He was very patient and understanding about my fear. On each visit Dr Nabil Ishak and his whole team have made me feel very comfortable. I had a very traumatic experience as a child and it took a long time to find a great dentist and I did, thank you so much for making me comfortable, explaining everything as you go along and always offers the best solution. Fantastic experience: Dr. Nabil Ishak is by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate dentist I’ve ever met. I came to him after experiencing serious complications from a previous dental clinic — including infected roots left in my mouth, unhealed sinus-gum issues, and a foreign object that had been left during surgery. From the very first appointment, Dr. Ishak was calm, thorough, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to listen to everything I had been through and immediately created a clear, realistic plan to address the damage. He removed the infected roots with great care, explained everything in a way I could fully understand, and never made me feel rushed — even staying late to make sure the job was done properly. You can tell he genuinely puts his patients first. His work is not only efficient and precise but also very gentle — something that really matters when you've had traumatic dental experiences in the past. If you're looking for a dentist who truly knows what they're doing and cares deeply about your well-being, I can’t recommend Dr. Nabil Ishak enough. I finally feel like I'm on the right path toward healing, thanks to him.

Fantastic experience: Mathew is a magician!!!! He did more than I could have hoped for and done on the same day. First time at this clinic too. Himself, along with his assistant, as well as the receptionist Tracey were so attentive. They eased my life long fear of dentists and I couldn’t recommend their team more. Negative experience: If you want to save money go to another dentist. Thought I’d giver here a go since I’m new to the area and my regular dentist is out of the way. After waiting 30 minutes I finally seen. I got charged $190 just to put a little piece of glue back onto my retainer which I usually pay $50 and that took no longer than 10 minutes. It felt like the dentist was rushing and the experience wasn’t good. Then straight after leaving I found a broken piece of my metal retainer that I’ve paid a lot for in my mouth that somehow the dentist has broken off.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Nabil and needed two very large fillings. Felt no pain and Dr Nabil was always checking during the fillings to make sure i was ok and to prepare me for pressure/vibrations ect. Would recommend anyone, even those with anxiety about dentists, to see Dr Nabil as he was very reassuring and was very skilled!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the Melton Dental Group enough. From Courtney and the admin staff to Dr Richard Bui. My severe phobia of the dentist has me avoiding the dentist at all costs. I can now say I’m nearly there. My teeth are all up to date and just waiting on a plate to complete the procedure. I was always envious of people who would attend the dentist twice a year for checks. Thank you so much to all of you, I cannot thank you all enough. Dr Richard’s hand is so gentle and made me feel completely at ease. Even providing headphones to block out the noise. I was embarrassed but was not made to feel it but rather fully understood and empathised with my fear. Thank you so much. So nice not to live with pain when it can be avoided.

Fantastic experience: I have an All on Four implants with Melton Dental Group and it was a very smooth journey and a vey a good experience. Dr Nabil is an excellent dentist who really cares about his patients

Negative experience: Almost $4K for "preventative" treatment & 6 weeks of agonizing pain & the treatment is still not finished. If I could get a refund & go somewhere else, I would!! After an examination we decided on a dental plan to replace silver fillings & a couple of crowns. As I have a fear of dentists I asked about 1 section at a time & the dentist advised my upper left should be 1st as I only have 3 double teeth (most rear double was removed yrs ago). I had no pain; this plan was about prevention- the plan was replace the filling on middle of the 3 & 2 crowns (1 either side of the filling replacement). Following crown preparation I was in agony- since then with the rear tooth I have had the temp crown touched up, the tempt crown removed & the perm crown placed- the perm didn't even cover my whole tooth! The perm crown has now been removed & another temp crown placed- this time the material they use is seriously almost to the top of my gum on the outer side. After all that I am still in pain.... The new perm crown is due to replace the temp next week & to be honest I am really scared...this feels like it is never going to end & I am concerned about possible damage to my gums when he removes the part attached to the gum rather than the tooth. I already had a fear on dentists & this experience has just made that worse. I have taken more pain killers in the last 6 weeks than I have in the last 10 yrs! I cannot believe I have gone from zero tooth pain to this all because I wanted silver fillings replaced! This has been & is honestly my worst ever dental experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency, they told me I could come in, sit and wait to be seen (just like Melton Health Hub, dentist does). I got there about 20 minutes before they went on lunch, not even 10 minutes later and I’m called in with the dentist. Turned out I had to have a tooth removed and they were so thorough and gentle. Amazing receptionists, friendly and helpful and the dental staff are also amazing.

Negative experience: Quoted me over phone, came in and dealt with Richard he gave me an xray without telling me it was going to be more. Went to pay and price had doubled Best you tell people that it's going to cost more before casually asking to do xray, dishonest and sneaky. Bad practice!

