Dr. Chong was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly warm and welcoming. She took the time to clearly explain how I can improve my oral hygiene, and I really appreciated her honest approach. She doesn’t recommend unnecessary treatments, which speaks volumes about her integrity. Even the receptionist was lovely, making the whole experience feel comfortable and friendly from the moment I walked in. Overall, it’s rare to find a dental practice that combines expert care with genuine warmth. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at the West Ryde clinic. All the staff are kind, friendly yet so professional. I felt very comfortable and was able to ask any questions I had. I got my teeth whitened and the results are incredible. My teeth look super white and bright. Such a confidence booster! Dr Bui was very gentle and the process was smooth and easy. Fantastic experience: Myself, my husband and my two young daughters all come here for our routine clean / check and we always walk out with a smile. My daughters experience anxiety during every appointment and ask lots of questions. We have seen both Dr Lucas Bui and Dr Raymond Hua, and both are extremely understanding, patient, friendly and accommodating, which immediately calms both my daughters down. Fantastic experience: Note: I am an international student and this was the first time I went to a dental clinic in Sydney, so some things may be obvious. I went there for the first time 3 days ago because my permanent dental retentions came loose and needed an urgent treatment, all in all I couldn't be happier. The place was clean, and the doctors and receptionists were all really nice. I called that same day in the morning, and was given an appointment later that day. Something to note is that it was a warm voice on the phone When I arrived everything was really smooth, the receptionist greeted me, I filled a short form, and in 5 minutes the doctor came for me. I don't remember the name of the doctor who helped me but I can only say good things. I went thinking that I would have to pay three times more than what I actually paid. When I started speaking with the doctor and instead of pushing me into choosing a more expensive option, he explained me that I had three different choices and told me the advantages and disadvantages of each of them, letting myself make the final decision, which is something I really appreciate as I went thinking I would have to spend 3 times the price. Fantastic experience: What an amazing team here at My Local Dentists - West Ryde! I had the pleasure of being treated by both Dr Lucas Bui and Dr Seemagni Naidu on a couple of occasions. I ended up having an x-ray (conducted by Dr Bui) which led to the discovery that my wisdom teeth were to blame for the pain I was experiencing. I subsequently had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted, under the expertise of Dr Naidu. Both dentists, as well as the admin staff, are extremely personable and friendly, while remaining professional and well-spoken, demonstrating their knowledge in the world of dentistry. The team were happy to answer any questions I had, and made me feel at complete ease, making the whole process as smooth as can be! I chose to visit this clinic after seeing how professional their website layout is, the handful of positive reviews, and convenient location (tucked inside West Ryde Marketplace, a short walk from the suburb's train station). I highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit this clinic for all dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I met my new Dentist today Carmen. I absolutely enjoyed my discussion with her re maintenance. I had general check and cleaning which was a very pleasing experience. I experienced no pain nor discomfort as she was gentle and at the same time, tenacious. My teeth and mouth felt so clean after my visit. I already booked my 6-monthly visit with Carmen. The communication with the front desk receptionist was also friendly and helpful. A great experience all up. Highly recommended. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr Michelle Chong was awesome! Her and the rest of the team are very personable and friendly. Dr Chong thoroughly explained what was happening with my teeth, she made sure that I understood everything that was going on which I really appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant visit to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: We had a dental emergency that needed to be seen to on a Sunday and My Local Dentist was open. That was 2021 and Raymond and the entire team have always been realistic, affordable, helpful and supportive. I've honestly never experienced the type of care we receive from any other dental clinic before. Reception staff are incredibly friendly too!! If you're looking for well experienced, reliable and friendly service then don't delay, make an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Overall I am very happy with this clinic for all these years with them especially Dr Lucas. However I have not received the proper treatment for one of the root canals done by Dr Hua. The doctor should also inform properly about the fee of brace follow-up for the teenage son. Overall I will say it is a very clean, modern and professional clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had Dr Raymond Hua for several fillings and a wisdom tooth extraction. The entire process went quickly and smoothly, without any pain or discomfort.
