Fantastic experience: How my journey for life changing dental implants began. l was watching videos on YouTube and an add came up for a free webinar to watch with Coburg Hill Oral Care. And Dr Jannen Tan gives his free time to explain everything about dental implants, so l thought why not. The webinar was on the 18th February. And anyone that watched the webinar was offered a free appointment with Dr Jannen Tan for a consult and this included free xray scans, and the free appointment was only 3 days after the webinar how fast. l felt so embarressed about what teeth l had left but l felt comfortable talking to Dr Jennen Tan, he made me feel like l was not being judged in any way. l had bad teeth for years, too embarrassed to do anything about it. and a lot of people judge you how your teeth look. Because of Dr Jennen Tan l was so happy to start the process of dental implants. So l had my surgery booked for the 13th may so fast. before you go for surgery you have pathology tests done and an ECG to make sure everything is good to go. And they also book you in with Dr John Lau and experienced anesthesia to look after you in surgery, you also feel comfortable with his experience. Day of Surgery, meet with everyone, make you feel comfortable, it felt so fast, ready at 8am, and all bad teeth pulled out, and implants in placed in your gums and jaw bones, finished before lunch time, and then your good to go. They give you a prescription for antibiotics, steroids and pain medication. The pain is not as bad as you would think, the medication works good. The next day l had my temporary teeth put in by Dr Mathew Tan. Another Dr with no judgment. Before Dr Mathew Tan put my teeth in l had another appointment for scans, taking photos of my rotton teeth which l felt embarresed, imagine someone say give me you biggest smile with rotton teeth, l was the one saying how embarrassing, and Dr Mathew Tan would tell me lm being too harsh on myself. He made me that at ease with his non judgmental approach he made me laugh. Then you also get to choose what teeth you want for you new implants, they look amazing. l should have my permanent implants put in by August which is not that long. They are so real looking teeth they make them perfect. The temporary teeth l have in at the moment are not too bad. it's been a week since surgery, the swelling has gone down and the teeth are starting to settle. It's a bit of getting used to but wow what a massive difference already. Getting implants makes you feel so much better about yourself just do it. Also all of the staff at Coburg Hill Oral Care are so freindly, and they check in with you to see how your going. I wish l had done this sooner. Only 3 months and already have teeth, at least lm not embarrassed any more and can be confident best feeling ever.

Fantastic experience: Dr Liban is great, first saw him in 2019 to get implants and invisalign, and have been returning for checkups and cleans ever since! Always pleasant, the support staff are great, and the ceiling mounted TV is a great distraction during the procedures!

The staff are approachable & patient with questions or clarification I asked. Making and then changing a future appointment was hassle free. The dentist included my daughter (age 8) in the conversation regarding her procedure. The dentist and assistant showed empathy using kind words to help my daughter through some discomfort. This made the experience much easier for my daughter as she was terrified to attend her appointment due to the unknown. This is definitely our new dental clinic. I'm so pleased I called them when I did.

From start to finish, Dr. Bangalor made the procedure seamless and stress-free. Dr Emmanuel Sim took care of my wife when she needed emergency wisdom teeth extraction and got her straight in on the day for an emergency and extracted everything seamlessly in chair. We were so impressed, the whole family now goes to Coburg Hill oral care. Dr Sim recently conducted a tooth implant for me and the process was so quick & painless I am shocked at my recovery which is normally quite slow. I was back at work next day with not even the slightest discomfort. Top notch facilities & services. I feel absolutely safe attending Coburg Hill Oral care. Thought they're a little tucked away, what a great asset to the community. I actually live in Craigieburn now but I still come here just because I know the care & service is good. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Emmanuel has done my braces a few years ago and the whole process over a year and a half was always comfortable, reassuring and afterwards, for the first time in my life I was confident with my smile. Dr. Matt and Mary recently did my wisdom teeth removal and I am very happy! He throughly explained the process, answered all my questions and helped ease any worries I had. He's great at cracking jokes and you get a great pick of movies to watch throughout the procedure....
