Fantastic experience: I have had three fillings and two wisdom tooth taken out in the past few weeks. I highly recommend Dr Nupur and her team to anyone. My first wisdom tooth was pretty tough to take out but she did an amazing job along with her assistant. I also got a follow up phone call during my recovery to make sure I was doing okay. The second one was a lot easier and less painful experience. I vowed to go back for more treatments and again I highly recommend this service to anyone. The pricing is heaps better than others. Fantastic experience: Wow! My teeth have been a sensitive spot for me for a long time with many other dental consults over the years that never really went anywhere or simply didn't feel like the right fit, or that the dentist had my best interest in mind - cosmetically speaking. And then I met Dr Nupur Chamadia and can't rave about her enough to family and friends. I completed Invisalign treatment at Progressive and can't recommend Dr Nupur Chamadia enough for all your dental needs. Not only have you provided the best possible care and service throughout my Invisalign journey, but you've done so while being empathetic, approachable, and warm. Highly recommended, she gives clear instructions and she always verifies whether you are happy to proceed with the process and also the end result. 10/10 service! Fantastic experience: I am very grateful to Dr. Nupur Chamadia for the excellent treatment she provided for my chipped tooth. I moved to Melbourne last November and suddenly faced this problem within two weeks of my arrival. Fantastic experience: I got my teeth cleaned and examine with more work to be done however I want to mention that the cleaning I received was great. I’ve cleaned my teeth somewhere else and I know how it’s done thoroughly and not. The dentist and her team are amazing. Fantastic experience: After my 6yro having a bad experience with a Paediatric Denist we were concerned to find a dentist to help but Dr, Nupur and her staff made my daughter feel comfortable the minute she got in the chair. Dr. Nupur listened to our concerns and listened to my 6yro throughout the whole appointment and stopped whenever it was needed without question, we were told what she felt was the best treatment and what was going to be required in the future which was incredibly helpful From now on I will be booking all my children (4) in with her as this was the best experience we have had! It was an urgent request and they did not dissapoint and accommodated us in their busy schedule. We were taken good care by Dr Nupur & her staff throughout the time of the visit. Negative experience: I had extremely bad experience with them. I went there for checkup they suggested me tooth extraction and while I was treating with tooth extraction doctor broke my tooth crown and refer to specialist which I have to book and I was in severe pain. They didn’t even care about patients there are lots of chances of infection. They just left me I half of the way of tooth extraction. Don’t take any responsibility even they didn’t explain me anything before the surgery. I have to pay double amount to specialist. Specialist said me u r lucky to didn’t had infection. Doctor was saying that she attempted tooth extraction and next day when I went there again she said I can try it again, what’s that . Are you a dentist or doing any practical on patients. If u are not experienced so plz don’t just practice on patients , go have more study and practices on in study place. Don’t recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nupur did the filling for coupe of my teeth. She was very through and made sure I am comfortable all the way. Friendly staff, great service and value.

Negative experience: My anaesthetic was done over and over, my cheek and lips were numb but my tooth wasnt. Multiple attempts to pull out my tooth while I could still feel it so i ended up being in more pain than when i walked in, my lips are still numb 10 hours later and there are now blisters in my lip where its still numb. I still had to pay even though it was just made worse. I really wish I hadn't gone in. I'm in more pain now than before.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dental clinic! I came here for a check up and clean, as well as a couple of fillings that needed attention. The receptionist and dental nurse are absolutely lovely, and the principal dentist and owner, Dr Nupur Chamadia, goes above and beyond. She is so friendly and made me feel so comfortable and at ease, checking how I was going throughout the process. As far as dental work goes, she did an excellent job and was very thorough, while still being gentle. Thank you to all of you!
