Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone who feels nervous about being at the dentist. Every dentist I’ve been with has been incredibly professional and will make you feel safe and welcome. A special shout-out to Lauren who exudes a light-hearted and delightful attitude and does such an amazing job.

Fantastic experience: Lauren, my dental hygienist for today, turned what was supposed to be a dreaded visit to the dentist into the most enjoyable and comforting dental visit I've ever had. Lauren patiently answered all my questions with great enthusiasm and went above and beyond in both treatment and care. I can genuinely say that I am actually excited for my next visit to the dentist. Very impressed with the standard of care at this practice!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Bupa Dental since 2019, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the front desk staff to the dentists, the entire team is professional and caring. I’ve had a range of treatments, including Invisalign, cleanings, and fillers, and they’ve excelled in every area. Additionally, they went above and beyond when they treated my mom during a dental emergency while she was on holiday here. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fiona is fantastic! She has a wonderful personality and clearly cares about her patients. I was impressed by her attention to detail – she took photos and even an X-ray of my teeth, which my previous dentist never did. Dr. Fiona thoroughly explained everything, from the cleaning process to the overall health of my teeth. She addressed any concerns I had in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Her assistant Karen was lovely too. I highly recommend Dr. Fiona and will definitely be returning for future checkups.

Fantastic experience: This is now my third time going to see Dr Lucky and I highly highly recommend! I'm not a fan of the dentist but Dr Lucky and the team do such a good job in creating a comfortable environment, talking through each procedure and treatment. I've had checks, cleans, wisdom tooth removals etc done with Dr Lucky and she's so gentle and thorough. The practice is so lovely and super easy to get too. 10/10 would recommend

They even provided hot towels and a home care kit at the end. Karen the assistant was very experienced and caring as well. I look forward to my next check up!

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Dr Masilamani performing 2 fillings at one sitting. No pain and no issues. The whole practice and all staff are super professional. Back again for a 3rd filling and still very impressed with this Dental Practice. I now live 25km away but happy to keep coming to Nth Sydney Dental for their great dental work and patient care.

Fantastic experience: Omg! That was the fastest dentist appointment I've ever had! Had to find a dentist quickly for an appointment to get a wisdom tooth out as mine didn't have any time to do it. Did a google maps search and saw the 4.9 rating (never seen one so high and figured that was the best evidence I would be in good hands) Dr Chris Bate extracted it within 30sec. The numbing needle took longer haha Very happy with this dentist practice! All the staff are very friendly I felt in safe hands.

Fantastic experience: I had treatment for natural thinning and chipping of my front teeth. Dr Bates put a lot of thought and time into my treatment plan. What I liked was the fact that he gave me options. The workmanship and the results I’am “extremely” pleased with. Dr Chris has a wonderful caring, calm and reassuring manner. Great assessability, would drop everything to get you in if there was an issue. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Chris Bates from North Sydney Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: I came into North Sydney Dental Practice to deal with a chipped tooth, and worked with Dr Chris Bates who did his due diligence to suggest a a full mouth check up (and for me, it was well over due). Dr Chris was able to help me understand the health of my teeth, and educated me throughout the consultation to ensure that I was an informed customer who had what was needed to make wise choices. Chris made sure WE we calling the shots, and there’s nothing more important than that. Over the the course of 6 months we’ve repaired the damage done, and I’ve felt well cared for and looked after, not to mention more mindful of how to look after my pearly whites. North Sydney Dental Practice are a fantastic demonstration of a successful customer-centric practice whose value for your well-being is simple and authentic. A shout out to the crew at the front office who have never been anything short of delightful and accomodating. And a special shout out to Suki, the kindest, bubbly, most professional dentist’s assistant I’ve met. Fantastic experience: It’s so funny how going to the dentist used to be so daunting and intimidating, has now become a pleasurable experience. The lovely ladies at reception always greet you with a smile and are fun to talk to which immediately put you at ease. My dentist, Dr Lucky is hands down the best dentist I have ever used. Fantastic experience: Went to see Dr Chris Bate today for a first appointment. The whole experience was really easy and friendly - reminder text for my booking, warm greeting at reception, welcoming me to the practice. He was on time and the nurse Suki was lovely and proactive. They took the time to ensure I was at ease and had the opportunity to ask questions. He stepped me through what he was doing at each point and did a thorough clean. Receptionists were warm and chatty as I left too. Definitely recommend Chris and the team here.

