Fantastic experience: I've recently got some dental work done at Dental 99, Ms Zendith Pak is super professional you can clearly see how passionate she is about about helping others, she explains everything so well. During the treatment she asked multiple times if I felt pain throughout and she even stopped a couple of times to give my mouth a break, id highly recommend Dental 99, ive never had such good care at a dentist before i went to dental 99

Negative experience: I went for a dental clean & checkup today with Dr. Lovedeep Kaur who did my cleaning, she was very quick, did my clean in less than 10 minutes, did not show me the after clean photos or mirror, she did not even apply fluoride treatment which was part of the treatment. Her focus was completely on just talking. She was rushing and said I am good to go without completing my treatment. When I went outside and I looked in the mirror, I realised she has not done a proper cleaning, there were stains and tartar in the inner side of my teeth, when I went back and asked the staff to see Dr. Kaur, they asked me to wait 15 minutes. I waited and then, she came to talk to me, I respectfully asked to talk to her in private as I didn’t want to make her feel intimidated in front of other patients. I spoke to her about the issue and she was not very understanding of my concerns, quiet dismissive, she said that the stains are permanent, can’t be taken off, she then said that she forgot the fluoride treatment because she got busy talking, she even had the audacity to say that she usually finishes a dental clean within 5 minutes but she had to spend an extra 10 minutes on me, I am very disappointed as I have always had a clean every 6 months, all the dentists are usually quite thorough, they usually do a proper dental clean in about 30 minutes and have never complained about the time they had to spend on their patients. She then asked me to wait another 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting 30 minutes, she then came back and said she will ask another dentist to clean my teeth as I am not happy with her service, she said that she is quiet offended with my feedback as she has 14 years of experience. For me, this was completely horrible and disappointing to hear, I am quiet an experienced nurse in Australia and being health professionals, it is our responsibility to respect and treat our patients with dignity. As a dentist, being offended by patients’ constructive feedback is completely disappointing, I am doubtful if she has any knowledge about health practice standards in Australia.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean, modern space and the super easy self check-in system – no waiting in long queues or paperwork hassle. Dr. Lovedeep is an outstanding dentist – incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my treatment. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Amisha was equally amazing – kind, professional, and efficient. Together, they make a dream team! Negative experience: I made an appointment at 10 in the morning and I've been told that they need to reschedule my appointment to 10 30 and i was fine with it, after waiting for 20 more minutes I was told that they need to cancel my appointment for various reasons. I had to clear up my schedule to come for this and now I'm going back disappointed.
I’m really sorry for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced. We know your time is valuable, and having your appointment pushed back—and then cancelled—falls well short of the standard you should expect from us.
The short-notice cancellation happened because an unexpected clinical emergency tied up our dentist longer than planned. Emergencies do arise, but that doesn’t make the disruption to your day any less disappointing, and we should have communicated more clearly and much sooner.
Fantastic experience: I had an exceptionally pleasant experience with this dental cleaning. The $99 package included both a dental cleaning and X-rays, which I found to be great value. Although I was late for my original appointment, the front desk staff quickly and efficiently helped me reschedule. My dentist, Dr. Zendith, was absolutely amazing. She was very gentle and thorough—there was no bleeding at all during the entire procedure, which was a first for me. She took the time to explain areas I should pay attention to and cleaned my teeth with great care. I didn’t feel any discomfort throughout the process. This was by far the best dental cleaning experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Zendith!

Negative experience: First appointment rescheduled due to dentist being ill and they had no details of this 2nd appointment, my daughter waited approx 40 mins only 1 dentist here everything done by their app cleaned teeth for approx 20 mins price is what you get even claiming medicare need to do yourself I wouldn't come here again its very cheap compare to other places explains why….

Fantastic experience: I went to Dental99 after getting a quote from my regular dentist that hurt more than my toothache. Booking with Dental99 was very easy (the app is easy to follow and informative). I literally walked out with a smile on my face… Dr Kaur was very welcoming and talked me through what was being done. I am happy to go back for my prescribed procedures and I won’t have to mortgage my house to pay for it!!

Negative experience: I have very bad experience to have a treatment here with ”Dr, Kaur.“ ” She is the worst dentist I have met of all dentist in my life. I try to filling the teeth with one’s teeth filling before, but she try to sales that I have another teeth which is fine to have the second filling. And I feel my teeth after accept her treatment I feel more uncomfortable which never happened before with other dentist. I definitely in here has other good dentist Dr,Moha, but he is not here at moment, his skills is really good, can not compare with Dr, Kaur.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! Had 2 wisdom teeth pulled by Dr Charles a few weeks ago and it went very smoothly. I was nervous since this was my first time getting dental surgery and Dr Charles was very comforting and put me at ease. Very easy to book through the app and schedule a convenient date, sooo affordable and everything was explained by the doctor and also detailed on the app. 10/10 will be going back again for any dental work and regular cleaning.

