Fantastic experience: Great dentist!! Super affordable and everyone is so friendly. My husband and I see Dr Charlotte and she is amazing, very informative and accommodating. Our son saw Dr Rachel and she is so so good with kids. Highly recommend!!!

Negative experience: Fast expensive visit $500 for an X-ray and 15 min consultation with 1300smiles.. I never went back. Just had the same xray and more also a clean and polish with the problem molar removed for $650 finished with great attentive service with a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: I don't want to recommend this place in case Dr Charlotte is too busy to treat me lol My daughter and I both see Dr Charlotte, she's amazing!! We love seeing her. Very gentle and explains everything she's doing. Also, the girls at reception are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend seeing Dr Charlotte for all dental needs ! I started seeing her to start my Invisalign journey and I could not be happier with the progress. All the team at 1300smiles are so lovely and make the experience so easy! 10/10 quality and service

Fantastic experience: Andrew is incredible! He treats all of my family as we really enjoy his banter & kind nature . I have a daughter with special needs & he is so amazing with her. I am very scared of the dentist myself after some childhood trauma, and Andrew is very patient with me as a result, even though I can be quite painful . He was lovely during my visit yesterday when I wasn't my usual self, and he took the time to enquire about my wellbeing. He also went above & beyond with my billing, even though it wasn't to his own advantage. What a truly kind natured man he is. You made my day Andrew! Fantastic experience: I've seen both Dr. Charlotte and Dr. Andrew. They are amazing. I felt at ease. I'm anxious at the dentist and they both made me feel calm. They were do gentle and explained everything to me. And affordable. Highly recommend.

Firstly, I hate the dentist, but Dr Charlotte made me feel at ease, and secondly, I didn’t know they could make fillings look like actual teeth, I can’t even tell it’s a filling. Love it. Fantastic experience: The receptionist, Dr Charlotte and her assistant were fantastic. I very much dislike going to the dentist, and have a genuine fear. I attended for an emergency and Dr Charlotte made me feel very calm and at ease, whilst explaining everything as she went. She was very gentle and I didn't feel a thing as she worked. As the other reviews say about this practice, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars from me after having a filling replaced. Dr Faye and her assistant were both friendly and professional. First time ever I didn't feel the anesthesia needle and in fact no residual affects from the anesthetic post procedure. Ist of many visits for future dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Polite and curtious staff providing a good experience from the time you walk into the dental practice to walking out. The dentists provide an excellent service supported by good advice, an excellent knowledge base and explain all possible procedures before undertaking any treatment. Any treatment carried out is only undertaken after the patient has made an informed decision as to whether they want the treatment or not. In addition, I have found the costs to be competitive and fair for the excellent treatment received.

Positive experience: The manner of the staff was friendly and helpful. I did feel as though I was being rushed through and not enough care was taken to tidy the edges of the filling, especially on the tongue side. The tongue is getting used to it now. Unfortunately the tooth still remains sensitive just biting on a Rennies antacid tablet and such like.

Fantastic experience: Wow what a service …..beside myself in pain rang them first thing but they had no appointment took my number in case someone cancelled. Told me to keep ringing around. A few hours later I got a call back from smile to ask how I was and if I had managed to get in anywhere else. I hadn’t and the receptionist said the dentist will squeeze you in . I am terrified of the dentist and Nick was amazing put me at ease and was so gentle. Thankyou so much I have been in terrible pain for days . These guys rock ❤️

Fantastic experience: I would recommend 1300smiles Smithfield Qld for all your dental needs. From the minute I first visited the staff front of house are so friendly and helpful it was so refreshing. I had to have some serious work done. I'm not one for dentists, however I have had the great pleasure to meet the best dentist in Cairns Dr Andrew McCurdie. He is the most professional and helpful dentist I have ever meet. I'm sure if he was my first dentist as a kid I wouldn't had to have the work done today. Once again these guys are Awsome.
