Fantastic experience: I had the best experience to date thanks to the team at Pinnacle Dental in Docklands. I told them from the start I had a bit of trauma through bad experiences with fillings growing up and more recently at my last appointment 2 years ago in South melbourne. They were excellent the whole way through, gentle, careful, took their time and very accommodating. Explained every step of the process of what they were doing and I've never felt so relaxed at a dentist. Thank you to the team for not rushing it and being so kind, caring and understanding. Fantastic experience: Dr Atteya and his team were incredible. I had two impacted bottom wisdom teeth removed. I was quite nervous leading up to the surgery, but Dr Atteya explained everything in a clear and reassuring way, both during the initial consult and before and after the procedure. He provided constant support throughout every step. Dr Atteya is both highly knowledgeable and gentle-handed and is definitely the best dentist I’ve come across. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this dental clinic enough! Their customer service is truly exceptional. The whole team genuinely cares about every patient. They constantly follow up and make sure you're comfortable, which made me feel like part of their family. What really changed everything for me was meeting Dr. Wissam. I had avoided dentists for six years because of deep fear. I would rather endure pain than step into a clinic. But Dr. Wissam understood exactly what I was going through as he once had the same fear himself. That made all the difference. Fantastic experience: Dr Wassam Atteya is a very polite , calm and caring Dentist. He explains everything to you along the way. He is very honest and will tell you up front about the costs and what to expect. There are no hidden fees. Dr Wassam and his team are all very professional. Fantastic experience: I came in with an infected gum from wisdom teeth, I had been in a lot of pain and couldn't properly eat. After examining me, Dr Wessam booked me in to have my extraction of all 4 teeth in the chair. He scheduled this as soon as possible and took time out of his Sunday to complete the surgery. The extraction was painless and he completed it quickly and without complications. I'm very grateful to have had such a caring person look after me with such short notice. Fantastic experience: I woke up with a massive toothache and booked an appointment online for the next day, but to my surprise, the clinic called and fit me in right away since it was an emergency. Fantastic experience: I’m very grateful and thankful found this clinic. At first when my impacted wisdom tooth were very painful, I was looking for a clinic that could immediately remove my wisdom teeth because I was already at the stage of having difficulty opening my mouth, difficulty eating, difficulty swallowing, almost all the clinics I contacted could not immediately treat (surgery) me, but this clinic tried their best to be contacted on Sunday to move up my schedule because I couldn't take it anymore, and Dr. Wessam was willing to operate on me during his lunch time during the operation the pre and post explanations were very clear, it didn't hurt and the process was very fast from X-ray to payment, approximately 30 minutes, after the operation there was no swelling at all, I followed the post-operative care guidelines given by the doctor very closely and I was able to work D+2 after the operation and recovered completely as before (like not eating soft again) D+5 and I was given a discount by dr. Wessam, thank you doctor, hopefully the doctor's kindness will be repaid one day, I also thank Amy and the other staff that I can't mention one by one, I don't know if without you I wouldn't have been able to endure the pain even for another day. hopefully your kindness will be repaid with even more kindness. with love, ulfa

Negative experience: Most disgusting customer service, I had a severe pain so i called the clinic first thing in the morning at 9am to reschedule the appointment, because that's the time there are open according to google, but the girl at reception called Amy or someone was so rude, she didn't listen to anything just said they can't rebook the appointment and I should call them at 8.30 to inform that I can't make up to my apointment. Even though I tried to call and make another apointment during the day I was being told by the reception that the dr sunbul rafik told not to accept the appointment The girl at the reception should look for another job as they are unprofessional staff. Guys don't be so disrespectful to patients, you guys have fake Google reviews and are misleading people.

Fantastic experience: Brought my partner here for his toothache, he actually had to remove his damaged wisdom tooth. Dr.Atteya and the staff was so patient and helpful and even explained the whole process, did X-ray and was able to help him out just on his first visit. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sunbul Rafik and Dr. Wessam Atteya were amazing! I am too anxious patient but they made me feel like I am in good hands. Dr. Sunbul checked my problem first, she explained everything very detailed and convinced to have a wisdom teeth extraction. She was extremely helpful. Dr. Wessam did my surgery, it was so quick and comfortable. I can’t thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Wessam Atteya and I could not recommend him enough! I felt safe, comfortable (as you can be), and that I had full trust in his abilities and the procedure. Both of my bottom teeth had a surprise third root which made them harder to extract. Dr Wessam Atteya easily adapted to this complication and had no issues in removing the teeth. Although this added time to the surgery, did not add any complications to the healing process. A fun doctor to be around, makes the dentist less daunting!