Fantastic experience: I can not rate this place high enough. My first appointment, I was getting my teeth whitened. Which isn’t a pleasant experienced. You sit through four stages in one session. I was really struggling. And Richard the Dentist could see that l wasn't coping. He was so lovely he went and got his own headset and goes what kind of music do you like? He brought his headset back and put on Ed Sheeran for me to calm me down. It worked a treat. I got though it. But what a lovely thing to do for me. It made all the difference in getting me though the two. Such a kind and caring Denist

Positive experience: I have been with them for over a year by recommend from Smile also because they are close by, but not going back there again. I think their dentist is not that good. I have a broken filling (5+yo) and come for a refill. In the first time I already comment that the filling is too high and he told me “because you have numb so that’s how you feel” then they talking about whether they would be able to finish their day early, after 2 days, my jawline is painful because all force when to that teeth only and force to the surrounding. I have to come back 2nd time to fine it. This time, the dentist fine the filling without water, smell like a construction site inside my mouth. He isn’t patient at all. At a point he decided to just fine plenty, yes, I don’t feel it’s too high anymore. I went home and noticed the tooth is hurt everytime I eat something. Turn out, he over fined it and also fined my original part of the teeth too, make it so sensitive. I’m now booking with another dentist try to get it fix properly. Recommend? No, absolutely not. Please do not come here. Btw, my dental is Mathew. If you have only 1 choice, maybe just avoid him. My last dentist here was a woman, cannot remember her name but I don’t really have a bad experience with her here. So 3 stars to be fair to other dentists practice here.

All the staff members including lovely receptionists have been very nice and kind. I hghly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to MDG for years and as someone who has severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist all the staff are fantastic especially Dr Richard who has eased my anxiety about the dentist and I can now attend as needed and don't hesitate to book an appointment.

Negative experience: Two of the three fillings that the "master dentist principal" Nabil Ishak did have already fallen out after 3 months. Also, it is very important to ask what his "anaesthesia" injection consists of this days. Do your own research - stay safe. Stay away from such "doctors" and good luck!

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Melton Dental Group for years! Cannot fault them! Although today my love for them grew even more when my 5yo had to have a tooth extraction. This Mamma was beyond nervous, although Dr Nabil was AMAZING with him, and my son was an absolute champ! Cannot praise their work enough

Negative experience: I read all the positive comments about MDG, I literally cancelled my appointment with other clinic and booked an urgent appointment with MDG. I had my wisdom tooth extraction, unfortunately I wasn’t lucky enough to have good experience, during the procedure, root fractured and a part of it is left inside which I need to get it surgically removed this Friday, which is so expensive when I’m already struggling financially. I can’t understand if this was a normal thing to happen or it was a doctor’s mistake. Still I can’t ignore the reception staff who was genuinely nice and checked on me next day.

Fantastic experience: I have struggled for many years to find a dentist that is compassionate, non-judgmental whilst still resolving my dental issues effectively. I recently had an appointment with Dr Richard Bui and found him to be everything I was looking for in a Dentist. He was compassionate, he explained everything he was doing, he made sure to answer any questions I had, but I found he actually really listened to me. I’d told him that I had previously put up with pain past procedures and therefore they weren’t the best experiences. He continually checked on my pain and even paid attention to the way I was reacting to determine whether I was in pain or not. He also contacted me the day after my root canal to see how I was going. Prior to seeing him I saw a dentist outside of Melton and they left me in significant pain without an immediate plan to fix the problem and whilst that was a bad experience it led me to making an emergency appointment with Dr Bui who helped with the pain that day. So whilst I initially had the bad experience at another clinic, I ended up in the more than capable hands of Dr Bui and I’m grateful for that. He has eased the severe anxiety I used to have when going to the dentist and I really can’t recommend him enough. I should add, that all the other staff I’ve dealt with have been equally fantastic as well from Reception to the Nurses/Assistants.

There isn't enough stars on this page because I would definitely give more than 5! My dentist Richard Bui was phenomenal and gave me back my confidence creating an amazing smile. He and his assistants reassured and supported me throughout my whole process! Then there are the amazing receptionists who provide a wonderful environment when you walk In making you feel at ease. Always cheerful and caring. The follow up calls/messages are a testament to a group who actually do care about their clients! Thanks isn't enough for everything they have done for me.Richard and his team are legendary!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Nabil, set me up with a new set of all in 4s. The dentist and the team were friendly and very helpful. They made sure I knew what step we were doing and what was next. I felt very comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.

Fantastic experience: After multiple visits at numerous dentist. We got to the issue after ten minutes at Melton Dental Group and was back the next business day and out of pain. The quickest molar extraction, I've experienced in a comfortable environment. This place is well and truely helping me over come my fear of the dentist. Fantastic experience: Have be seeing Dr Ishak for over 20 years and I highly recommend him. Always friendly and provides excellent service, along with his nurse Sally, and have had Helen before who is also lovely. Reception staff always very friendly and helpful as well.

From the warm and friendly welcome by Kate at the reception to the wonderful service by Dr Mathew Elti who had the patience to take the time to explain to me in detail what we were doing and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease!!
