Fantastic experience: I recently had two crowns performed by Dr Deepak. It was a painless procedure and the colour match was perfect. I really cant tell them apart from my real teeth. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Deepak at My Gentle Dentist.

Fantastic experience: I went for a check up and clean with the dental hygienist Karina. She listened to all my concerns and validated them thoroughly and did a great job at diagnosing the conditions I have, which were missed by the dental professionals that I have visited before in other dental practices. I had the best clean up in my whole life, like never before. Karina was very professional and friendly, providing an outstanding service with reasonable prices. I am recommending her to everyone

Fantastic experience: 2 wisdom teeth extractions and 3 fillings. In and out in an hour. Comfortable, calm and caring. This is what was offered, and exactly what I felt and received. Pain killers were not needed the next day. Thank you to the team for an outstanding job. Humble and caring. Would not go anywhere else. They also have treated my daughter (4) who does not like the dentist. Enough said I think!

Fantastic experience: I was given a general clean treatment by Karina, dental hygienist. Whereas I often feel nervous/stressed at my Sydney dentist, Karina had me totally at ease. She explained everything clearly and succinctly, which conveyed to me an impression of someone who has mastered their stuff hence doesn't need to prattle on! Karina checked if I was still OK whenever I showed the slightest twinge or nervousness. She was gentle and highly competent. I'll go to her again when I'm next in Brisbane.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going to Dr Kate for a few years and we have been very happy. She is so kind and gentle with kids. I however have been putting off going to the dentist for many years, too nervous as I knew I needed my wisdom teeth out. It got to the point I couldn’t put it off any longer, Dr Deepak Parwani was very professional and explained everything in great detail. 4 wisdom teeth were removed in barely any time at all, I hardly noticed them coming out, recovery was quick and relatively painless. Fantastic experience: Got a crown done today, very scared. 1st appt 8.30am and the most pain was the needle and he was as gentle as he could be. 2nd appt 11am, crown made instore by Deepak and put in place, outta there by 11.30am. Very happy and pretty painless. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I got a deep clean and my wisdoms removed with Dr. Deepak Parwani. I was petrified for my wisdom teeth but he made the process simple and easy (to my surprise). Definitely would recommend! A few months later, I went back to him to get crowns on my two front teeth. Before going to him, I had actually accepted that they would be too expensive to afford and that I would potentially be looking at going overseas to get an affordable option. To my absolute surprise, it was an incredibly easy process and completely affordable. I was really nervous about the whole process as I had waited (self-consciously) 20 years for the day to get my new front teeth and feel comfortable with my smile again. He absolutely could not have done any better! I honestly cried when I saw my teeth for the first time. It was artistry. They are absolutely beautiful, the colour match is perfect and my confidence has shot right up again. I still can't stop smiling whenever I look in the mirror. On a personal note; having this procedure done by him has changed my life. I feel more confident than I have felt in over 20 years. I don't have to hide my teeth from glaring blue at people when the sun is shining on them. I honestly cannot thank you enough Dr. Deepak Parwani for what you have done for me. If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: Words can’t describe how blessed I am to have been looked after so well, not only once by this incredible clinic but twice! From start to finish they were extremely professional and caring. The amazing receptionist (vicky) has made sure that I got the care I needed as soon as possible and was one of the people who made me feel safe and ensured me that no matter what issue there was; I was in good hands and that everything was gonna be okay. Negative experience: Hi not happy with what happened at desk paying $50 just for a couple of visits and questions. I asked last year about the price for removing Mercury fillings to be removed It’s not even worth paying $50 next time. They didn't tell me why I was charged $50 and next time give me a receipt of proof putting me debt with the of 50 for further future appointments please make sure you inform your customers about the price of an appointment with you.

Dr Deepak is so friendly, knowledgeable and lives up to the Gentle Dentist name. Fantastic experience: My Gentle Dentist @ Arana Hills is a excellent dental practice. I’m currently receiving my Invisalign treatment there. Every step of the treatment has been fully discussed, and I feel very comfortable with process. Dr. Deepak is a perfectionist for detail, and even though my treatment isn't complete yet, my smile already looks amazing! All the staff are incredibly warm and supportive to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy I found My Gentle Dentist. I had avoided going to the dentist for years. I was anxious about pain and had financial limitations. I was very nervous to finally go to my first appointment. At my first visit Dr Deepak Parwani formulated a treatment plan for me. He was very good at explaining all the work I needed doing and gave me options to work within my budget. Which is something I have never experienced at a dentist before! He also didn't make me feel silly for waiting so long and getting my teeth into such a state. I had several visits over nearly 6 months and Deepak put my comfort first every time. I'm very happy with my treatment and will be returning for future dental work. They also offer payment plans and Afterpay which was a big help to me. I wish I had found this surgery years ago!

