Fantastic experience: Great experience. Everything was explained clearly and the place felt really relaxed.

Fantastic experience: Easy to make an appointment, they follow up on your next appointment dates. Most important, dentists try to avoid unnecessary work, understanding once they drill, there's no coming back. I do appreciate they focus on the preventive job, encouraging patients to take a proactive care of their oral hygiene. They are also respectful of patient's concerns and respond to all your questions with simple concepts

Fantastic experience: Great family dentist clinic at Chatswood. The appointments were for my children and Naomi at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Dr Wu put my children at ease and answered patiently to my questions. I truly appreciate the professionalism at Simply Dental Chatswood.

Fantastic experience: This practice is on another level entirely. The staff there are totally professional, using the most up-to-date equipment imaginable. I've been going to this practice, under the original practitioner since 1961 and, under the new one, since about 2017. 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Simply Dental now for several years and have been consistently impressed with their outstanding service and friendly staff. They have made each visit a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Negative experience: Being a Bupa Member first platinum partner, this dental business should 1. Reduce payment gap for Bupa Members 2. Being a preferred business, I would expect better service. I called up for a quote as a new patient for check and clean, and requested a quote, they will only provide item numbers total cost, but not each item's cost. Why that matters is because, when I called up Bupa, the customer service rep said that is mal-practice for them not be transparent about their item cost. Secondly the dental practice staff recommended to get an x-ray, in fact 3 x-rays. Two of them were standard 022 items, which are each side of your teeth. But they added an out of pocket item 037 panoramic radiograph which isn't required in a check and clean procedure but rather a preventive dental care item. They neither explain to me what that is and if I really needed it. It would have incur an extra $50+ dollars out of pocket for me plus $78+ reduced from my allowances in general dental. if I was naive to go with their recommendations and didn't check with my health insurance provider first. That's the difference between calling from home vs being there at the clinic and just going along with whatever the health care provider tells you, you need. You wouldn't go buy a phone without figuring out what it is for vs the cost. Why shouldn't we have the power to compare health care provider's fees and services before we commit? For this practice to withhold item cost as well as recommend something average person wouldn't know, that is misleading and bad practice. A cautionary tale of believing the health care providers are there to support you is wrong. Businesses are there to make money, and the less the customer know, the better for their profit margin.

Fantastic experience: My friend had a dental emergency during our visit to Sydney, and her chipped tooth almost ruined our trip. However, our experience with Simply Dental turned out to be a lifesaver. They were able to accommodate us on the same day to promptly fix my friend's tooth. Right from the moment we made the appointment over the phone, the receptionist Tina displayed exceptional helpfulness and professionalism. During the visit, we were impressed by the expertise of Dr Patricia and her assistant Crystal. Dr Patricia thoroughly explained the situation and the procedure, ensuring that my friend felt comfortable and at ease throughout. She recommended me to have some treatments for my gum. Dr Jonathan also managed to help me solve my teeth grinding problem after I attended few consultations with the dentists in the clinic. Fantastic experience: Great experience as a patient at this dentist. The Dentists provide explanations for your procedures and make sure that you understand what they have told you. I have seen three different dentists here and the handover has been immaculate - on the first meet they already know your history and confirm that this is correct. The receptionists are friendly and give 2 reminders for follow ups so the patient will not forget an appointment. Clean environment, friendly atmosphere and welcoming space. Highly recommend.

From reception to dental assistant and Dr. Gupta everybody was super friendly and I felt at ease throughout the appointment. Dr. Gupta was also very thorough and honest yet gentle with her explanations, from findings in the initial Xray images to answering my questions and giving recommendations.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sakshi is the best dentist I have ever come across. I had a failed root canal treatment earlier and never I have received more honest and genuine advice to a  satisfactory level than provided by Dr. Sakshi. Positive experience: Dr Johnathan, did a great job removing my wisdom tooth out. The procedure was painless and he made it comfortable. I had an abnormal bleed and went back the day after. They checked the bleed and were able to provide me with a surgeon. The dentists good communication with me.

I finally needed some urgent dental help and she was recommended by a friend who's been using her for years. She systematically went and fixed every single issue that I had and even saved a couple of teeth that had a small chance of salvation. She has a way of calming patients down and she will explain any complex situations with your teeth in a layman's terms. I can't thank her enough and I actually look forward to seeing her every 6 months for a check-up. How many dentists can you say about that?

Fantastic experience: Since I moved from a family dental clinic who were telling me I needed this treatment and that treatment I decided to get another opinion. I came to Simply Dental. They have been very experienced and discussed other options without shaming. I regularly do dental checkups and have been extremely impressed. Dr Jonathan was kind and understood some people get nervous. His treatment was gentle and well explained. No pain just clean teeth. Highly recommend!!

The whole thing only took a couple of hours and Sakshi made it on her 3D printer, after accurately mapping it on her computer so it fitted perfectly. I am thrilled with the result and the cost was slightly less than I was expecting for a crown. All in one visit!
