Fantastic experience: First time visiting the dentist so naturally i was extremely nervous and anxious. However, Dr. Nhi (and her assistant) were fantastic, very knowledgeable and gentle which made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr Nhi today for pain I’ve been experiencing on my wisdom tooth - she was able to take out the tooth very quickly. Dr Nhi was very gentle, friendly and I did not experience any pain at all during the procedure. The staff Thao and Trang were very welcoming, professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Definitely recommending the clinic to all my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Called up to book an emergency appointment as I had a toothache and this clinic managed to fit me in on a Sunday. I had a really good experience with Dr Allen who made me feel at ease the minute I got called into the room. Definitely recommend this clinic as everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

Negative experience: Do not go here. Very unprofessional. I had an appointment with Dr Albert on the 16/07/2024, I presented with swelling on the outside of the cheeks located in the wisdom teeth area, tightened and stiffness in jaw. Troubles eating and talking. An X-ray was taken and it was clearly shown that all 4 wisdom teeth were severely impacted and the bottom 2 (where all my pain was) were pushing and growing directly into the teeth next to them. Dr Albert said my issue was my build of plaque on my teeth and the pressure may be something stuck in my gum for example food. He said I need a cleaning down which was $200 but it needed to be split into 2 sessions which would have costed more. I expressed my concerns and pointed out multiple times that wisdom teeth are over lapping and pushing into my other teeth on the X-ray and he kept saying my wisdom teeth are fine and once they push through the skin they MAY need to be removed but as for now the things I am feeling are not anything to do with my wisdom teeth. This didn’t sound correct to me, I went and got a second opinion from the wonderful Dr Ali at sunshine dental centre. My wisdom teeth will never push through due to them growing on such an intense angle, I need immediate surgery on all 4 wisdom teeth and that is what is causing me all the pain. I contacted Dr Albert and his clinic to discuss my concerns on why Dr Albert told me that my wisdom teeth are fine and not causing me my issues. I had a meeting with them today (19/07/2024). Dr Albert lied and denied everything he said, laughed on numerous occasions when I was trying to tell his manager my concerns and found the whole thing quite amusing and kept denying everything that was spoken about. I had a witness with me but nobody believed what I of the witness was saying and I was very shocked at how unprofessional everyone was especially Dr Albert and I did not understand how a dentist can just lie and go against everything he said. After back and forth I was finally offered a refund on my consultation fee. Do not waste your money and go here. Most horrible experience I have ever had with a company.

Fantastic experience: Honestly can’t rate this dentist high enough. Always very friendly, professional and know what they are doing. They give u continually updates of pricing as they work thru ur issues which is nice . I’ve always found the pricing to be very reasonable. Never walked out feeling ripped off or over charged like other places. Oh and they are super gentile so u barely feel anything.

Negative experience: It's a worst clinic,I ever came across. I was having gum issue I went to see this Dentist. She told me she can tell me the causes and treatment for swellon gum once she clean my teeth.She said charges will be $200. While cleaning my teeth she created a big gap between my front teeth and now the situation is I can't even eat banana.when ever I try to eat banana I will be in pain and bleeding. I can't bite any soft fruits either. I advise not to go to this inhumane Dentist, for money they can fall to any level. And all their reviews are paid.They should change their profession and go butcher shop. However, name of the butchery Dentist is Dr Vy Phan.

Fantastic experience: I have my teeth cleaned here and that was amazing. I was so scared of dentists before. I thought that it would be painful and bleeding a lot, so I was scared. However, dentist Albert was very gentle and took good care of me. His co-workers, Minh Ha and Julie, were dedicated and friendly. They talked me through the treatment and explained everything thoroughly. That made me feel better. Everyone here is so friendly and really care of their patients.

Negative experience: DO NOT go here unless you want to be discriminated !!They recently change management and it is bad. I got charge more money just because my private health insurance is not their preferable insurance. It never happen before. So greedy. Definitely not recommended!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Nhi has been providing dental care to my dad who has dementia. She is very gentle and patient with him. She is attentive to his needs, always checking in with him and making sure he is okay because he struggles to remain still in the chair for long periods of time and can often have difficulty following instructions due to his dementia. Thank you to Dr Nhi and her team for their quality care and service.