Fantastic experience: Wow where can I start I had a Toothache over the mayday long weekend so on Tuesday morning I googled dentist and rang about 5 no body could help me till next week not even my regular dentist on the south side. Gentle Dental was my last hope but Sue answered my prayers she was so nice and understanding and said that if I come down that they would fit me in. The Dentist Kate was awesome aswell I unfortunately had to have a tooth removed but definitely can't speak anymore highly about this place Absolutely will be doing my check ups from here now on for sure.

Fantastic experience: This Dental office is owned and run by the most kindest, caring and giving man and wife team. I’ve only met the husband and on two occasions when I was in desperate need of help he made room in an already busy schedule to help me! He halved the price of a recent removal of a growth on my gum during a scale and check up. He treats you like family with dignity and respect and that’s a lot to me being someone with chronic mental health and genuine phobia of small spaces, things really close to me, needles, loud sounds (all listed prior are ptsd related from a massive car crash) and lastly my phobia of the dentist. He always makes me feel calm puts it straight and makes me feel at ease even telling me to get sedatives from doctor over spending on happy gas like the man is not about the money he is about the people he cares for and he from that gained me my sister and her children a regulars with other family members considering him for their future dentistry. He is reasonably priced has afterpay if needed and goes above and beyond in many ways! 10/10 if you have mental health and/or if you have fears of the dentist he is your man and I’m sure his wife is the exact same! As you are who you are with after all. I am 30 I brush floss etc twice daily to avoid the dentist have since 19 this was my first clean since that time from fear. But how he treated me when I had a cracked tooth from putting off the dentist out of fear the care the support the understanding and rearranging of his day doing my tooth at his lunch time from memory made me feel safe and made me feel cared for and important. How I was treated that day was enough to make me trust him and enough to come back and have my first scale and so on in years! On top of what’s mentioned I’m also claustrophobic so you can imagine how stressful going is for me and yet he again I’ve said it many times took that fear aside for me. I popped my clamaz before going (driven by sister) popped In my Earphones and he was done so quickly and at every point I requested more numbing he happily obliged saying most don’t like it but if it makes you feel better of course! Even better after that personal triumph I found out I only had 2 teeth that needed fillings after 11 years of avoiding the dentist! Honestly don’t hesitate on this business you won’t regret it. He is the diamond amongst the stones and again I’m sure that sentiment could go for his wife also. Oh and his dental nurses are lovely but his biggest asset is his receptionist’s they are both beautiful caring calming women also who looked after me just as equally before and after. Calming my nerves checking on me fetching me tissues from panic tears and just treating me with so much kindness and understanding. Again they also are above and beyond. I can not fault this place at all! Beautiful staff, rooms and setting, receptions clean but homely and the dentist is one of a kind! A true gentleman!

Negative experience: This dental practice did not give me any informed consent on the wisdom tooth extraction performed I was not made aware of any potential risks or side effects and I have been left with a damaged nerve that is still healing over 3 months later( confirmed by a specialist). I have had endless issues with it and I still have some pain and numbness at extraction site. I can only eat on one side of my mouth and have been left with painful tooth sensitivity. I’m sorry but I would not recommend this dentist to anybody. (Reception staff were amazing though). Not a good experience at all.

Negative experience: Nice staff. Reasonable pricing. Very knowledgeable. Only giving 2 stars because a temporary filling failed (sheared off) within 1 month which has now left me in some pain and there was no offer to remedy the situation. Sure, it was just temporary but at least offer to get me back in to do something about the current situation/pain.

Not only we got a very good quote (1500$ cheaper than another quote), the service was very smooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Deepti, who was so good with my daughter. Had five teeth pulled/sectioned out in one go at 34yrs of age and the initial minor sting was so brief I barely remember it. Reassuring aftercare service provided and follow up calls. I've had appointments with Dr Cynthia & Dr Deepak across both clinics, both were fantastic to deal with and very informative. Planning to stick with this team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Deepti helped me so much with my dental phobia and resultant dental issues. She was able to restore my smile and the result was better than I ever could have imagined. Her straightforward and non judgemental manner relieved my anxiety straight away and her cosmetic dentistry is first class. I now have beautiful, natural looking teeth. Fantastic experience: My family goes to this practice. I am someone who finds going to the dentist quite unnerving. Dr Deepak did a great job to help me through this process and I am no longer as nervous (and now go every 6 months). After quite some time of not going to the dentist I needed a lot of work done and so far the experience has been painless and the staff accomodating. They are also great with young kids. My 3.5 year old felt very comfortable for her checkup and clean, all while being very patient with her.

Fantastic experience: Wow is all I can say from the phone call to reception to gain an appointment.. absolutely oustanding service. Then attending this practice it was so clean crisp and inviting. Nothing was a issue and then meeting dr Angela who was the most professional and personable dentist I have ever met. She told me cost at start and then update all way through and also refused payment to do part of treatment as it was basic.tjey allowed my children to come in with me and kept them up to date what was going in as well. I have never had that done. I really can't recommend this practice enough.