Fantastic experience: I had my initial consultation with Dr Atteya where he explained and walked through the entire procedure of what to expect, risks, benefits for removing my wisdom teeth. So far, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My extraction will be on the 27th so I’ll update further. UPDATE: just had my surgery and removed all 4 out, Dr Atteya was gentle and had amazing precision in removing my stubborn teeth. Only downside was the dental assistant made me extremely uncomfortable with her positioning of the suction tube and made me choke a few times and she was constantly getting in the way of Dr Atteya. Fantastic experience: A friend of mine suggested me this place, Dr. Wessam Atteya, did my surgery in 20 mins effortlessly where as i was referred to various oral surgeons before who mishandled my case made it worse, Dr. Wessam made the surgery look easy and painless.

Negative experience: Dr Charlotte was my dentist today. First time to the clinic after a recommendation from a friend. Honestly, didn’t have the best experience and won’t be going back in future. I recommend others to seek service elsewhere. Office was a bit of a walk and only paid parking available. Receptionist presented a bit rude with a bit of an attitude. Dr Charlotte was very quick and did minimal work. She caught me off guard when drilling sensitive teeth. Not the most gentle dentist and seemed rushed. At the end of my visit, I received a large invoice. I spoke to reception and Dr Charlotte about discrepancies and undiscussed charges. In the end, both reception and Dr Charlotte informed that I was lucky they did not charge me more. Further, Dr Charlotte said that if she could’ve charged more she would and the only reason why she hadn’t was because of the competitiveness of the dentist industry in the area. I myself do not feel lucky to have to pay a large invoice after a first appointment. If you do choose to go to this dentist I advise not disclose health coverage until the moment of payment ad they will likely overcharge you.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr Wessam. My regular dentist didn't feel comfortable performing the extraction due to some complications. I found Pinnacle Dental due to the outstanding reviews and they did not lie whatsoever. The whole experience was fantastic. The reception staff were incredible, kind, patient and warm. Dr Wessam was wonderful. So many little touches which made you feel so considered and safe. Coming out and caring my bags, putting on lipbalm so my lips didn't crack, explain how important consent was to the practice. The consult was free which was so appreciated as other clinics were asking for $300 just for the consult. The extraction itself was painless and so quick. I felt safe and in control the whole time. Couldn't recomend this clinic more!

I had a filling fall out unexpectedly and Dahlia managed to get me in that day! the entire team dental team are friendly, professional and very well priced. They are simply the best practice I have ever dealt with and deserve all 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had 3 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Wessam Atteya last year (2022) and she was very relieved at how easy the team made it. I had been hanging on to a crocked wisdom tooth fir way too long, quite simply because I wasn't too keen on the idea of pain. I took my daughters recommendation and yesterday had the tooth taken out. Apart from a really brief minimal ouch for one of the injections for the anaesthetic the whole procedure was 100% pain free. Quite amazing. I was in the chair and Dr Atteya is doing his work. I am thinking when is it going to start hurting and how long will it take... after less than 10 minutes he is looking at something on his little side table and I assumed he was picking up another tool. Then he says, it's done, it's out. Dentistry has come a long way and the combination of friendly reception, calming nurses and Dr Atteya skill, brilliant. Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't have asked for more friendly staff! I had all 4 wisdom teeth out in the chair under local anaesthetic. Dr Atteya was very informative and gentle about the whole process. It was a bit expensive but it was worth it to have such experienced staff, modern facilities, and no complications.

Fantastic experience: Dr Atteya was very forthcoming, clear, straight-forward at the same time truly kind, and empathetic from the get go. Following my first free consultation with him during which he laid everything on the table, the pros, cons and the risks, I was scheduled for an hour long dental procedure for a wisdom tooth extraction. On the day itself, he and his team were so engaging and did everything they could to put my mind at ease. What we thought would take about half an hour to 44 minutes max went on for almost two hours because my tooth turned out to be particularly intricate and resistant. Dr Atteya was still the ever the so kind, considerate, and truly professional for the entire duration and my tooth obliged during the second hour. I was charged the same fee I was quoted for one hour and the team was fairly responsive even to my follow up enquiries. I am scheduled for another appointment for further inspection regarding stictches etc and I feel really comfortable and safe with D.Atteya. You will find more than just a couple of dentists if you throw a stone at a bush but none like Dr.Atteya. He definitely stands apart from the rest through his expertise in dentistry and his sense of moral obligations. A big shout out to Dalia and Niki and the rest of the team too for their accommodating and welcoming attitude!

I recently visited Dr Wessam to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. Dr Wessam is truly passionate about his area of work, which explains why he is by far the most patient, gentle and professional dentist I have ever met. Dr Wessam truly has his patient’s best interest in mind at all times, which made me feel truly at ease. Dr Wessam was very careful and patient with me throughout the whole process. He provided a very thorough explanation of the entire surgical process, from pre-surgical preparation to post-surgical care (including x2 complimentary gel packs and mouthwash, which was very helpful). Dr Wessam is also always available for questions and emergencies even during non-working hours.
