Fantastic experience: Firstly, like most people I dreaded going to the Dentist, especially for a major procedure like All on 4. However my first interview with a very friendly, yet professional Dr Wilfred Koon changed my mind. The procedure was performed by Dr Koon and other professionals and when completed, I was relaxed and comfortable and painless. The end result was a perfect set of teeth which I am very satisfied with. Follow up visits were with Dr Koon who made me feel at ease and totally comfortable sitting in a dentist chair. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Wilfred Koon and his professional Staff to anyone I meet.

Fantastic experience: Heyy, I'm not a patient but my mother is. She has been living a constant life of bullying about her teeth and overbite, and she has always wanted to get her teeth fixed. Whether that was braces at a young age, with her parents couldn't afford, or getting false teeth. Early 2025 she had made up her mind that she would find a place that is good and get her dream smile. My mother had looked at various places, taking advice from a friend who had got their own teeth removed in replace for false ones, and she ended up finding The Point Dental. It is a close place to us, probably ten minutes away or a bit less/more. I have always been nervous about her getting false teeth, even at a young age, since we have the same dental problem, it runs in the genes. We both had larger front teeth and had always been called 'bunny'. But today, she got her teeth removed. And, well, I've had braces. So, yes, I'm crying while writing this because I'm so happy that she found a place full of people who clearly take their jobs seriously. But I'm also mad, not at The Point Dental, but at the people who mocked her for how her teeth looked. And now, I'm happy that she can smile in the neat future with confidence all because she found a great place with people who care and really try their best.

Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Olga the other day and I was very nervous. She made the whole experience so comfortable for me that I was happy to go ahead and get all 4 of them out at once. I have made a full recovery 2 days later. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone for any treatment, I have been going for years and never looked back. The whole team there go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: The Point Cook team and Dr Cherie are incredible humans doing some beautifully kind work. As someone who has had some ‘dental trauma’, I was terrified of dental visits. Will admit - it took for an insane amount of pain and my wife to book me an appointment for me to even have courage to visit. The team were so kind from the very beginning. Ensuring I was comfortable and checking in. Dr Cherie was and is absolutely exceptional. When discussing my plan and the approach, she kept it to my communication style and I felt well informed. I even organised a follow up discussion because ‘well intended people’ started getting in my ear and I was getting anxious all over again. Dr Cherie took the time, we amended the approach and everything went perfectly. Since then my wife (who also had anxiety) has seen Dr Cherie along with our 3yo son. Dr Cherie has a calming presence and to have a three year old not even twitch but remain calm speaks volumes. Highly recommend for anyone with anxiety. Thanks to the admin team for creating safe spaces and shout out to Dr Cherie and her assisting team in creating an environment that is empathetic and supportive.

Reagan had a lovely chair side manner when doing my teeth cleans, taking the time to explain any oral hygiene tips and tricks. Very happy with the level of service and care at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: It's our first time to visit The Point Dental. My son always hated his 6monthly dentist visit. He is now 10 years old. Today for the first time, he said that he liked the dentist. Andrew greeted us cheerfully, explaining things as he go. He definitely got his magic with kids! With his approach and words, I think this time my son would look after his teeth better! The place has great ambience and inviting. Everyone including the receptionists and dental aides all have smiles in their faces and definitely made our visit comfortble. Fantastic experience: I first met Dr Wilfred in 2021. I had received a payout from victims of crime regarding a historical trauma case. I had struggled with past behaviours regarding addiction. From my first consultation with Dr Wilfred, I felt comfortable; his ethical, professional, and inclusive approach made me feel valued. I have never felt any judgment from Dr Wilfred. He designed an individualised treatment plan tailored to my complex needs and has been walking alongside me ever since. When I first met Dr Wilfred, I was volunteering and not working full time. I was withdrawn, I didn't smile due to the condition of my teeth, and I lacked confidence. Since I received the All-on-Four treatment, I have never felt happier. I now have a Master's in Therapeutic Arts Practice, I co-founded a company called 3rd Mind, and I am in a long-term loving relationship with my partner. I can honestly say I wouldn't be where I am today without Dr Wilfred. I appreciate you, Dr Wilfred, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my life back.

