Fantastic experience: Dr Krish, Dr Mish and Dr Will look after myself and my family, children included. I found Balnarring Dental when I was feeling a lot of shame surrounding the condition of my teeth and they were very welcoming and non judgemental. Rather than telling me what I did wrong to get there like I had experienced elsewhere, they simply came to me with a solution and plan. Highly recommend for anyone!

Fantastic experience: Had to get an unexpected crown put on a broken molar. Everything about the place was extremely well organised and professional. Dentist Will explained the process clearly and pictures were taken and utilised in the explanation of the 2.5 hr procedure. They have Netflix hooked up to screens on the ceiling, so I was able to lie back and watch a relaxing nature doco while Will and Ella carried out the work. Not a bad afternoon in the end..

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars I’ve just finished 14 months of Invisalign treatment with Dr J at Balnarring Dental Centre, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! My teeth are now beautifully straight, and the whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Dr J and the entire team were always friendly, informative, and supportive throughout my treatment. About three weeks before I finished, they even gave me a complimentary teeth whitening kit, which was such a thoughtful bonus and made my final results even better! I now feel so much more confident in my smile. I highly recommend Dr J and Balnarring Dental Centre to anyone considering Invisalign or any dental work. They genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond!

Fantastic experience: The best specialists in beautiful smile that I have ever met. The best quality, empathy, understanding of needs. TV on the ceiling so you can watch a movie, listen to music and not stress about anything. Modern anesthesia without feeling unpleasant pressure on the gum, only gentle vibrations on the cheek. A great solution is a special material that covers the tongue, throat during rinsing, because water does not get into the throat. The girls assistants are wonderful, very helpful, caring. I will recommend this clinic with a clear conscience :)

Fantastic experience: I went to this dental clinic after having a terrible experience at my previous clinic (they did a terrible job on a filling and cut my lip with the water pick during an hygienist appointment). Balnarring Dental Care were fabulous. No pain crown treatment, no spitting gross water or dribbles down the chin. I even got to watch a movie during my treatment. Excellent facilities and really friendly staff. Unfortunately I’ll have to go back (at least every 12 months ) but at least it’ll be a comfortable appointment.

Negative experience: After weeks in pain Dr Krish has abandoned helping me. I am left with a broken tooth Im my head and he said go away - with no help to fix the problem created by them. He ignored my emails pleading for help with the pain and he avoided calling me for days . Just emailed then after 3 days of nothing but me expressing the pain of the tooth and the want for help.... silence. Unable to eat I am suppose to just disappear according to seemingly Dr Krish and the people that run this dental surgery. One of the worst experiences I have EVER gone through and still living through. Having started a root canal operation months ago I am left ( now months later ) with terrible pain on the same tooth, a huge bill, hours of anxious filled surgery only to learn that the tooth has to now be removed ( they told me that casually - like it was the norm. ) How can you enter an agreement for help and end up worse than you began??? Where is the empathy? Where is the humanity in dealing with this? I am still asking as the dental surgery as well as my dentist has sent numerous vague emails without answering questions Ive asked. Im filled with anxious thoughts daily about how to go through the next steps and also feeling totally abandoned by my health care professional. For the past week I have been emailing asking facts about my tooth ( which were ignored and instead I got long emails wth little REAL information ) I have got calls from specialists and expensive drugs that I didn’t ask for and now, when the pain is too much and I cant fathom more back and forwards I ask to proceed with the removal AND….. now he wants me to get a second option ( someone I brought up a week ago and he ignored ) out of the blue with the rhetoric that its vital to move forward. Warning to anyone dealing with this type of situation - be very cautious of Balnarring dental as money seems to be the only motivation for helping.

As someone who is highly anxious about dental visits I have always appreciated the gentle, professional manner that Dr Jay provided. The clinic offers extremely comprehensive treatment options tailored to your needs and they sit with you to explain different options and costs according to your own wants/needs. You can even watch a movie or show while you receive treatment. Everyone in the clinic is kind and patient. Definitely recommend for anyone who is anxious about dental work.

I've had lots of trouble with my teeth in the past and the first time I saw Dr. Tiv he performed a very thorough examination. He then spent a lot of time explaining the pros and cons of different treatment options with a breakdown of the associated costs. The oral hygienist was also very thorough and so gentle I didn't feel a thing. I only wish I'd started going there years ago :-)

