Fantastic experience: Have been a patient here for over 10 years, have always been looked after by them. Jason is a great dentist, takes the time to explain everything so that you understand, but also good to have a laugh with. The Jason & team go above and beyond especially when I don't expect them to. Online booking is convenient and SMS reminders is great for me as I can not always be on the phone during business hours. Wouldn't go anywhere else and I have the teeth to show for it. New location, is fresh, bright and clean. Plenty of parking and very easy to get to.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I went for our routine dental review with Dr. Jason at his and Dr. Hale's new premises at 9 Chadstone Road yesterday - 12th February 2025. Firstly, it was fantastic to be in a newly renovated set up including new dental chairs. The other benefit is that car parking is available at the premises instead of having to look around for spots in their previous Chadstone Shopping Center location. The street level location is much more directly accessibe than before where car park and practice were separated at different levels and confusing enough for people like me to negotiate! The practice is filled with natural light and had views of trees outside from Dr. Jason's chair, which was a nice change indeed. Our family has been seeing Dr. Jason for our dental needs since moving to Melbourne from Sydney in December 2014. Dr. Jason has a unique longitudinal understanding of our dental conditions. Even yesteday, he was able to immediately spot any changes from my previous visit to him last year. This is indeed reassuring. At my age of 70yo, he keeps an eye on my gums which are compromised and the structural strength of my teeth. Even when there might be issues like the need for a crown for one of my molars last year, he did not jump into procedures but followed my circumstances and eventually when I decided that I needed to proceed, he referred me to a very capable endodontist who provided a required root canal procedure before Dr. Jason emplaced a crown on that particular molar. Yesterday's check up showed that my crown is holding up well and that the dental care he has recommended that I follow has led to my teeth and gum looking well. I would also like to make the point that the professional and friendly nature of others in the practice, including Dr. Jason's partner Dr. Hale, the other dentists, the assistants and those who are at the reception makes a visit to the practice such a relaxed affair. In this regard, I would like to say that Vicky at the reception, a lady with decades of experience in the business, is just so efficient and friendly. Always good to catch up with her for a yarn about dogs, family, home, and on matters of general interest. So, we wish Dr. Jason, Dr. Hale and all their staff continued success in their new premises. Fantastic experience: I had a severe gum infection in November that caused my entire face to swell. I saw three different dentists, but none of them could effectively treat the issue. Fortunately, I found Dr. Michael Chan, who immediately drained the infection and performed a root canal treatment with excellent results. His skills are truly outstanding! Dr. Michael Chan is highly professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous in his work. He speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, making communication easy and comfortable for patients. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist!

Despite having an emergency before my appointment and it being close to closing time, she never rushed. She took the time to explain my X-ray in detail and answered all my questions thoroughly. To my surprise, she even offered to proceed with the extraction the same day. We finished at 6:30 PM, even though the clinic closes at 6:00 PM—a true testament to her dedication to patient care. Her skills are exceptional, I had minimal pain after the procedure and was able to start eating solid food the next day. Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist back in June for a cleaning routine. Upon checking my teeth, Dr Hashemi saw a cracked tooth and recommended a crown before it gets worst and causes infection. We started the process a few weeks later and today had my crown implemented. Dr Hashemi is very good and knowledgeable. She is also very friendly and kept talking to me during the process to make sure I was comfortable etc. Highly recommended Dr Hashemi.

If further care is required for your teeth, they will refer you to the best specialists and teams, to ensure you continue to get the best care possible. Bonus is, if you have a fear of any procedures, they will ensure you feel comfortable, feel no pain, understand procedures so that you are completely at ease, before they continue! All the dentists are wonderful, but Hale is especially incredible, and we always look forward to going to get our dental check ups with her!

Negative experience: Seems like I had a similar experience to some of the lower star reviews. I got there a few minutes early to fill in forms. Then was kept waiting another 5 to 10 minutes into my consult time. I could hear the dentist on the phone. Then once called in the consult starts with no bib on. I feel the drill going very quickly over some spots here and there. And at some times through between my teeth, which has never happened before. I hope you haven't drilled a hole between my teeth now.. And then was out in 10minutes... what a way to keep new customers!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jason Sebastian is superb ! Everything is explained in detail prior to any procedure commencing. His accuracy with the initial numbing prior to and the subsequent application of the local anaesthetic is spot on whenever a significant procedure is required. This pleasantly removes nearly all of the fearful anticipation of the potential pending doom. I’ve nearly fallen asleep when he works his mastery. Jason’s genuinely realistic forecast of potential outcomes after a procedure that could result in a number of different outcomes is refreshing to say the least. Finally Jason’s professional, yet approachable and welcoming personality is refreshing and is why I ask for my dental appointments to be with him. Thank you so very much to Vicky and Georgia as well with regards to handling the practice bookings and for phoning through earlier session availabilities. Fantastic experience: I was able to get an appointment quickly for a very sore toothache which Dr Hale Al-Sabbagh accessed and with the help of her receptionist, Vicky, fast tracked me an appointment later that day with an endodontist. In the meantime I was given a prescription for antibiotics, and recommended anti inflammatory medication. I had an important occasion in 2 days time, so it was great to get everything sorted quickly and very much appreciated!
