We are sorry to hear that your experience at No Gaps Dental did not meet your expectations. Our dentist and team, are committed to provide the highest quality of care and understand dental treatment can be expensive, therefore with our No Gap policy we do not charge any gap on simple dental treatments. On the day of your appointment there were no out of pocket expenses, however a gap payment was applicable for the recommended major dental treatment, which you opted not to proceed with.

Negative experience: Extremely terrible customer service from that woman at the front desk reception. She was extremely rude on the phone telling me to pay her 75 dollars for missing an appointment. Is she going to pocket that 75 dollars for her lunch or dinner money? An absolute disgrace telling a customer to pay for any unnecessary fees. Here is a tip never tell any customers what to do. I went to All Smiles dental instead and their customers service was way better. No gap dental Liverpool just lost a customer because of this incapable and rude receptionist woman on the phone. What a shame indeed

Negative experience: I went to get an extraction by Dr farhan selim and got a serious infection and wasn't provided any antibiotics . I still have the infection now 4 months later and went to another dentist who advised that I still have bones inside the gum where he made the extraction. I will need to open the area again to remove the bones and get stitches. The worst dental service i have ever received in my life. I need a manager or someone to contact me as soon as possible

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! I have permanent wires behind my upper teeth from bracers and i was eating dinner and they snapped. Called up this dentist and they took me in straight away last minute and fixed my wire all within less than 1hr! Very appreciative they were considerate of my circumstance and were able to get me in. Highly recommend this dentist which such great efficient service, and very friendly staff and receptionist. Definitely coming back for future.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at No Gaps Dental in Liverpool. I saw Dr. Loren Phuong, who was incredibly thorough and took his time to ensure everything was done properly. He was super gentle, and I didn't even need numbing for my filling, I expended no pain or discomfort which I was really impressed by. He explained everything clearly and was proactive in addressing my dental concerns. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely return. Highly recommend!
