Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Steven for many many years now. I travel an hour just to see this excellent dentist. He’s one of those old school dentists that aren’t about wasting money on making his practice look all fancy. He spends proper time explaining things to you and he’s very very gentle but very confident. I don’t trust any other dentists.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brant Law is knowledgeable, understanding and personable. He has been my dentist for years, and I don't see why he wouldn't be my dentist for LIFE. He scraped excess glue from a top retainer, another dentist said it was out of scope of what was covered. So glad my health fund covers healthy smile and that i have a dentist (and my doctor too .. pretty important services) that I trust. For example, a large car company wanted new tyres on my wife's car... after 10,000kms! Good services that I can trust are massively appreciated.

I am so glad I chose Healthy Smile Dental in Underwood. I originally had only planned to get my tooth fixed and never go back but the experience was pleasant enough to encourage me to return. The receptionists are always friendly, the atmosphere is calming, and the doctors are also very lovely! Dr. Hou has been very kind, she does what she can to ensure your comfort/painless procedure and does a great job every time!

I get exceptional service as soon as i walk in the door starting with the receptionist Navanka, she is very patient and bubbly. Dr Law is an incredible dentist, I always look foward to seeing him for my treatments as he explains everything in detail and his calming nature makes you feel less anxious. Miki is a great Dental Assistant I enjoy having her greet me as I walk in the treatment room and her assisting techniques are spot on, especially with the suctioning. Highly recommend this practice for all!

Fantastic experience: Have been coming here for about a decade for my regular checkup and clean, have never had a bad experience :) the clinic itself has a pleasant welcoming atmosphere (not cold and clinical) and staff have always been friendly, from start to end. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve also had more interest on how to maintain my dental health better, and every dentist I’ve had here have been happy take the time to provide advice to my questions. Would absolutely recommend if anyone is looking for a local dental practice to make their regular.

Negative experience: I went to them once and had another appointment booked for some dental work. Both times they rescheduled my appointments; on one occasion they rang me on a Friday to reschedule it for the following Monday, and by the time I called them, it had already gone past the proposed appointment time. Later, I got an SMS asking me to confirm my appointment for a date which had already been rescheduled. This does not instil any faith in them. I contacted them and raised these issues and asked for my records, as I will be going elsewhere. I got a brief response with no acknowledgement or apology. Enough said. They are so unprofessional. I'm glad I'm going elsewhere. Would not recommend. There are plenty of other dentists out there who might be able to manage simple tasks, such as scheduling appointments.

Negative experience: Disappointed that I actually have to give one star and can't make it zero. Had a call today, just before 10 to confirm appointment tomorrow. Can't have my phone out at work so it wasn't answered. Text sent 8min later threatening for my appointment to be cancelled if not contacted by 3pm... What??? How can they do this. What if I'm on shift work and asleep, what if I'm at a funeral. Prior to this I had an appointment with the dentist, was to make appointments at a prosthetics place for a mould and get xrays done. Also to have further appointment with the dentist for fillings, next available appointment was nearly a month away. Go get mould done, mention fillings, turns out cannot have mould done before the filling so totally messed myself and the prosthetics guy around. No apology! Get the fillings done, in pain for days, had travelled the day after fillings so returned a week after unable to open my mouth enough to chew.... No help from the reception as to what it might possibly be, no talking to the dentist, just had to accept next available appointment 2 WEEKS away which meant canceling the replacement appointment at the prosthetics place. This place has gone downhill. So now the prosthetics guy is stuffed around yet again and my day tomorrow is stuffed up just because they want to ensure (in a rude way) that you are going to turn up.

My wife & I, along with our 2 kids, have been going to this dental practice for many years - we highly recommend it. I am a self confessed wimp wz an extremely low threshold level of pain but at every appointment my dentist Dr My Khanh Trinh is able to astutetly put me at ease. She also puts up wz my bad jokes! Fantastic experience: I have been going to Healthy Smile Underwood for well over 15 years. Even though we moved to the Northside we still travel back every 6 months for a check up and clean. We did try to go to a dentist closer to us but the service and trust didn’t match Healthy Smile so back we went. Honestly I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
