Fantastic experience: I scheduled a last-minute appointment for veneer maintenance and was grateful for how promptly I was accommodated. Shana at the front desk was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable, ensuring a smooth experience from the outset. Dr. Heena demonstrated remarkable professionalism and expertise in her work. Her skill and attention to detail truly reflect her high level of proficiency. I highly recommend their services and will certainly return in the future.

Fantastic experience: I went to this clinic as walk in without appointment in lot of pain . Even though my English is not very good the staff was very kind and patient with me . Dr Heena was very gentle and took the time to explain everything clearly so I could understand. I really appreciate how she and the whole team took care of me when I was in so much pain . Fantastic experience: Had treatment done today at Springvale Dental Clinic. Whilst going to the Dentist is generally not fun, today was great service. Dentist showed me pictures & xrays taken of my teeth & explained everything that was happening & what needed to be done in future. So different to another dentist l use to see, nothing explained. Great service & Yes will return when l need my next checkup. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I came this morning praying one of the dentist will see me as I was in such an excruciating and horrible pain .my regular dentist Dr Swati who is just amazing professional and so gentle is not working today , the ladies at the front were so understanding and even though they could not promise anything they were so kind and gentle and explained they will try and help me Asap. They kept updating me and I said am happy to wait and within the hour ( which I really wasn’t expecting ) Dr Seneviratne saw me. She was so amazing and understanding . Negative experience: I booked an appointment for a general check-up and clean and had Dr. Ash Gulati. My appointment started at 3:06 PM, and I was out by 3:18 PM—under 15 minutes. This was by far the quickest check-up and clean I’ve ever had and it felt very rushed. There was minimal explanation of the process which left me feeling like just another transaction rather than a valued patient. The speed of the appointment honestly makes me question the quality of service provided. While I appreciate efficiency, I’m looking for a more thorough and personal experience at my next dental visit. I probably won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gulwani and her assistant were incredibly thorough, gentle, thoughtful and ensured there was fully informed consent at every stage of the examination and clean. Attention to detail was brilliant and mindfully offered several options to consider and explore. A lovely experience and the pricing, along with policies that offer various payment options allowed for more accessible and inclusive access to dental care needs. They are setting an exemplary standard for the dental industry.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Twinkle and team are THE BEST dentist experience I've ever had! I've had 5 other dentists with mixed experiences, but she has always been incredible. She always takes time to explain what and why she's doing things, and has an incredibly warm and friendly personality. She actively monitors the health of your teeth between visits and suggests fillings when required. The reception team is also wonderful - they are so patient and will explain whatever you need to you until you are on the same page! :)

Fantastic experience: My second time here with my daughter, I drove 35 minutes just to get here, they understand children well, they played a movie for my daughter, both the dentist, the assistant and the reception are respectful, understanding women, my daughter was very scared but even with that the dentist was very caring and made feel comfortable. If you are looking for excellent care, people who treat you like you matter, you are in the right place. Go visit and see for yourself. I don't give 5 star to alot of services but I give credit where credit is due you, so can trust my review.

As someone with ADHD, I has always struggled being consistent with my teeth and dealing with sensory issues during appointments. Dr. Selva is always patient and understanding about my situation. With her encouragement and services, my teeth have been super clean! The receptionists are very welcoming and happy to answer any questions. Fantastic experience: I’ve been here many times before and they’ve always been great, but today I had the lovely Dr Divya do my clean and she was so kind and professional. I have a really bad gag reflex and she made me feel so comfortable, giving me short breaks so I could swallow, having my chair a bit higher, and making jokes to make me feel comfortable. Going to the dentist is never fun but this was the best experience I’ve ever had, thank you

I broke a tooth she cleaned it up and explained everything to me very clearly and was honest and didn't try to get me to do anything that was not going to benefit me long term. She was so gentle when I had to remove the tooth and the after care has been amazing. Still got more work to go but I don't foresee any problems as the servic give had been wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dentist & when possible seek treatment from Dr Heena Patel. I felt very anxious before sitting in the chair, Dr Patel assured me to a point I was not anxious anymore. The injections & the extraction of 4 teeth was troublesome to say the least but 100% painless. I was able to drive home after. After care was a surprise as I received a call from them the next day to see how I was. I can’t recommend anywhere else to go but this practice. Dr Patel is totally professional & knows exactly what she’s doing.

Updated to now include a gold crown on my molar. This clinic, with weekend availability and thorough aftercare follow ups is seriously the only dentist in Australia that I have ever been confident in recommending to others and not avoiding to return to. Great tech equipment meant my crown was expertly made and easily fitted. Two weeks from preparation of tooth to fitting of the crown. Calm, kind and exceptionally professional staff. So grateful.

They managed to give me emergency surgical wisdom tooth extraction appointment for my severe pain. Was anxious re process but Dr Swati and nurse walked me through entire process. Recovery was pain free, no swelling or complications. Really happy with the service. Also, Hannah the receptionist very helpful and friendly, replies to email immediately.

I got a root canal and some filling as well as a clean! Every one there is so nice and welcoming!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the team at Springvale Dental and in particular Dr Divia Selva. I am a nervous patient who avoids the dentist at all costs, due to the outstanding care provided by Dr Selva i feel at ease when attending! The clinic is reasonably priced in comparison to some of the other clinics i have attended and the hours are super convenient given they are open on a Sunday. The only area of improvement is that they need to move the clinic closer to my home to save the 40 minute drive! ( it’s worth the drive though !!)

Fantastic experience: I attended the Springvale clinic when I visited Australia. The dentist who examined me and performed minor procedures was courteous, professional and took time to explain the clinical findings. She showed me multiple photos and gave me sound advice to look after my teeth. The best advice was to use mouthwash after brushing and I have followed this advice religiously. The clinic was furnished to a high standard and all staff, including the receptionist, were excellent. The parking was convenient and the waiting time was minimal. The fees were quite reasonable compared to the fees charged by dentists in the area.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Dr. Twinkle enough! Just had my first dentist appointment in years and have now found a new confidence in going to the dentist thanks to her. Receptionist was very friendly and thorough with the new patient process as well as her phone manner. Dr. Twinkle made the experience so stressfree and relaxing. She always made sure to test and check all procedures thoroughly whilst talking me through everything before going in with her tools. I felt like I was actually being taken care of and not being ripped off or being sold more treatments than I was looking for.

Fantastic experience: My right down wisdom teeth was removed from here. Thanks the doctors' and nurses' helping. Even though I was really really afraid of doing this, they did their best to help me calm down and relax, for example: kept encouraging me and played the music for me. It was still painful bit it was a good experience anyway. Highly recommended! I did the cleaning for around $150 and tough wisdom teeth removal for $450.(no Madicare) You can do the afterpay or other payment here. Thanks again.

Positive experience: Dr Gulwani is great and the staff are flexible with cancellation. I gave it four stars as they really need to put some art or just pictures on the wall of the examination rooms as it is aesthetical poor.

Fantastic experience: I want to say thank you to Dr Upsna, she made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was okay as I was very nervous about getting my wisdom tooth removed. She even played relaxing music for me and it wasn’t even the end of the song yet and it was over and done with. Thank you again Springvale dental clinic!

Negative experience: We have been using this dentist for a few years and now feel like we just got robbed for a job that involved very little cost in materials and just 1hr Labour we were charged $860. We're never coming back you've lost us
