Fantastic experience: Dr Moore was really helpful and informative, I’ve had several root canals at a previous clinic and when he performed this root canal for me there was next to no pain, it was done within 1/2 an hour and he used minimal injections (by comparison) in order to sufficiently numb all sensation of the area. I will definitely be recommending him and returning for future treatments.

Fantastic experience: I was care by Dr Nupur Chamadian and assist by Mariana. They are absolutely professional. I was late for my appointment about 10 minutes but they help me with everything i need. I am in my early state of pregnantcy and very nervous about the procedure (extracting my wisdom tooth). They both made sure that i'm comfortable, held my hands and ensure the baby will be safe and unharm. This kind of feeling is what everyone should experience. Highly recomended. Thank you again to Dr Nupur and Mariana. You both made my day.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment at 1:05pm to be seen at 2:40pm. Arrived at my appointment with emergency pain of a broken tooth just to be sent away as the reception didn’t book my appt into the system after I booked it on Hotdoc. She then said that she gave the appointment away at 1:40pm to another client as she failed to set mine up correctly. I’m now in excruciating pain with no medical assistance. Even though there was timestamp proof that my appointment was set up first, my appointment was the once cancelled.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a regular at Werribee Dental Clinic for years, and the service is consistently exceptional. Recently, I had a surgical tooth removal with Dr. Nupur Chamadia, who had previously done a fantastic job removing another tooth for me. This time, the extraction was quite challenging due to the tooth being dense and stubborn. Despite her best efforts, Dr. Nupur and her assistant couldn’t complete the procedure initially and referred me to a specialist. With the holiday season approaching, finding an appointment was tough, but I managed to book one for two days later. However, Dr. Nupur was so committed to ensuring the best outcome for me that she called and asked me to return to the clinic for another attempt. Her dedication paid off—this time, she and her assistant removed the wisdom tooth with ease! The joy and relief she felt after completing the procedure were truly heartwarming. Dr. Nupur treats her patients with unparalleled care, persistence, and professionalism. Her and her assistant’s tireless efforts not only saved me a trip to the specialist but also spared me extra costs. I can’t recommend Werribee Dental Clinic enough, especially Dr. Nupur and her amazing team. If you’re in the area, this is the place to go for top-notch dental care!

I’ve had multiple appointments with her now and she’s made the experience so comforting and informative. She always checks in that I’m comfortable before proceeding and ensures I’m fully informed of what to expect with each visit, before, during and after. Visiting the dentist can be such an invasive and scary process, yet I always feel well taken care of during and after my visits.
