Angela Cornelius, is a brilliant Oral Health Practitioner who again, takes the time to listen, educate and genuinely cares about your dental hygiene. Fantastic experience: Thorough

Negative experience: I have been a loyal patient and strong advocate of Dentist and Co. for many years. However, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent decline in the quality of service and attention I have experienced during my visits. In my last two appointments, I waited for over 20 minutes past my scheduled time before being attended to. During my most recent visit, I waited 15 minutes to see the doctor, only to then be left in the room for an additional 30 minutes without anyone attending to me for the cleaning. I eventually had to walk to the reception to report the situation. It is extremely frustrating to have this occur, especially after scheduling my appointment six months in advance and rearranging my work commitments to accommodate it. The lack of prompt attention and communication from your team has been disappointing, to say the least, and does not align with the level of care I have come to expect from Dentist and Co.

Fantastic experience: Veery friendly and comfortable experience. The staff and doctor are more than welcoming. Highly recommend comming here. I travelled all the way from moranbah far north Queensland just to see this specific dental surgery and was not disappointed

Negative experience: First appointment was cray and deciding whether I were a filling could not be refilled due needing a root canal. Due to costs I said I’d need time to consider as I did not want an extraction and needed to consider costs. Following that visit I had 2 conversations one in regards to rescheduling, the 2nd one was a reception call asking if I could move my time forward to an earlier time. I work part time and it was not possible as I work in the community with aged care in the next from morning. Later that day I was shocked to hear my appointment would be cancelled as my voucher had expired. Which I second guess accuracy. Had I known when setting up reschedule I would have considered the expiry (voucher was held with surgery so I assumed a later date) I would have made an earlier appointment or kept original time-slot.) I since feel I would trust the ethics and not wish to revisit or have any work completed on my teeth with this surgery. I believe the voucher to be still valid.

Fantastic experience: I got a crown done in less than 2 hours today. Dr Saade is the most trustworthy, skilled and professional dentist. I highly recommend visiting Dentist & Co to anyone looking for the best and most honest dental care.

Dr Saade saw me the next day, quickly tightened the loose screw for me and even waved the consult fee as I had assumed there would be no fee since the implant is covered by a guarantee (which in fact only covers breakage). So I’m very happy with Dr Saade’s level of service and care.

Angela is so caring and reassured my 3 yo girl who had her first dentist experience and was not sure about what to expect! Angela took her time to explain every step of the process, made her feel comfortable and distracted her with some cool glasses that she could wear. Both kids went home ecstatic and talking about Angela! If you have sensitive kids or wondering who to see for the first dentist appointment - look no further. Negative experience: *Update Nov 2023 - Wow, how much has changed. I loved my original dentist and oral health therapist for the first few years at this practice. However, now they're both gone and my last check up and clean was frankly a horrible experience. It was clear the dentist and oral health therapist had not read my file. It was clear neither of them were particularly interested in me or my history. The dentist was totally unaware of my trauma history and grabbed me by the face and neck and just got stuck in, which caused me to begin dissociating. They then had the audacity to suggest I hadn't been coming in for regular cleans and said I now required half a dozen fillings, even though I've been going to Dentist and Co every 6 months like clockwork for years and have never been told of issues with my teeth. When I challenged this I got told it was a different dentist now so they cannot say why I was never advised of these issues previously. I also have minor marks on my teeth that I've had since I was a baby and the dentist very condescendingly asked me if my teeth "bother me" and suggested I'd feel better about myself if I allowed them to "fix it". I left absolutely traumatised and devastated. Completely unprofessional and such a horrible way to treat your customers. I've found another dentist now who won't treat me so poorly.* I attended this practice as a first time patient today wanting a more personal and professional approach to dental care, and I wasn't disappointed! The team were so friendly and helpful, super professional but personable at the same time, and as I lay back and watched Judge Judy during my cleaning I thought "now this is what dental care should be!" Perverse though it may sound, I look forward to my six monthly check and clean next May, which I've already booked in. Thanks so much Dentist & Co!

Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience with my preliminary consultation today. There were initial X-rays taken which allowed me to understand what was happening and what the options were. These were well explained and I was offered a range of options, I felt no pressure to commit to anything I didn’t feel comfortable with. I have a plan in place now and a path to better dental health. Fantastic experience: My experience at dentist and co was fabulous, they made me feel at ease from the minute you walk in the door. Very thorough and explained everything that they were doing or needed to do. There was no hidden costs and went through plans with you. I would highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Dentists seem well qualified. Prices are hefty (perhaps based on postcode) and the clinic feels very sales focused (regularly getting called to book in dental work). I saved a couple thousand by getting my dental work done at my previous dentist in another postcode. Update to review since Owner's inaccurate reply: - Dentist & Co dentists did in fact quote thousands to attend to an old filling, some side fillings, a split for night grinding, and tooth whitening - I paid thousands to my old dentist (of over 5 years) and still saved over $2k from Dentist & Co. They are not a budget dentist, rather a dentist with integrity and better value for money. - I asked staff numerous times to stop contacting me (but they didn't, receiving more calls just 2 days ago) - Have lodged a complaint to HCPA.

I was very nervous today as I'd left it a while to go in, but Rheaan was amazing. She was so calm and kind and did a fantastic job of cleaning and checking my teeth and gums. I highly recommend her.

Negative experience: First off, this place really bullied me into writing a five star review when I went to them. I decided not to do so. Now that I am no longer a customer of theirs I feel that I can give an honest opinion here. They were not up front about any of the costs with root canals and with crowns.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant and caring, we’ve been coming to Dentist & Co for a couple of years, this visit was an emergency for my son who knocked out large chunks of his two front teeth at the skate park - we got an emergency appointment for X-rays and Dr Barns rebuilt my sons teeth that same afternoon! Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the centre! Have been following up with my medical records and images since last October and still haven't received any. As a new patient, they offer you multiple examinations and coming up with a list of treatments but when you ask for documents you get nothing.
