Fantastic experience: First time seeing a dentist in a very long time so I had a lot of anxiety walking into this. I was seen by Dr Nicole who was very informative and helpful with absolutely everything, she and her team made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure, even had my favourite tv show on! Best experience, excited to come back soon!

Fantastic experience: I get a bit anxious when having to go to the dentist but the admin staff and dentists here made me feel really comfortable. They were very nice and explained the procedure thoroughly. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Negative experience: I actually can’t say I would even give one star for this business ,It was my first time visiting i was in Thursday for myself got a call as I pulled into car park that the dentist was running behind so had to to wait a period of time to be seen, Then today I brought my two boys in for their first time and had to wait for half an hour from our booked time to be seen then they do two attempts at X-rays on my 5 year old to then say the X-ray machine isn’t working but we can still look at his teeth and do a clean,Considering the first thing your dentist said when we sat down was the most important is the X-rays,I declined and left with my two boys the whole point was to have X-rays as part of the check up? Waste of time and no real apology, Just a do I want to rebook um no I wouldn’t and I want my family removed from your system. Clearly need more staff and equipment!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dental surgery I’ve been too! Staff are so lovely and Dr Hee is brilliant! Would highly recommend him, he’s thorough and knowledgeable while explaining everything.

Negative experience: Won't be back. Poor customer service. Receptionist does not have a clue how to treat people. Just in it for the money. There are much better dentists out there don't waste your time or money booking here.

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice, fully covered by my health fund for all x-rays, scale and clean. Conveniently located at the Ripley shopping centre. My dentist, Dr Steven, was excellent and advised me of what he was doing through the entire process. I can thoroughly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Whitney was great. Everyone hates going to the dentist and believe me, it was not a fun experience, but she is great at what she does. Friendly but factual about the situation, and for a bad root canal, it wasn't that bad. Best part was she didn't shame me for getting to the point where I needed one, like so many other dentists before.

Despite my severe anxiety, the two dentists and their assistant were incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. They went above and beyond to put me at ease, making me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Their non-judgmental and compassionate approach made me feel seen and heard, especially when I expressed my embarrassment. Instead of making me feel self-conscious, they offered loving kindness and reassurance. This was, hands down, the best dental experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, especially those who struggle with anxiety like myself. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional care and kindness!"