Fantastic experience: North Sydney Dental Practice is by far the best in Sydney. As soon as I walked into this dental practice I felt welcomed by the lovely reception staff who are all very kind. Whilst here, I was very lucky to be under the care of Dr Chris Bates. I immediately felt a sense of relief and trust towards Dr Bates. Dr Bates is extremely professional, knowledgeable, talented and to top it off, is an exceptionally kind and friendly man. Fantastic experience: Dr Lucky (Dr Lakshmi) is the most amazing dentist I have ever been to. From someone who suffers from severe dental anxiety and has been to many different dentists over the years, Dr Lucky has helped me so much in overcoming my fear of the dentist. She is so patient and gentle in everything she does and is always so friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist. The dental nurses and receptionists here are also brilliant, they are always so pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with North Sydney dental practice. I was having excruciating pain with my tooth, and Dr. Lucky (Dr. Lakshmi) gave me an emergency treatment and followed with 2 sessions of root canal. She and the assistant were always friendly and very professional. Dr Lucky makes sure I understand the treatment and prognosis before the root canal. During the root canal (which everyone knows is not pleasant), they were so gentle and making sure I am comfortable. Now my tooth has been fixed , I can smile and enjoy my food again! Also a big thumb up to all the receptionist , they were so kind to book me in on the same day due to my toothache. Plus they have been very helpful on claiming the insurance for me. One of the staff even explained every item of the invoice to help me on it. Best dental practice I have ever experienced!

From my first visit with Dr Ellie, I knew she was dedicated to her patients and passionate about her work. My husband suffered from bad experiences with dentists in the past, which had left him very hesitant and embarrassed about returning to the dentist. When my husband suddenly required emergency dental care, I knew that Dr Ellie and North Sydney Dental Practice would handle it with care and understanding. This was the start of a wonderful doctor-patient relationship for my husband, and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! Fantastic experience: Been here for years and the experience is great. Clinic is located in the center of North Sydney and easy to get to, the team has been extremely friendly and flexible especially for rescheduling during the covid time. Dr Paul and Taylah has fixed a number of problems for my teeth and always been giving advice. The specialist hygienist Atefa has been taking care of my teeth/cleaning for years. If you are afraid of pain, book a session with Atefa as I’ve not found anyone better than her.

Fantastic experience: Over the last few years I have struggled to find a dentist that I trust and feel comfortable leading me to be inconsistent with my dental hygiene. However, once I found Dr Paul and Taylah my experience has changed dramatically. Dr Paul was non judgemental with my teeth and listened to my concerns. For my recent tooth extraction, the team went above and beyond to make it as stress free as possible and the work done by Dr Elle was the best I've ever experienced. Fantastic experience: I have had my fair share of dentists in my life (more than 10 from AU & UK) and North Sydney Dental Practice is by far one of the best experiences I've had from a dentist. Everyone from the front reception team through to the Doctors themselves are caring, considerate and very very good at what they do. I've had great experiences with Eleanor and Ruby & Lauren. They use great practices for dental work, making it very comfortable and as pleasant as dental work can be. As someone who has always been a bit anxious at the dentist, I can say wholeheartedly that I don't feel that anxiety coming here.

Fantastic experience: I found this place while looking for a dentist for wisdom teeth removal. I chose it because of its high rating. Everyone has been very kind and helpful from the receptionists to Dr. Paul and his assistant. It was the first time in my life I have ever had some dental procedures so I was very anxious about it. Dr. Paul definitely did an awesome job, my teeth cleaning and wisdom teeth removal went pretty well, no pain at all during and even after the procedures. Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff that are just lovely to speak to. Friendly and will always be willing to make you feel comfortable. How can I say that you will be comfortable? Well... I fell half asleep (somewhat in and out) whilst the dentist worked on my teeth, if that isn't comfortable, I don't know what is. Fantastic experience: North Sydney Dental Practice have very kind, knowledgeable and friendly staff and the space itself is very welcoming; not something you normally associate with a dental practice! I had a round of Invisalign to correct a functional issue with a deep bite and also had a chip fixed in my front tooth, and all the team were very informative at all stages - especially Amanda, Lauren, Paul, and Luke on the Dental Monitoring app. I appreciated the little tips to make the alignment process much more comfortable and I couldn't be happier with the end results!

