Fantastic experience: Dr Edith Canales has been supporting my dental journey. She is calm, gentle and very aware of non verbal body language signalling discomfort. Dr Canales takes her time and ensures I am comfortable. She has been thorough in every discussion about my current and upcoming treatments. Answering my questions has been no bother and I feel lucky given I had not been to the dentist for about 4 years and knew I was in for some extensive treatment.

Positive experience: My appointment was for Invisiline. The dentist I saw was lovely. She was prompt on time for the scheduled appointment (usually there's a wait before going into the appointment at other clinics) She explained the procedures and process thoroughly. I would go back to ESC for future dental works. Happy with the service and the clinic was very clean!!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dentist for quite a few years now. Whether I see my usual dentist or someone else for that day they have alway been kind, and helpful. I’ve never been made to feel embarrassed or chastised - which i have experienced at other practices. They are extremely skilled in explaining everything to you as they go along. They also exhibit great patience which is again a brilliant attribute to have in this industry. There is a toilet on site, it is always very clean. Receptionists and dentists alike have brilliant customer service skills. For anyone who is a bit more anxious regarding dental work this place would be great. They have what they call a “comfort” menu, it lists different appointment requests you can make yo optimise your experience as much as possible.

Negative experience: I was really surprised to find that the price for Invisalign here is astronomical compared to other local dental practices, which have great ratings too. I definitely recommend comparing quotes from a few places before making a decision—you could literally save thousands. The dentist I saw was really friendly, and the clinic was nice. However, I did get bombarded with texts asking me to confirm appointments that had already been cancelled.

I really love how they approach kids so they can become more comfortable during visit. I'll definitely back here again for doing my son's appointment. Fantastic experience: My mom and I have had such a great experience with Endeavour Hill Dental and Arnie, who scheduled all of our booking around other appointments with specialists Dr. Miro and Dr. Histesh for a rather complicated teeth issue including multiple root canal and denture reconstruction. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were so welcoming and professional, making my mom feel completely at ease. Dr. Histesh was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring mom felt comfortable throughout the appointment. He's created a few fillings for my two front teeth that have held up for four years now with minimal wear. This is not only great for my confidence but also vital to my profession as a musician!! Negative experience: I did a filling and they’ve hit my nerves and I still feel it. When I asked them to fix it they asked to pay $240 again. I’ll live with this pain for life but won’t pay again. A trainee dentist was practising on my tooth.