Fantastic experience: I have had a fear of dentistry and it cost me dearly. If it wasn't for the patience, care and gentle understanding of my dental phobia that The Point Dental gave me, I would not have gone through all the work I needed. I had left my teeth untreated too long and needed implants. I had researched 3 other places that were recommended and nearly went to go ahead with one of the cheaper options. But I discovered they were no where as professional and reliable. I didn't want to be left with more trauma. When you have a life changing decision to make, you will want to have everything right. Especially when you're phobic like me. I couldn't recommend Point Dental any higher. From their work to their mannerism. Before I took advantage of their sleep dentistry, I had some treatments need a few years before and nobody looked after me as good. I have had my children here also and they won't go to any other dentist. Oh and lastly, no I didn't get chat GTP to write my review.There is no need to do any other legwork trying to decide where to go. Don't punish yourself going elsewhere. Thank you The Point Dental.

Positive experience: Olga has looked after me for the last few years and handled my dental fears with compassion and care. I've had a fair bit of work done, and although it's always a bit nerve wrecking I've managed to keep regular visits. Recently I was asked to move future appointments to a hygienist for checks/cleans instead of with a dentist. This likely creates more income for the clinic, but may not be the best pathway for customers with dental fear. I declined this change, but it's something to be mindful of if you are a new patient.

Fantastic experience: I was petrified of going to the dentist until I went to Point Dental, that was 2018. I had the All-on-4 procedure and haven't regretted a single moment. Dr Koon and Lee transformed my whole life. They spent considerable time walking me through everything. I am now no longer petrified or even worried about going to the Dentist as long as it is Point Dental, all the staff are amazing.

Fantastic experience: I felt safe and looked after by the team in The Point Dental. My wisdom tooth extraction gave me anxiety esp on the lead up to the procedure but the reception team, dental nurses and Dr Olga helped me all the way. They were very helpful and kind. I am actually recommending them to my colleagues friends and family. Also, they offered me noise cancelling headphones to wear so I can listen to music as a distraction during the extraction which worked wonders!

Negative experience: very welcoming service and always available. the dentist was very kind and helpful. but the work that was done on my teeth was not what I had asked for, yet I went there 4 times and the result was still not good (my teeth were not well made, the shape...). I had to go elsewhere so that the shape of my teeth could be fixed.Now I’m happy and confident

Fantastic experience: I had made an appointment at the point dental clinic and due to traffic problems I was running late. I phoned ahead to let them know and they were able to give me 15 minutes grace. When I arrived I was so impressed with the staff's friendliness and professionalism I thought what a great team. I was then examined by Dr Andrew Ng, another friendly and professional person. This was the first time I had been to a dentist in some 14 years. After the examination I was given a quote for the work that needed to be done. Today some 12 days later Dr Andrew did the first of 3 fillings. This would have to be the most comfortable dental experiences I have ever had in my 66 years. I am very impressed. Some 12 hours after the procedure I am not experiencing any mouth soreness at all. Andrew you are the man, well done. Thanks to all the people at The Point Dental service.

Fantastic experience: Following on from my previous review on Dr Wilfred Koon, who did my implants. Dr Evelyn has been maintaining my teeth health with regular six monthly visits and her care attention to detail is phenomenal, as is Natalie is on the front desk. She always checks in to see how you are, either on the day, or the following day. I can’t recommend this dentist enough, and I have many friends attending there now. Due to my age and integrity of my teeth Evelyn opted for crowns and i am so glad i listened. Fantastic experience: The Point Dental are especially skilled at dealing with people who have experienced dental trauma like myself. Before coming to the point l had barely been to the dentist for twenty years- such was my terror despite being, in other aspects my life, a completely rational sane person. For the last five years lve made twice yearly or as needed visits and have found their staff to be kind, gentle , skilled and empathetic. They really get the difference between being abit nervous about a trip to the dentist and being immobilised with terror! They offer a wide range of sedation and pain management. Whilst highly skilled in all aspects of dentistry it is their work with the terrified that makes them a stand out for me. Dr.Olga is talented, gentle and skilled, as are their other staff lm sure. I couldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you for the wonderful help you provide.

Fantastic experience: I cannot put into words how brilliant Dr Wilfred Koon and the team at The Point Dental are.I had All-On-4 implants done and I am so happy with the end result. I felt so comfortable right from the initial consultation. Everything was explained in detail, they were upfront about the costs and they weren’t pushy. They gave me other options to explore before deciding to go ahead. The surgery to remove my existing teeth was done onsite and my recovery was a breeze. All of the admin/reception girls are absolutely lovely and so helpful, as are all the nurses. I am so grateful and cannot recommend The Point Dental enough