Fantastic experience: I decided to try North Sydney Dental after reading the great reviews. I wanted to get some major dental work done. I live in the East and a tried a few local dentists, one new one and one I had been to in the past. Neither listened to me or seemed willing to have more than a very brief conversation with me. I'm so glad I decided to give North Sydney Dental a go (even if it meant travelling over the bridge). It has been worth it. I think the prices are about the same as I would have paid in the East but the service and workmanship was outstanding. I can not recommend Dr Ben Hargreave highly enough. He and his staff were absolutely wonderful every step of the way. Ben discussed in depth with me all of the possible options for my teeth and was sooo flexible when I changed my mind a few times. He is so gentle, considerate and caring when he is working on your teeth that I actually fell asleep while getting some pretty tough work done. I had the last bit of work completed about a month ago and I couldn't be happier. My smile has been transformed. Ben did a truly superb job. I will be recommending him to anyone who needs a dentist.

Fantastic experience: 10 Sep 2021: I highly recommend North Sydney Dental Practice. The receptionists to the professionals (especially Dr Eleanor Bowden) are so warm, friendly and professional. I have only been to 2 appointments with this dental practice as I am relatively new however, I highly recommend them. Dr Bowden is so professional and kind and really makes you feel cared for. She really helped me get rid of my nerves of seeing a Dentist. I was dreading the thought of booking a dentist appointment because it had been so many years. Once I saw Dr Bowden, she really helped me overcome my nerves and help me get on track to getting treatment and better care for my teeth. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! Who would have thought!?

I came across North Sydney Dental Practice, and I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I called to book. Since then, I have been seeing Dr Paul Shalhoub. Dr Paul is patient, understanding, kind and most importantly, gentle and seeing him has been the best dental experience I've had. To put my mind at ease, I was offered various options to overcome my anxiety and each time and got to pick a movie to watch while he worked. Following my appointments, there has been follow up calls to see how I was feeling which I think is amazing customer service. I couldn't recommend Dr Paul Shalhoub more, especially if you have dental anxiety.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Paul this afternoon at North Sydney Dental Practice, it was a wonderful consultation and treatment. The doctor and nurse are very professional and patient, answered all my concerns. The whole consultation and treatment was almost 2 hours, but same charge. The point is, it’s painless! I’ll definitely recommend it, and already booked the next one 6 months later.

Fantastic experience: North Sydney Dental Practice is the BEST. Dr. Eleanor Bowden is AWESOME. I am always scared to visit dentists due to past traumatic experiences but Dr. Eleanor has made my dental journey a LOT more easier. She takes utmost care and is flawless at what she does. I had 2 wisdom teeth extractions, it was so quick with pretty much no pain and healed in a couple days. I also had multiple fillings done in my teeth and all went well and smooth. I must say this is the BEST dental experience of my life.

Having to go to a dentist for filling, I researched google various dentists I found this wonderful dentist. I haven't been to a dentist for nearly 10 years, and I was a little nervous. First of all, the people at the reception were warm. My dentist and his assistant are very friendly, and his is professionalism dispelled my anxiety before treatment. Thank you, Dr Paul! Fantastic experience: Highly professional and relaxing experience. From the moment you walk in the door you feel a sense of warmth and welcoming oozing out of this dental practice. Once in the seat the experience is one of careful consultation where everyone gives you a genuine feeling of care. At no point are you ever rushed, every decision you make will be based on extensively explained detail and in many cases photographs / x-rays. The dentists and their team really do educate me and provide me a sense of empowerment. I've used this dentist for over 10 years after moving to Australia from the UK. I’ve had a range of work done in that time including a tooth implant and have never experienced any pain whilst at the surgery. I'm a bit of a wuss and afraid of needles. Somehow, they manage to administer injections without me feeling them, AMAZING! The quality of their dental work is outstanding. I trust these people 100% and recommend them to anybody seeking a quality dentist.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dental practice I've ever been to which is why I've stayed a patient through both home and job moves that took me away from North Sydney. Not only am I always made to feel welcome in the practice, but knowing that Atefa and Ben both take an active role in my oral health gives me a lot of confidence in all their recommendations.

