Fantastic experience: Had two wisdom teeth removed, one simple one more complicated. But both were done so quickly and pain free. Dr Rhee was so welcoming and calmed my anxious thoughts about the process , assured me what is normal Vs not, what to expect and thorough after care information. The experience was much better than I thought it would be. The receptionist are very knowledgeable and could answer questions easily and they even fit me in earlier due to my own error! Would highly reccommend Dr Rhee and this practice !!

Fantastic experience: I attended Primary Dental Brookvale for the first time today due to pain in one of my wisdom teeth. I had seen another dentist a month prior who advised he would not treat me due to my pregnancy. After two sleepless nights in unrelenting pain, I made a same-day appointment to see Dr Kevin Rhee. Primary Dental is the only local clinic I could find that is open on a Sunday with ample availability and an effortless booking system. The receptionist was friendly, professional and checked me in promptly. I was seen at my actual appointment time, which is unheard of for a dental practice! Dr Kevin Rhee is hands down the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He was personable, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. He confirmed that my filling had come loose from the tooth and recommended extraction. Despite being unable to take x-rays due to me being pregnant, Dr Rhee administered a local anaesthetic and pulled the tooth in under a minute with absolutely no pain or discomfort. I couldn't believe it! The whole appointment lasted less than 30 minutes. The treatment cost was also incredibly reasonable and much less than I was expecting. Thank you to Dr Kevin Rhee and the whole team at Primary Dental Brookvale for the amazing experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anybody in need of a highly skilled, friendly and inexpensive dentist.

Negative experience: Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this dental practice. I should of known better after they removed my partners wisdom tooth and in the process punctured his sinus causing the tooth roots to float in his sinus near his eye resulting in an ENT to perform surgery to remove the roots. The dentist who punctured his sinus had “20 yrs experience”. I saw Dr Maral Amiri to get fillings prior to relocating to the US in May. Inexperienced and a waste of money. She performed a filling on one of my teeth (I never experienced pain in this tooth before), 3 days later I had nerve pain and went back. She shaved the filling down and told me it will settle in a few weeks. 6 months later I cannot chew on that side of the mouth as I have severe nerve pain. Dr Amiri also changed my front tooth filling which was in place the last 15 yrs. The only thing wrong with it is that it had yellow staining. She suggested I change it as it would look better. 6 months later this tooth has chipped. They do not take any accountability for their staffs workmanship.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Kevin Rhee, he's thorough and gentle and talks you through everything, doesn't rush to the most expensive treatment straight away and his dental work is great.

Negative experience: Root canal not done properly,infection damaged next to it tooth and quote was changed during the treatment from 700 dollars to 1200. Eight months after tooth has to be removed. Conclusion! Went for a root canal on one tooth and i lost two. Not recomended at all and if you go make sure they dont overcharge during treatment.

We like his professionalism and knowledge as well as the way he talks through what he is going to do. Plus he's gentle with the drill!! The staff on reception are friendly and efficient. The whole clinic is clean and fresh. Easy parking available too.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility, inside a medical centre... easy to make an appointment for a time that suits. Open 7 days a week so is very convenient. Easy paid parking on site.. very affordable at $2 for the visit. Appointments run on time. My dentist Kevin is very informative, friendly and genuine in his diagnosis. Highly recommend this practice, the prices are very good at least 30% cheaper than other practices I've used in the past.

Fantastic experience: It’s always hard to look for that “perfect” dentist and when I started seeing Dr Rhee which has been a while now, I was happy! Going to the dentist isn’t always pleasant but Dr Rhee makes you feel comfortable and is very gentle with your teeth. I live quite far from Brookvale but would travel just to see him which says a lot. Highly recommend Dr Rhee
