Negative experience: charged $235 just for xrays and to be told tooth cant be taken out here and go book at Lynbrook. Went elsewhere which xray was only $60 and tooth taken out straight away after been in excruciating pain

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to Cranbourne Family Dental for a few years. I couldn’t recommend them more. I have a fear of the dentist but they have always made me feel extremely comfortable. Making me feel like my fear isn’t irrational but to help me by talking through what was happening and being gentle. Both of my children have attended and they always ask me when they are going to the dentist next because they make it fun. Look no further for a new dentist, Cranbourne Family Dental are compassionate and gentle dentist with great service from the receptionist.

Fantastic experience: As an 83 year male l was impressed with the Treatment and the skill of Dr Brendon Vong On my tooth removal, no pain as he administered pain relief and skill removing my tooth was pain free, great job.

Positive experience: Both ladies were very gentle and spoke me through each step of my appointment and prices and checked in on me regularly to make sure I was doing okay. They then took me through aftercare aswell to improve my dentil health.

Negative experience: Highly unprofessional clinic..I attended this clinic with my wife for general cleanup. And then From no problem at all to a stage, ends up to root canal, crown and constant severe pain.. All thanks to their negligence and their recommended treatment which was never required. They just wants to make money And purposely create unnecessary treatment which will cost you thousands. Then will take no responsibility whatsoever. Later on they will try to book another appointment with owner doctor Jeevan at lynbrook clinic which will waste your few hours again..Thus commendations stays the same. Please save your money and precious teeths by not visiting them.

Negative experience: The dentist I saw was very rough - poked her dental pick right into a sensitive tooth which has left me with a toothache as a result. Was unable to do the work I wanted, and referred me on for Prosthodontics. I went elsewhere - and they were brilliant. (no need for the prosthodontics after all).

Fantastic experience: The whole team are very friendly and put you at total ease, they even remember small details about just day to day conversation you had 6months prior which shows they actual listen and care. They’re very gentle but super thorough with all treatments and explain as they go. The whole place is very clean and welcoming also. Couldn’t recommend Cranbourne family dental any more.

Negative experience: Waste of time, my 2 year old son is in the chair for a total of 2 minutes with the poor excuse for not attempting a clean due to the pre assumption that he won't sit of a clean, despite him being calm and compliant. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with Dr. Alex Nguyen. I came across an unpleasant tooth issue during my holiday trip and called the clinic for advice. The girls at the reception were very understandable and willing to help. Dr. Alex called me a few times on his not-working days with possible solutions and organized a fix at the clinic. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for your patients! You are the best!
