No Gaps Dental Westfield Bondi Junction

Fantastic experience: I’ve had long experience with No Gaps Dental over the years with many teeth extracted successfully but unfortunately two extractions left fragments behind in my gums. I described this to Dr Thiago De Araujo who hadn’t performed these two extractions but understood my problem. After multiple needles and much manipulation, he successfully operated to put things right – no more pain or discomfort! In my opinion, Dr Thiago De Araujo is a great asset to No Gaps Dental, Bondi Junction. A true 5-star professional!

This morning I called to get my veneer repaired (it got chipped over the weekend) and the team here were able to schedule me in the afternoon same day. Dr Nat fixed my veneer in under 20 mins! Fantastic experience: I have visited this clinic on 3 separate occasions now over the last month to deal with some cavities/wisdom tooth pain and I have been extremely happy with the services provided. Every member of staff has been great - super welcoming and personable. Dr Thiago is very knowledgeable and well equipped. Fantastic experience: A lovely first visit with Dr. Nattapong Teswattana I visited Dr. Teswattana for the first time and was very nervous, as I usually have a fear of dentists. But I felt comfortable with him right away. He didn’t rush through the appointment, wasn’t nervous himself, and seemed very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions with confidence. I even managed to smile once or twice and relax a little — which for me, is a big deal. I also really appreciated the receptionist, who kindly fit me in without an appointment, and the dental assistant, who was warm and friendly throughout. Everyone showed genuine care — I didn’t feel like just another number. I will definitely take the next step and go ahead with a bigger treatment with Dr. Teswattana. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Dr Heena Malek is a artist in dentistry. I was hesitant about coming as no gaps does not have all the high profile marketing most practices in the eastern suburbs do. However I am 100% impressed with the work here. I have had a chipped front tooth for year and Dr Malek restored it to original and you can not notice it has been rebuilt. I required a few fillings that were attended to painlessly and professionally. Now to the savings all the work set me back out of pocked under $500. It would of been $1000,s else where. Give No Gaps a try you will no regret it.

He saved my tooth when I broke it and also helped my best friend when other dentists said she needed an implant. Her tooth was badly broken, but he placed a crown that has been perfect for years. All went well and was pleased to have Dr Nattapong and his assistant explaining the procedure and viewing the overhead pictures. Negative experience: My cleaning and check up was done in 10 minutes they didn‘t even bother to floss at the end however the dentist told me 5 times he will quote me for fillings and crown snd to book in. Very poor service and experience will definitely not come back. Don‘t recommend it.

Negative experience: We were told they are running 5-10mins late when asked upon arrival and told them I had to leave at 3 to pick up my other child from school, but after waiting for 20mins, I asked how much longer and we found the dentist scrolling her phone instead of being conscious of time and getting us through quickly. We won’t book with her again. We’ve had other dentists here that were a lot better with toddlers who work swiftly and more efficiently.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful and very satisfying dental experience here today. It started with Siriol, the front desk receptionist. She was professional and so approachable. I was very indecisive with my appointment date and also I’m not sure if I wanted to have a zoom whitening done. I must have called Siriol more than 3 times to reschedule. She was so patient with me each time and so genuinely willing to help. Dr Mahla Rastin was the dentist who cleaned and did some fillings for me. She was knowledgeable and so thorough with her checks. She explained in detail my dental condition and concerns. She was so easy to talk to. I hope to make her my regular dentist. In the past, this place have a very high turnover of staff, which is not ideal because I like to keep to the same good dentist, just like having the same Gp, the same hairdresser. But I believe this have improved and more branches are opened.

Fantastic experience: Chomped a hazelnut and broke a tooth. NoGaps got me in next day and Dr Teswattana and his really nice dental nurse attended to me. He suggested an x-ray ($55) and it revealed a hidden pocket of decay. Phew - if it had been left much longer it could have cost squillions to fix, plus all the hassles of exposed nerve etc. Thank you very much!