Negative experience: I had to lose a whole day's pay to see a dentist for my aching tooth, arrived on time only to be told 45 minutes after my appointment that the dentist hasn't shown up and I got sent home. Quite a pain when you also have to pre pay your appointment. Then they wanted to give me credit, finally they agreed to a refund that take 5 business days to receive.
Negative experience: I understand life can get busy and thing come up but cancelling less then an hour before is not on and then to be told by phone that I can not get in this week is more annoying considering I was organised prior to this I’m fuming angry annoyed this is really put me off even coming

Negative experience: I underwent a scheduled first-stage root canal on January 10, 2024, and Dr. Mutha of Dental 99 could not foresee the level of discomfort I would experience. I was so uncomfortable that I nearly had the surgery stopped. She continued because she informed me that it had already begun. She also said that, in terms of her reaction, this was her first encounter with me as the client who endures excruciating pain. And I had heard her mention that she constantly forgetting things before her ongoing operation. Before these incidents, I had never experienced dental anxiety. I completed my stage 3 root canal a few days ago, and while there was no issue, I was still nervous that it would occur again. #Never again #negligence

Negative experience: My name is Jason Machivenyika and this a real review!!! Yes this happened almost 4-5 months ago or so but the only reason I'm bringing it up is because of the butcher that went 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre! with my tooth. I went in to get my wisdom tooth removed and they didn't even put me on anaesthetic or numb my gums enough. She was very slobby with the numbing agent it went everywhere and ended up numbing my lips. The tooth was meant to be pulled out but she said it needed a specialist because it was a complex case or whatever. She kept stopping to check her phone and was talking in her native language with her assistant. I just kept a calm demeanor and didn't say a thing I mean, who knows what she would have done if I had confronted her. Terrible experience, what a nightmare of an appointment. With all the dentists I have been to this woman needs to change career or take a vacation because she is going to mess up someone's mouth

Fantastic experience: Been going to Dental 99 in Monash for the last couple of years. I had two different dentist and both were brilliant. Very modern facilities and best service! Ms Pak for the last two time and she is just fantastic, friendly and professional! $99 for a check and clean, you won't get better for 10 times that price. Filling with no pain and I mean, no pain. not even the needle, as they use a numbing paste. Ah, and did I mention no waiting time!!
Negative experience: Unfortunately, nothing but problems! They rescheduled my appointment without my consent, and then they told me at 11.30am so I assumed it was for the same day bc they didn't mention a date change, went down there, and they were CLOSED!! Fortunately, they refunded me my money without hesitation but won't be going back, which is unfortunate because they were highly recommended.

Negative experience: Just because the name is 99, doesn’t mean they will charge you 99… They will tell you price is $99 but then end up charging you double triple the amount. Plus there is no reception where you can call and ask. If you go through the live chat then you get different prices. And when you actually attend the appointment after taking day off from work and all. Then they will say we don’t know who you spoke to trough live chat we don’t do this price and put blame on you for getting that price. Another thing once you book the appointment they will change the appointment without your knowledge and don’t even bother calling you and letting you know. When you do tell them but about your personal problem then that Dentist doctor will make fun of you that you are single parent and stuff. What a shame about their professionalism. Karma hits hard I hope she will know one day. I will leave it in god’s hands.

Positive experience: Price is competitive for dental cleaning. Easy booking. Smooth check in. The guy who handles aftercare, is very professional, and the dental app is pretty cool. You can access your X-rays with it and other images post-dental work. Minor feedback - I wasn’t fully satisfied with the wait time and the service itself. I nearly waited for 30mins despite having a fixed appointment schedule, and the dentist somehow chipped a portion of my molar filing.

