Fantastic experience: I grew up being terrified of the dentist, and it came to the point of severe panic attacks before leaving the house, and having to be held down as a child. I've been going to Albany Creek Bupa for the last handful of years now, and they've been absolutely wonderful. Super accommodating, especially Dr Brian, and never walked away with anything less than a smile. They take great care of me and walk me through each step of what they're doing, alongside constant check ins to make sure I'm doing okay. Cannot stress enough how wonderful all the staff here are.

Ken my dentist and his assistant were very welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable from the get go. Communicating with me through the clean/check up making sure I was ok and not in pain. I would highly recommend Ken. He’s a cool guy, highly professional and very good at his job

Dr Brad we would not have got through dental care without you and then this terrible accident was only a successful repair because of his trust in you.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Bupa Albany Creek. Brad, my Dental Hygienist, is always such a friendly, familiar face and very skilled in his craft. Love that he’s been my hygienist for the past 7 years too - ever since moving to the Northside. The receptionist team are also always helpful and friendly. The Dentists that I’ve seen here are very thorough and easy to communicate with. Everyone here are fabulous with kids as well.

She’s personable, non judgemental, softly spoken but confident in what she is telling you and there is no pressure around what you have to do next. She has been quick and efficient with each treatment and talks you through what she is doing so there are no surprises. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: The dentist and his assistant were excellent. I am a new Bupa member and the receptionist tried to charge me a gap fee of $26.90 for just a 6 months regular check up so I was not happy.

From the caring nature of front reception staff to surgery staff who helped us with a walking frame, doors, in and out of dental chairs and genuine respect of his dignity and care. Negative experience: I will never visit this practice again. Doctor checked me and suggested me to extract 4 wisdom teeth and filling of couple of cavities. I have visited dental practice for 1st time in Australia and didn't know much about how insurance works over here. So I wanted to talk to my partner and discuss with him about further procedures so I decided to get just the cleaning done and come for the next procedures at later date. But doctor was pushing me to get the things done on the same day and she even made personal comments about me talking to my partner for suggestions. This was so unprofessional.