The team, epecially (but not only) Dr Nhi were so kind, gental, understanding and genuinely caring, which meant so much to me. Fantastic experience: So at the age of 38 I had my first ever dental issue. I managed to break off a huge chunk from one of my molars. I'll admit I was nervous being my first ever dentist visit, dreading both the physical discomfort to come and any judgement or lecturing for never seeing a dentist before. Not to mention the financial hit. Dr Nguyen was sensational on every level: he was extremely considerate of the situation I was in, and talked me through the options I had considering the damage to my tooth. I have no basis for comparison I admit but the process was extremely gentle and it was obvious he was taking great care to cause as minimal discomfort as possible and I ended up leaving his office far less anxious about the prospect of a future visit. The pain relief I have now (the day after my tooth being drilled out and filled in) is remarkable and I'd give him a kidney, but instead he only billed me a few hundred dollars. Absolutely 10/10 and I'll recommend this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this clinic since March ‘23 and the staff have been absolutely lovely and always accommodating to my schedule. Dr Nhi is so thorough and always ensures that i’m happy with the results after each appointment.

Negative experience: I wish my experience was better. I feel very anxious going to the dentist. I chose this clinic because my dentist is on maternity leave and this clinic had good reviews so I thought I will give it a try. On the day of my appointment, they were calling to move my appointment to an earlier time. I said i couldn't but they keep trying an earlier time. Dr Nhi wasn't friendly or gentle during my appointment. I felt more sore after my appointment. I find it very unprofessional to be lying on the dental chair while the dentist talked to her assistant in another dialect and laughing. Also, I felt embarrassed when she talked about what I need done at the reception where other people were waiting. Not happy about the service and I would not recommend nor come back.

Had to book in another appointment to get my filling polished and the clinic made sure to make some time for me to seen by Peter today. I appreciated how she was able to talk through what she was doing, why she was doing it and easy helpful hacks to maintain my oral hygiene into the future. I really valued her expertise and knowledge. She's terrific! This is seriously the first time that I genuinely actually enjoyed my experience at the dentist. Fantastic experience: I had visited this practice for my daughter, who needed to be referred to a paediatric dentist, but they have provided great follow up care. So, I naturally called them when I had a filling fall out. I was fortunate enough to see Dr. Alex on that day and he was absolutely amazing. I have avoided the dentist, but, he is clear and provides all options (not just the most expensive). He is also incredible in his practice, making you feel comfortable (even when you're not!). My daughter continues to see dentists here as well. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I've put off going to see a dentist for as long as I can, always hate going, but after finding this place, I'm even booking in for a teeth clean! Today I had to get a filling redone, I was stressing before going in, but from the moment I sat down, they made me feel comfortable, they asked questions, and gave updates as they were working away, letting me know what was going on, and ask plenty of times how I was feeling during it. 110% would recommend! I was on ZERO pain all the way through! Amazing!

Fantastic experience: I was in a bad pain, I called Sunshine Family Dental Clinic at 5 p.m. when they were ready to close. They waited for me, did the procedure that took almost two hrs, the young female dentist was so nice, and I'd say an expert, I'm pain-free sitting in bed and writing this review. I just can't thank her enough that she was absolutely wonderful. She also recommends other sources that might cost me a lot less money, but her gesture shows that they're all about caring, not about money. I'm recommending this clinic to everyone.

He has treated me a few times as well. His colleague, Dr. Isabel was gentle with applying fillings. The place is always clean, and mostly on-time with their appointments with minimal wait periods. I have always been extremely stressed going to the dentist in the past and especially having to have a wisdom tooth taken out as i did 2.5 hours ago. Had my teeth cleaning and wisdom teeth consultation by Dr. Alex Ho and assistant Mimi, both provided exceptional help and care. Alex really took his time to explain what is involved, the risks and knowledge regarding jaw and teeth treatment. Receptionist Hieu is very friendly and clear in explaining the services. Overall, 5 stars, at least.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Dr Carlos Yang and his awesome staff to anyone who is looking for an excellent dental care. I am extremely happy with his professional approach. He knows how to put a patient at ease, he took the time to explain every procedure he was doing.

Fantastic experience: About 9 months ago, my daughter had a serious accident. She broke her two front teeth (and lost about 1/3 off each tooth) and her teeth were on the verge of falling out. We rushed her to the nearest dentist, which was Sunshine Family Dental Clinic. It was quite late on a Thursday (with the next day being a public holiday). They were ready to close when we came in. The dentist had to spend about 2 hours working on her teeth, to save them. He put fillings on the teeth and attached braces to her teeth to stop them falling out. They did an amazing job and we will be forever grateful. Even after all that work, there was still a major risk that she would lose her teeth, but thankfully, they have been saved. Of course, most importantly was their whole attitude and manner, which helped my daughter get through the whole ordeal without being overly traumatised. They went above and beyond to help us.
