Fantastic experience: Writing this as the step son of Graham Wickens to set the scene. Arrived from NZ with the advice from my dentist to see on in Oz if I needed to. I did and at very short notice saw Arun at Gentle Dental. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, super capable as he pulled my tooth out no problems and what impressed me most was his manner in keeping me informed on what he was doing, what i could expect to feel as he worked (which was spot on) and his bedside manner as he worked. What could have been a stressful situation was handled brilliantly and I can't express my gratitude and admiration enough to properly recommend Gentle Dental to anyone who is looking for Dental care. First class!

Dr Neil at Gentle Dental Capalaba is an angel. I had some major work done today and with his support I made it through without crying (or throwing up - trust me, it’s happened before!). Make the appointment. You won’t regret it! Thank you Dr Neil and your lovely staff. Ps. I did hug him, I’m not sure he liked it, but it meant a lot to me ! Haha PPS. Hot tip - if you’re having dental work done be sure to pop on a nasal strip - for someone like me, with a deviated septum and the whole dental phobia thing, it makes the world of difference being able to breathe through your nose when your mouth is full of bibs and bobs.

Fantastic experience: Our first visit to the dentist for my 6year old and 3year old. We had a lovely experience! The staff are funny, kind and caring. Our dentist talked in kid friendly language and stepped them through everything, making things into a game, with a beautiful demeanour. My kids left asking to go back :)

Fantastic experience: Just be clear I do not like dentists m. However after reticently doing some research into local dentists (we have moved to a new suburb), and with the belief that I would require dental work I hesitantly booked an appointment with Dr Chris. The ease of booking was great and the follow up by the PM and admin team prior to the appointment was fabulous. On arrival I was greeted with warmth and the waiting area is excellent including a bench table and seating if you need to fill out any paperwork. Dr Chris was excellent. He was patient and took my mind off my mouth! There is a TV on the ceiling and music playing as a distraction in the consult room. The dental assistants were friendly and overall it was a great experience. I have rebooked for 6 months whereas I don’t usually rebook at all!

From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and at ease. The clinic has a calm and inviting atmosphere, with a rainbow kids corner, which was reassuring, especially for my daughter. The dentist we saw (Sharnee) was excellent!!, gentle, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything to us, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the visit. I really appreciated how patient and caring they all were, particularly with my little one. Fantastic experience: Just Wow!! For someone who has a dental and needle phobia and fear I recently had to have a two part dental procedure requiring a needle on both occasions. I honestly don’t know what Dr Chris did but I did not feel the needle on either visit. Dr Chris was absolutely amazing not just explaining everything that was going to happen but continually checked to make sure I was ok. I am not over my fear or phobia but honestly for anybody that is as terrified of going to the dentist there is Dr Chris. . Can not recommend Dr Chris enough. Fantastic experience: The best dental practice in Australia. I visited over 20-15 years ago, the fillings, root work and veneers that were needed lasted about that long, I have lost count of how much dental work and dentist I have gone thru to find them. I was travelling and living overseas and so I now have lots of work for them when I next visit as I am back in Brisbane now and it will be a 1-2 hour drive to see them each visit, I haven't googled for any of their other locations just yet however zi think I will stick to them in place of going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: great experience, ive always had issues with my dental health so going to the dentist is always daunting, but i expressed that in the call before my first appointment and the staff were very reassuring. also made the actual dentist experience very easy, staff are all very considerate, i had a clean by one of the assistants and i swear the smile never left her face. i also feel so much more confident in my self and smiling which has done numbers for my mental health. also really good pricing, im always expecting to spend an arm and a leg but i got a clean and a filling and it was under $200

I’ve always avoided the dentist as I had bad experiences in my schooling days, but I’m very happy to report that it was a wonderful experience at Redlands gentle dental care in Capalaba. Very professional staff everyone conducted themselves very well and were all very friendly. My dentist Dr. Hyu was wonderful for a nervous first time customer, she explained what she was doing, and made it clear that if I was uncomfortable, we could stop at any time which made me feel at ease. I was also comfortable enough to explain my concerns and fears with previous experiences and they catered very well to those and were very understanding of everything I feared. Highly recommend for people who have a fear of the dentist. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: I've been to the practice 3 times in the past year and each time I am greeted by friendly reception staff who make me feel welcome and at ease. I've brought my young children in on each occasion so they can become familiar with dental care. On the most recent occasion the youngest (1 year old) kept crying. Dr Rita and her assistant were wonderful in trying to reassure her that everything was okay. My daughter was crying loud enough for the reception staff to hear, and they came in with toys and balloons to try and distract her and cheer her up so that I could continue to receive care. They went above and beyond to make our dental visit a pleasant one and I left with two giggling girls holding balloons.