Negative experience: Upon entering clinic smelt of strong curry. The dentist didn't know what she's doing most of the time and even had to keep asking her assistant for what to do and what the bonding at end was for. My filling is in extreme pain after few weeks still... I regret going here and would not even want to go back if they offered a free treatment. They were polite that's the only good.
Fantastic experience: I first heard of Dental 99 from a coworker, and thought I’d give them a try. I downloaded the app and booked a check-up. Easy!!. Dr Cormac Keating did my consultation. He was very thorough, and explained everything clearly. I needed a few fillings, a crown and two dental implants. Dr Keating did a great job on my fillings and crown. Dr Keating also re-attached the wire on my fixed retainer. Then it was time to do the dental implants. I was hesitant to get them done, however I am very pleased that I did. I made the right decision. Dr Zac Wilson was wonderful. It is apparent that he is very knowledgeable in his field (as is Dr Keating). My implants look better than I expected. Thank you, Dr Wilson. I am so glad I went to Dental 99. I didn’t find the drill or the bill, as painful as what I thought they’d be. If you’re like me and put off going to the dentist, try Dental 99, they’re fantastic.

Positive experience: Dr.Mutha is very nice. She explained all the details and did a very good job! The only things is.. they will ask you to come back at the next few hrs later after the actual appointment time. And all the basic services is $99 before but not for the filling anymore, extra $$ needed for any additional therapy.
Fantastic experience: The first time I went to the doctor, Dr. Zen, carefully explained the treatment process and method. The process did not feel pain. Dr. Zan can speak Chinese. If the English is not good, there is no need to worry. It is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Had my first filling here in Aus at Dental 99. Dr. Zendith was my dentist and I couldn't be even more happier with that decision. Her being direct to the point even was probably what made me feel more confident before starting because I could sense that I am in good hands. It was a smooth process that I was surely enjoying, and she even was asking me questions whether I was uncomfortable or not because if so, we could pause for a moment. I smiled for the first time seeing how it was done with great care and consideration, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Zen as a dentist because 10/10 is not enough to rate her. P.S. The assistant was also careful which made them (dentist/doctor) a great duo.

Negative experience: Never come here again. They didn’t refill the teeth. Have to wait 3 weeks coming back When I arrive. They ask me to wait because they have double booking. Can’t say anything. Just be aware this place.

Negative experience: 3 fillings later and within 6weeks one filling fell out. After a couple months the second filling fell out. One year later the last filling fell out. I won't be going back

Fantastic experience: My visit as a new patient was very pleasant! Mohammad took very good care of me for my clean & check up and the follow ups and advice was precise and clear. I felt very safe and not judged for my past decisions and the whole experience was very smooth (apart from me fiddling with my phone trying to scan the QR code to check in lol!). Negative experience: Honestly with this price, I have nothing to complaint but some suggestions to the new comers. I am happy with the first filling which remain perfect health condition at the moment. But with another two, I had to book 2 more following up service and even though those are free but my issue was still not fixed and I gave up for further involving as I've concerned to ruin whatever I have now. I honestly think the doctor was okay but the quality of equipment or materials are not guaranteed which is so reasonable with this price. But don't ever risk your teeth on whatsoever cheap service cause it is extremely painful and frustrating while it hurts every time chewing beautiful food.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY APPALLING - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Got the appointment dates wrong and went the next day. I understand being charged a small penalty fee for no show but to have them take $300 is disgusting.. FUNNY that when they call and change an appointment time they don’t give you a credit for being flexible.
Negative experience: My worst experience. The lady who took the X ray doesn’t know how to put the device in my month. She did not fully wrap the device with plastic cover, then put the device in my month. I don’t have much experience in dental service, so I didn’t realize this when she was doing it. When I went back home, the more I think about it, the more I worried. I might got other diseases because of that device. Then the dentist said my teeth were clean, but I have serious gum disease. So he said general cleaning was not needed, and I should come again for gum treatment. 99 AUD for a general check and x ray Few weeks later, I went to another dentist clinic and had my teeth cleaned and booked in gum treatment.

Negative experience: My sister got her wisdom tooth out today at this dentist. Her male doctor was extremely rude. She has an abscess and without her knowledge the dentist popped it (which is very dangerous). Before the appointment they had asked if she’d eaten, she replied with no. He then went into another room within ear shot and spoke to another person. “She didn’t eat, do you know CPR”. They both laughed. Overall a horrible experience. I do NOT recommend booking in with Dentist 99.

Fantastic experience: Took my dad for a filling and could not be happier :) booking was straight forward and the filling was done along with x-rays and my dad was extremely pleased with the result and had a great experience with the Dentist (Lovedeep) as well as the dental assistant. Would definitely recommend.
Negative experience: While the dental work experience was good and the process for getting an appt was smooth, I have been very frustrated that a referral I was told at the time of the appt would arrive by email that day has not been forthcoming despite many email requests. Clearly communication is a problem. Disappointing service considering how simple a request this is.
