids. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was taken in as an emergency and Dr Yousr Kanbour went beyond expectations. She was friendly, obviously competent and extended the appointment in order to get the job done. I was really pleased by the service provided.

Fantastic experience: There is not one thing I can fault about this Dentist. I seen Dr Suanne Lam and everything was amazing. The ideas I had of a dentist experience prior to seeing her weren’t the best and after my visit today I have a much more positive perspective! Just everything down to manners, knowledge, efficiency, consideration and communication it was all 110%.

Fantastic experience: The best! Until I went here, I use to hate going to the dentist, for as long as I can remember… This place had amazing dentist’s and assistance and receptor staff… took care and their time and genuinely cared about my future oral hygiene and creating a plan going forward. it wasn’t rushed and they didn’t just jab away at my mouth… couldn’t rate it more! Expertise and amazing customer service, care and execution!

Fantastic experience: Great clinic! I've got an urgent tooth extraction done by Dr Tim Maxwell. Very good doctor,showed me xray, explained my situation and options, done extraction quickly and carefully. The clinic called me back next day made sure that I'm fine. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I wish I could give 0 star for the treatment provided to my young son. The dentist extracted one of my son’s good baby teeth that was not going to fall for another year without a x-ray, while removing a lose tooth. As a result he now needs to go through orthodontic treatment at such a young age of six. We are so disappointed and sad. We had written a complaint letter to them, but heard no replies. A warning to everyone that don't get any of your children's baby teeth removed before consulting with an orthodontist as it could cause potential issues with the growth of adult teeth.
