At the time, I was actually looking for a dentist to get my teeth checked, and she went above and beyond to help me out. From the very beginning, she handled everything from booking the appointment to assisting with my health fund, which I wasn’t very familiar with. She even rescheduled the appointment to a time that suited me best. I visited Sutherland Dental and was seen by Dr. Magd. What an outstanding experience! Fantastic experience: My grandmother had a great experience at Sutherland Dental, with the exception of getting up and down the stairs. The staff were welcoming and accommodating for her mobility issues at 99 years old. The dentist and assistant's spoke clearly and in terms she could understand. I might even switch to them as it was an all-round positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I fully recommend coming here! I have gone to Dr Mostafa a few times now and he has always been very kind, and does an amazing job - I feel like I’m walking out with brand new teeth. I quite literally was traumatised by several rough and inconsiderate dentists I had in my childhood/adolescence that once I became an adult I didn’t go to the dentist for over 7 years, even when it became clear I had issues. Finally bit the bullet and booked with Dr Mostafa as he had great reviews, and now I am more than happy to add to those numbers! I no longer stress at the mere thought of going to the dentist, and the same can be for you! He and the rest of the staff are lovely and do an amazing job - my teeth are the healthiest they have ever been. (he got rid of 7 years of buildup, filled a difficult hole, and very kindly explained how I could better my brushing habits) Is going to the dentist a fun experience? Or course it still isn’t, but him and the staff do their upmost to make sure you are as comfortable as possible, and as a bonus they clean and fix up teeth really well haha. Book with Dr Mostafa today, and don’t forget to floss!

Fantastic experience: I originally went here because it was close to my office and covered by my health fund. I'm really happy with Dr Mostafa. He's friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and really good at his job. He gives me advice on the best way to care for my teeth and gums and encourages me to do certain things but doesn't give me a hard time if I can't live up to the gold standard. I was comfortable enough to bring my kids to him as well, and what do you know, he's great with kids too. The clinic is clean and modern and all the staff are really friendly and accommodating.

I was able to make an appointment the same day. The dentist is very encouraging and explains all the processes before each action. He puts me at ease. Highly recommend this service.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this dentist on my first visit :) the team are all very well presented and friendly, the whole place is spotless and very comfortable (including a very cushiony dentist chair!) Dr. Kennedy was kind, gentle and talked me through what was happening with my teeth, ways to fix/maintain what was happening at home and provided me with the next options if that didn’t work. Fantastic experience: Easy in and out, Asked for a cleaning and no other work was found, so away I went with a fresh clean mouth. Heaps of tarter needed removing had waited a few years before getting them cleaned, but next time in 6 months, as pain free as needed, They are very gentle in how they clean the teeth.

Fantastic experience: I’ve now been to see Dr Magd Mostafa twice in the last 12 months. The first time I went to his clinic to fix a chipped front tooth that another dentist filled but lasted one week. Dr Mostafa was confident in his work and managed to fix it up within minutes with no problem. Recently, I have been experiencing chronic pain from my wisdom teeth which happened to have damaged other teeth as well. An infection in the tooth had caused me excruciating pain at times to the point that I couldn’t talk, work or exercise. I went to visit Dr Mostafa and his friendly staff who suggested I take antibiotics over night to ease the pain, reduce the swelling and come back the next day for extraction. I must say I was nervous with what was to come, but I was assured by Dr Mostafa and his friendly staff that all would be okay. Walking in nervous, I was greeted with a huge smile and positive attitude by Zoe and Tami the receptionist/dental assistant who made me feel welcomed and at ease. All 4 teeth were extracted in twenty minutes with no pain at all - for a cheap and reasonable price. Overall, what was deemed to be a scary and daunting experience, quickly turned into a positive trip to the dentist. I could not recommend Dr Mostafa and his awesome team enough. Well done team!
