Negative experience: You guys provide a channel so we can talk in Mandarin thru Wechat. I have chatted with one or multiple staff (which I really have no idea) for days and it always took hours for staff to respond to me and I still cannot get useful information to book for my families. So far I haven't got any confirmed information for my bookings and I found this is the worst service I have experienced and really low efficiency in the service. Won't recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I recommend these dentists as often as possible! Been going here for years after a couple of not great experiences where I was told I needed a root canal when I didn’t. Clear Dental is quick painless and they are honest. The quotes from my kids braces was lower than elsewhere and guess what? I still haven’t needed that root canal as they gave me a filling that has lasted six years!!

For many years, she paid great attention to my problem teeth and gum with patience and valuable recommendations. 3 months ago, I experiened a loose tooth before taking an overseas trip, the clinic and Dr Guo could arrange me for a priority visit with remedial action asap and offered advices. She managed to keep my tooth in place and save my worries on the trip. Dr Guo is genuine, friendly and professional with customer cares. I and my family are being looked after by her for a long time. I really recommend Dr Guo and her Clear Dental Clinic to any person who need a caring dental services without hestitation.

Negative experience: I used to think this is a good dental practice as they always try to save money for you. Until my daughter has to extracted eight teeth after regularly went to this dental for three years. The pediatric dentist said he can’t believe those teeth has been regular checked. Every time my daughter has a decayed tooth, Clear dental filling it, and it fall out, they filled it again. They never did a X-ray for my daughter to see if the decay already spread out. So in the end, all the neighbor teeth has been erosion from the root. I was shocked when pediatrician pointed everything and explained to me. I can’t understand how rush and unprofessional clear dental!!! Yes, They charge less than others, but they not worthy the title of a doctor

Fantastic experience: I would say so far this is the most responsible dentist centre I’ve ever been to. There are some dentists out there who are just unprofessional - who would refuse giving out bracelets just because you don’t want to lose four of your teeth for their profit, and who would break your healthy tooth by doing a tooth filling on the unhealthy one, where you have to go back numerous times to then get it fixed - this dentist centre is not one of those. You can definitely trust this place - the doctors are nice and professional and they recommend base on your needs not their profit. Definitely recommend for those who are looking to get bracelets or Invisalign.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Alvin Kwan who successfully, skillfully and efficiently completed my implants. Dr. Alvin Kwan provided me with a thorough treatment plan that was best suited for me and talked me through the treatment accompanied by digital images of how it would look. Dr. Alvin Kwan's clear explanations and care for a long term treatment brought me comfort and confidence to go ahead with the implants and I am very happy that I chose Dr. Alvin Kwan. I also highly recommend my Orthodontist Dr. Fiona Lo who has been sucessfully aligning my teeth with braces. As an adult with braces she has made the whole experience better than expected. She has been gentle, patient and I love her high standards as this shows in my straight teeth and smile. Her positive personality makes me look forward to my appointments. Overall, the entire team at Clear Dental at Chatswood and Berowra Heights have been fantastic. The receptionists have been very patient and accommodating. They follow up and are very responsive. The Clear Dental team work really well together and that's why I'm a very happy patient with a straight smile ☺️