I had a few complications with a tooth extraction, and the whole team could not do enough to ensure I was looked after. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Deepak and his team. For years I had a huge fear of dentist, to the point where I couldn't even take me kids without getting anxious myself. It took months for me to work up the courage to book a consultation and even at the consultation, where Dr Deepak wasn't even doing any work, I was in tears by then first sentence due to fear. Dr Deepak was very gentle and understanding from the very beginning. I had about 6 appointments over the space of 4 months as I needed a lot of work done, plus chrome dentures, and at each of the appointments Dr Deepak and his team have been great, constantly checking in with me during the appointment to see how I was doing and handling the appointment. While I can't say I'm completely comfortable in the dentist chair yet, I am a lot more comfortable now and can get through an appointment with minimal fear and anxiety. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend for the whole family, the team are just amazing with the kids and the nervous adults. The genuine level of care is second to none. After wisdom teeth removal the staff checked in on me daily via phone , it was incredibly reassuring. Dr Deepak has an amazing beside manner with his patients and the receptionists are just genuine and caring people. Squeezing my little one in on short notice when she injured herself jumping on the couch. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Deepti for the past 7 years. In this time I have undergone Invisalign as well as general dental treatments. I was exceptionally happy with the Invisalign result which brought more confidence to me. Negative experience: I had the worst experience at this practice. Scale and clean led to issues with my gums. Dentist is all over place and did not seem confident in assessing my situation. A lot of smoke and mirrors stuff. Went to another practice in Ashgrove - best decision I made... their professionalism is on another level compared to this place.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible!!! I have always been terrified of the dentist and put off going for 7 years however once my friend raved about Dr Deepak and the team and My Gentle Dentist I decided it was time. They were very considerate of my fears and looked after me the whole way through. I have signed my whole family on to Dr Deepak now and am no longer afraid to get my teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: Just like many other people, I am afraid of dentists, however Dr D.Parwani is the most gentle, caring dentist I have ever had. He removed two of my wisdom teeth in the chair a little while ago, I was in and out in less than an hour, he continued to check on me making sure I am ok and that he isn't hurting me. My recovery went very well which proved to me that he done a great job! Honestly the best experience at a dentist I have ever had! I would highly recommend My Gentle Dentist!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience at this dentist. I had a very difficult wisdom tooth extraction, the procedure was completed with my welfare as the upmost concern. Aftercare has been spectacular, you can tell that the staff genuinely care. The price was very good. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr Deepak and his staff are fantastic from his receptionist to his dental assistants. Their customer service is always 100 percent. Dr Deepak actually lives up to his title “My Gentle Dentist” he explains everything he’s doing as as he goes along. He has an immaculate practice with 10/10 for cleanliness. I would definitely recommend Dr Deepak and his lovely staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr Deepti has made my experience at gentle dental better then I could of ever imagined I came to gentle dental with a complete phobia of the dentist literally freaking out in the waiting room but Dr Deepti being the kind souls she is took me into the dental room and calming explained everything that was going to happen and it made me feel a whole lot better about being there. I’m 20 years old and my mum still had to take me to the dentist up until I met Dr Deepti but thankfully she has helped me get over my phobia in just a few sessions. Fantastic experience: Deepti has been my dentist for many years now. She is best dentist I have ever had and is professional, kind and genuinely cares about you and your dental health. Even though she has relocated from Capalaba to Arana Hills, I am happy to drive the 40-50 minutes each way to see her.

Fantastic experience: The clinic lives by their name, I had amazingly the least discomfort from my dental procedures with Dr. Deepak, compared to other dentists I had experienced treatment from. He also squeezed me in for an appointment the next day when I contacted them urgently that evening, as I was so worried. They also made it quite bearable and catered to my specific financial situation and gave me choices for best payment options. I am bringing my son to them next time, I also strongly recommend this clinic for their impressive services.

Dr Deepak is kind, gentle and continuously checks in during the procedure to ensure patient comfort. Fantastic experience: 5 star experience all round! From Susan and Vicki on the desk - through to Dr Deepak, Dr Deepti and the team - everyone at My Gentle Dentist have been amazing! Miss 6 was very anxious prior to arriving at the dentist, which only built up to tears and not wanting to go into the treatment room by appointment time. Miss 3 wasn't really sure what it was all about, but was also apprehensive about sitting on the chair. But Dr Deepak was amazingly kind, and like stated in the name, he was very 'gentle'. He firstly explained exactly what would happen and what he would and wouldn't do. He then won the kids over with a present for being brave, and the super cool pink sunglasses they get to wear when on the chair! He made the whole appointment fun, and the kids left loving Dr Deepak and wanting to come back again! Fast forward to my own appointment... I've been ashamed and anxious about going to the dentist for at least 10 years, so it actually took a lot for me to book myself in. But I needed have worried! I saw Dr Deepti - and she didn't judge me or talk down to me about the situation I'd got myself in - she acknowledged I was starting to rectify the situation and very calmly set about making a treatment plan for me. I felt at ease the whole time, and left wondering why I'd spent all those years too afraid to visit the dentist! I would recommend My Gentle Dentist for everyone!