Fantastic experience: Dr Paul Shalhoub and his dental nurse Taylah provide 5 star highly professional dental treatment at all times. Dr Shalhoub takes the time to explain all to his patient and offers alternatives when they might apply. As Dr Shalhoub's patient, I have experienced his accomplished dental expertise in treatment. The surgery is fitted with the latest in dental equipment, including TV screens above dental chairs. Reception staff also ring the patient the next business day to follow up. As a patient, I feel welcomed and valued.

Fantastic experience: After avoiding having my wisdom teeth removed for some time, I finally bit the bullet and went to Dr Eleanor and Ruby. The entire process was smooth and well communicated in advance, both were very customer focused and ensured I felt comfortable at all times. Also not to forget are the receptionists who so friendly welcome you upon arrival and smile at you when you are all done (even when your mouth is too numb to smile back...). Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I really get nervous at dentists!! But having to start anew as Dr. Tanya has left made me even more so- I was dreading it. However Dr. Paul was brilliant, professional, understanding and I really felt he listened, gave me the best and least expensive solutions to my many teeth challenges. Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars I would! Hands down the best dental practice I have been to. I was in a lot of pain, the ladies at reception were extremely sympathetic and didn’t make me feel silly at all. Dr Paul actually saw me over his lunch break given the pain (I wasn’t even an existing patient!) Dr Paul really took the time to explain what my options were and what was going on with my tooth. Wisdom tooth extraction was the answer and he managed to inject the site and remove the tooth with zero pain! I couldn’t be more thankful to both Dr Paul and Lisa who called me the following day just to see how I was. Couldn’t recommend this practice enough!

Fantastic experience: Been avoiding the dentist for years but am so glad I chose North Sydney Dental Practice. The reception staff are friendly and happy, sending you reminders and looking after patients. I have had two appointments with Dr Bowden where she has been amazing! Dr Bowden has been the most professional and caring dentist I have been to, making sure I wasn’t in pain and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My invisalign treatment lasted around 16 months and through all this time the practice was amazing. It felt like i was the only case the practice had at the time, which is obviously not the case, but the team are informative, supportive and friendly. I wouldnt hesitate anyone using the team here for their Invisalign journey. My advice is call them today and dont look back!!

I have been going to North Sydney Dental Practice for 8 years now, and it’s honestly an enjoyable experience. It’s the least amount of pain I’ve suffered at a dentist. The staff is incredible welcoming and friendly. They genuinely understand that no one wants to go to the dentist, so they go above and beyond to make the experience as painless as possible in many ways. I’ll be going here as long as I live. Fantastic experience: Cigdem and the staff at Nth Sydney dental are truly passionate about helping you achieve the results you desire. They take the time to understand your needs, provided a realistic plan for the treatment and were very accommodating along the way when any adjustments or refinements were required. The treatment involved a minor operation (due to receding gums) in preparation for Invisalign, and then the Invisalign Plan where I wore attachments, retainers and elastics and had a couple of refinements for corrections along the way. The team guided me through it all and made something which could have been a big deal and stressful into something which was easy, achievable and very rewarding. The end product is the smile that I’ve always wanted! Thank you Cigdem and team and Nth Sydney Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have been twice now to the dentral practise in north Sydney and I couldn't recommended it enough. When you first arrive you are greated by the 3 girls at reception and they honestly could not be any nicer and they know who you are before you even walk in the door. They get you watever you need and make you feel at home. My dentist is Dr Eleanor Bowden and shes that good I followed her from her old pracise down in Cronulla where she used to work. English girl from liverpool(proper scouser) and one of the nicest people who will ever meet. Brilliant dentist, reassures me all the time when im there and if you have any questions shes more than happy to answer. Its a great practise I couldn't recommended enough.

Dr. Eleanor Bowden and Ruby made pulling out a wisdom tooth, having two fillings done and four periodontal procedures seem very comfortable and stress free. The both of them were very professional and would not stand for anything other than perfection. They put my comfort as priority which I am grateful for. Fantastic experience: The staff at NSDP are the most kind, thoughtful and professional of any dental staff you will ever meet. They greet you when you walk through the door, they offer you refreshments and even let you choose a movie to watch during your procedure. The dentists , especially Dr Cigdem Kipel, are so incredibly talented. Dr Kipel always explains the procedure in full, making sure you understand everything that's about to take place before it actually happens. She will only move forward when you feel ready and comfortable. The hygienists are kind and witty and somehow, someway convince you to floss even if you have some weird phobia against it. ;) All in all, I cannot recommend this practice enough.
