Fantastic experience: I think that every dentist/OHT at Incredible Smiles is exceptional. I started off with Dr Jolynn who was very empathetic and professional, and eased my anxiety a lot since I had not been to the dentist in about 7 years. I have since had Dr Zi, Dr Shannen, Dr Anu, and Dr Mitesh. Each of those people has been excellent to me. I was very scared for my extraction appointment, and Mitesh, Dilpreet, Ellie and Drashti made my extraction appointment so much easier with their empathy, professionalism and kindness. Jenny also does amazing hygiene cleans which are very thorough and gentle. I thoroughly recommended any of the Incredible Smiles practices, especially if you are an anxious or nervous patient. They are also a BUPA preferred provider which is a bonus for me.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. As someone who has extreme fear of the dentist, Dr Ammy was brilliant, she was professional, knowledgeable and just a beautiful human being. I am so grateful to Chelsea (treatment coordinator) who was absolutely amazing and reassuring supporting in everyway she could, and continues to check in with me regularly, someone who truly cares, another beautiful soul. I am running out of space but i need to mention Ella (coordinator) in angle vale who was so lovely and helpful. My family won't go anywhere else! I 100% recommend this practice for any dental treatments you need to have, you won't find a better dentist or customer service and the care is second to none.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a dentist in a while when I contacted incredible smiles for a tooth extraction. The people are so very friendly and made me feel so comfortable, explaining everything that had to be done. I would definitely recommend them.

Negative experience: I visited this dental clinic for a painful tooth, hoping to get relief. After three appointments, several payments, and multiple X-rays, my tooth issue was still unresolved. Despite me and my new dentist kindly requesting my X-rays and a record of what I had already paid, there were issues with getting all the necessary information. On the day of my appointment with the new dentist, they still did not have much of the required information, which caused further delays. I am disappointed with the lack of resolution and communication throughout the process. I initially thought it was a good idea to check reviews before choosing this clinic. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The dentist would discuss one treatment plan with me during one appointment, only to change it at the next visit, with no clear explanation. It felt like they were taking advantage.

Negative experience: Got a phone call today. Done the filling half year ago. The indian dentist guy is no longer working with them, but he permanently damaged my teeth and now i go to another dentist. Service was great but the dentist was rushing and seems like i’m just a patient for money. I can’t prove he’s done terrible job nor have power to file a case. Will just let it go with one bad review as a kind person called me and listened my story then told me only option is i go back there again and see what they can do but it just sounds like more money going in for somewhere i can’t trust.

She took the time to inform me what she was doing, the cost, the dental situation etc. She was patient in answering all my questions and explained what she was about to do during the procedure, which greatly helped in allaying my anxiety. I am normally an anxious person but I felt calm during the whole procedure. I had the same experience with Dr Sunila and Dr. Anisha when I was under their care. I highly recommend this clinic! Fantastic experience: I had my dental fillings done by Dr. Sherlyana about 2 months ago. I never had any issues prior to filling. Now regretting shouldn’t have done this. She may be a good dentist but it didn’t go well for me. I visited later on told about this, she said due to heavy filling this was happening but still not fixed. For filling may not recommend Dr. Sherlyana. Clinic contacted and booked appointment with Dr. Anisha she looked into it and fixed the issue. Would really recommend Dr. Anisha for her expertise and care towards patients.

Fantastic experience: I see Amy as my dentist and have also dealt a lot with Chelsea in reception. I am not very good at the dentist and get very high anxiety and do t cope very well. However with the help of Amy I have gotten through some tuff dentals work and still have a bit to go. Amy is patient, Calm, understanding and really listens to her patients. I have regular dental work with Dr Anisha and some emergency corrective work from Dr Mitesh. Both are excellent technically but really considerate in their explanations of procedures and choices. I am sorry I can't name the Dental assistants and hygienists personally (as they sit behind your vision) but I note how well they work with the Dentists. Fantastic experience: I came to incredible smiles in 2021 with a lot of trouble with my teeth. I’m 62 years of age. I had a cycling accident in 2020 where I lost a tooth and cracked several upper teeth. I also had a lot of pain in my gums and it had become difficult to eat due to decay - a real mess.This caused myself lot of anxiety and embarrassment when I went out in public. My daughter then told my wife and I she was getting married in February 2022. Giving my daughter away, photos etc I could not let her down with the way I looked. I sat down with Dr Mitesh and explained to him of my problem. I really did not think there was any chance to have a good smile for my daughters wedding. Dr Mitesh examined my mouth, had several further appointments with him and a plan was put in place to have a smile for my daughters wedding. I had several problems, gum infection which was the result of poor mouth hygiene, several missing teeth and cracked ones as well, a exposed post from a previous implant which had decayed in the gum and evidence of jaw bone reduction from years of neglect. The “Incredible” dental team have always shown empathy, have never judged, always had my mental health in mind and stood with me on this journey. I was never comfortable going to a dentist but I would tell you this, Dr Mitesh and the “Incerdible “ team have changed my mind about the dentist, and I now go on a 3 month period as the team is working with me to improve my mouth hygiene schedule. The plan - fix the infection, improve my mouth hygiene, remove all top teeth, build up my jaw bone, give me temporary teeth for my daughters wedding, and by way, the photos looked fantastic. Then to replace the temporary teeth with a permanent prosthesis. Today I had my final top teeth installed. I just cannot stop smiling, my wife reckons it makes me look a lot younger and I feel fantastic. Now to work on the rest of me . I needed a filling done yesterday however Dr Sharma was on holidays and so I had to see another dentist. And of course when people ask, I'll tell them it's all thanks to this amazing establishment. The staff are also incredibly lovely ❤️❤️

Negative experience: Nothing can be worse than this. Terrible management. No value to words and communication. They ask for payment and then doesn’t care about their services at all. Please don’t waste your money going there. They ask you to visit the clinic and no one knows what you are there for and also different people will be interacting without knowing what they you are there for. Please please please please don’t go for this clinic even if it is a last choice. In response to the reply, I don’t want to stretch unnecessarily. No one asked what was the conversation between staff and customer. You assumed based on what staff told to you. Your staff promised customer something and on arrival your staff was not aware what was going on. In terms of payments, you agreed to let customer pay after delivering final service based upon compensation of unfair behaviour was experienced by the customer. And after that on the day of delivering denture, again moved off from your words. This was review for your business from your customer and there was nothing related about my review about other business. You could only figure out with this review about right or wrong. I could appreciate if you could look in to deeper and try to resolve rather proving me wrong. I always give positive feedback in person but posting negative feedbacks on google page only when I feel I was treated unfair and business doesn’t wants to listen. I appreciate that when you came into picture you tried to resolve the issue but your staff treated unfair and there was huge inconvenience for us at each and every stage because of improper communication between the staffs and within the system and that was only my intention to make you realise.