I have been with them for over a decade and happily drive the 3hr turnaround trip from Melbourne to experience such care and painless dentistry. Dr Tiv is a master and one of the kindest souls that can be found, when I thought my life was over in terms of my teeth - he stepped in and has given me a new life and hope for the first time in years. In saying that, everyone who works at this practice are literal angels who make you feel safe and welcome and the genuinely care. I recommend this dentist practice to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: Dental Hygienist Darina and Dentist Dr Mish are the power duo that keep my teeth and gums in tip top shape. Darina always loads me up with tips and helpful information to help me look after my chompers as best l can between appointments. For those who fear the dentist, the lovely Dr Mish will have you feeling like you’re in the gentlest hands possible. She is so caring and before you know it, the job is done. That works for me!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Balnarring Dental enough. Myself and my 2 sons have been patience of the clinic for several years. My eldest son has disabilities and needs extra attention, and it’s never been an issue. They are amazing.. My boys see Darina for their hygiene and Dr. Mish for Procedures. They both take the time and care to ensure both children feel comfortable, calm and know exactly what’s going to happen before anything starts - which I truly think calms them because there’s no hidden surprises. They’re informed in advance. I too see Darina and Dr. Mish for my hygiene and procedures and cannot speak highly enough of them both!! There has been times where I needed something tricky/serious dealt with and Dr. Tiv (he’s incredible) has come into over see the procedure or given advice. You don’t get this type of service elsewhere. 10/10!

They are always very accommodating and make sure that you get the most satisfaction with your appointment. There are pillows, blankets and tv/ headphones to make the experience as comfortable as possible. The best dentist!

Towards the end of my clear aligner treatment, I unexpectedly had to move interstate and Dr Mish went above and beyond to ensure she was still checking in with me regularly (via FaceTime) and contacting my new dentist to discuss my treatment plan - making the huge move seamless for me. Fantastic experience: Balnarring Dental have been looking after my teeth and my children's teeth since we moved to Victoria in 2014. During this time I had cancer with radiation treatment that affected my jaw and teeth. They also did the braces on my youngest child, whose teeth now look gorgeous. Their dentists and hygienists have all done a great job, especially with me being pretty scared of dental treatments and with now complicated teeth to manage. They send regular reminders and my hygienist uses a water cleaning technique which means I no longer need numbing up for the regular teeth cleans. Their new premises are always really clean and they use things like music and movies which are great for taking your mind off things when you're as anxious as I am!

Fantastic experience: Great experience recently with Dr Tiv for wisdom teeth removal. Detailed and friendly consultation in lead up to surgery so felt very informed going into first ever extraction. I was surprised after 15 minutes to all be finished. It was a completely stress and pain free experience. Great after care advice and due to this, no issues post removal. Excellent follow up hygiene session with Darina as well to check all going well. Thanks for being the best!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic group of people! Came in with a whole list of problems from lack of dental hygiene care over the span of my life time. They have been wonderful in terms of making you comfortable during procedures and being able to understand what’s is happening and why. I’ve always been nervous with any other dental practice I’ve been too but I finally found one I’m happy with. Also I’ve been seeing dr J and dr Tiv as my dentist and darina for my professional gum care and treatment. I highly recommend!

They are honest about what treatments are worth considering before moving forward with an agreed dental plan. It’s worth travelling to Balnarring to receive professional dental treatment delivered in a modern and state of the art dental centre……highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Balnarring Dental clinic since they commenced practicing a few years ago. Having been to previous dentists where I would come out a traumatised train wreck, I can now say that I no longer fear dentists or dental work due to the amazing team headed by Dr.Tiv They are very gentle and professional. From the receptionist to Darina the most gentle dental hygienist, to all the dentists practising . They explain everything that they propose to do, to put your mind at ease, I can highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr. Tiv for a porcelain crown and have been seeing the hygienist Darina for a few years now. All of the dental experiences were exceptional! For scale and clean they use a new machine called the Airflow and the treatment is very pleasant, no high-pitched noise, warm water and great results. I also love that the clinic doesn't have that 'dentist smell' and the waiting rooms are cozy. I arrived a bit early for my appointment and was offered a cup of tea and an iPad to select a video to watch during my treatment. When I attended next day for the porcelain crown fitting, I could continue watching the show that I had selected. The receptionist Tamika was very welcoming and lovely on the phone and in person. This dental clinic is modern, they use the latest technology, treatment methods and materials. Thank you for the amazing experience and superb quality of dental work!

Negative experience: My family and I had been going to this dentist for multiple years and although the staff are nice, the amount of times we've been ripped off is ridiculous. They messed up my brother's teeth and WE had to pay for them to fix it/try again. I was lied to about the price of an appointment which ended up costing 50 bucks more than they said it would originally despite getting nothing additional done. I've been getting multiple fillings from them every year despite taking care of my teeth and the year I decide to change to a different dentist I'm told my teeth are perfectly fine. During my last appointment at this place I was told I needed a filling urgently that was cost a ridiculous amount of money. I went to my new dentist and asked him to look at it, only to be told it was minuscule and not urgent in the slightest. he fixed it for a better price. If you don't want to get scammed, go to the dentist on Salmon street in Hastings.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful, caring people who deliver fabulous results. Everything is explained simply so you can understand what is going on. Patient comfort is key and they do all they can to alleviate any stress or nervousness. Would never go to another dentist.
